It was nicely warm inside and in the rooms. - Shower water pressure wish to have higher. Personnel need to be trained to match the hotel level however nothing is critical. There was some noise from equipment in basic rooms with windows facing to inner yard. All in all very good value for money paid. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is excellent. Convenient location, there is a parking lot under the barrier. Slippers, brushes, hair dryer, shower gel are available in the room. On the floor there is an iron with an ironing board. At the reception they offered to exchange the room from two single beds for one double bed, we did not refuse. Breakfast buffet, the choice is not big, but there is something to choose from and tasty food. Water is left in the room, and there is also a cooler on the 1st floor, you can always pour it into your bottle. There is a heated pool, in the morning the water is cool, but by lunchtime it warms up. There is a billiard table (for an additional fee) I recommend the hotel"

I stayed in this hotel 3 times with my family and kids, we enjoyed breakfast and service. I think Kazzhol is one of the best hotels in Astana comparing to the price and quality of service. The location is good for us, because we ordered food from the nearest Shaurma Food and it took minutes to deliver in our room. Also I like the private parking zone, the restaurant on the 1st floor and the decorations in December 2023. "

"A great option to relax during a long layover. My friend and I were flying to Vietnam, saw this hotel and on the way back booked two capsules in advance. They responded to us very quickly and confirmed the time. I thank the administrator Zhazira for her professionalism and assistance on all issues. The capsule is excellent, the linen is snow-white, they give you a towel, you can take a shower. There is wi fi, you can charge your phone. Payment is in tenge, the exchange office at the airport exchanges rubles and dollars. You cannot withdraw money from a Russian card."
