Water is left in the room, and there is also a cooler on the 1st floor, you can always pour it into your bottle. There is a heated pool, in the morning the water is cool, but by lunchtime it warms up. There is a billiard table (for an additional fee) I recommend the hotel"

However, the room cools down quickly and gets very cold. Although the air conditioning works well for heating, you have to keep it on frequently. The room might be cold because there are windows facing the hallway near the exit, and staff often open them for some unknown reason, quickly cooling the room down to outdoor temperatures."

She couldn't hear properly what I said and I just repeated ''MASLA''. However, she corrected me straight away ''MASLO (NOT MASLA)''. I replied to her: ''I dont' speak a good russian. I forgot it and I'm NOT obliged to know it. I could make a HUGE NOISE there but I was NOT alone and it prevented me from putting this waitres to her place. I complained to the reception and one of them assured me to talk to her but I'm not sure if any of them talked to her about her behaviour towards guests or not. This young waiteress was disgusting person."

"The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The building has a cafeteria open until late afternoon, so you can have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I opened the window at night and turned on the air conditioning during the day. It was a bit noisy during the day, even though the windows faced the courtyard. But that's because Astana is one big construction site. There's construction going on everywhere. But it didn't bother me because I was flying in for work, and there wasn't any noise during the day."
