This price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. I called the reception to find out what's wrong with the air conditioner, they said the season is over and we've turned them off, we can advise you to open the window. The window doesn't blow anything at all, there's only more noise in the room

It's easily accessible from the airport and within walking distance of the city center. The receptionist was very kind and explained everything thoroughly until I understood. The room was spacious and clean, and I was surprised to see that there was a robe provided. Everything was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and was very satisfying.

Staff with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Very good breakfast with extended hours. The location of the hotel is very good, with excellent views and just a walk from the main attractions of this fascinating city. If I return to Astana, I will return to the Jumbaktas Hotel.

Very good, the whole thing is good. I like its swimming pool and gym. The gym is big, with many kinds of equipment, and there are punching bags. The water in the swimming pool is very clear. There is also a sauna and hot tub next to it. The facilities are similar to the bathing center in Northeast China, very complete. The breakfast is very good. The room I booked includes breakfast, but the waitress who looks like a Chinese girl brought a bill for me to sign. I don't know what it means. Is it a tip? A suggestion, there is no local Kazakh beer in the refrigerator in the room and the bar on the first floor.

Just two stories: 1) My wife signed up for an expensive procedure with the SPA one day in advance... since we were in Astana for 3 days and wanted to do everything, the schedule was clearly scheduled. When she showed up at the appointed time in the salon, she heard that the procedure would not be performed, since there were no products for it, and most importantly, there had not been any before )))) Should I call? Warn her ))) 2) We were getting ready to leave the room... the doorbell rang... my wife went to open it. A guy from the staff came to check the minibar. My wife told him that she was not ready to let him in now, but he stubbornly tried to get through, insisting that he urgently needed to check the bar! They practically closed the door by force ))))) At the same time, we have to give credit to the hotel, they checked us in an hour earlier, and we checked out 2 hours later. In general, who wants to check into a respectable branded hotel, but with strict local service... Go ahead... but don't be surprised later)

Excellent hotel. In the very center, you can walk everywhere, but we were by car and this made everything even easier. There is a separate guarded parking lot where there is always a place. In general, if you have been to a Hilton, then this is the Hilton!) We stayed with a view of the Ukrainian embassy)
