Hotels with Parking in Astana

I stay here often. It's in my top 2 hotels in Astana. Everything is clean, comfortable, and fully worthy of a 5-star rating.

Great hotel, probably with the best breakfast we had on our trip to Kazakhstan. There was a huge selection and everything was always replenished. Our room was very large, clean, and well-maintained. Housekeeping came daily. The pool is adequate and has a good temperature. Additionally, there are separate saunas for men and women, which could be used during regular hours. It takes 30-45 minutes to get to the airport, depending on traffic. To get to the center of Astana, you can only go by taxi or car; it's too far to walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt completely at ease.

This isn't my first time staying here. The reception staff are competent and handle all requests and objections excellently. The water cooler in the hallway on each floor is a nice touch, much better than just a couple of water bottles like in other hotels. The breakfast is delicious with a good variety of food. Keep up the good work! I also visit this hotel chain in Istanbul and Europe.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving all our issues and assisting with every request (we asked for an iron and smaller pillows, and everything was handled instantly). The location is superb. Unfortunately, our room had many mosquitoes, and I barely slept the last night. It would be great if they provided a mosquito repellent. I'd also like to draw the staff's attention to the stains on the curtains. Perhaps previous guests killed mosquitoes, leaving the stains. Otherwise, we were very satisfied. Thank you!

Hello! I'd like to share a bit about this hotel: the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, it's clean and cozy, and downstairs there's a cafe with delicious and affordable food, plus a shop where you can buy all your daily essentials. As for downsides: there's no fridge or air conditioning in the room, and the fan isn't enough to beat the heat during the day. Overall, though, the price-quality ratio is fair. It's a 10-15 minute ride to the city center by public transport, and the area itself is quiet and peaceful!

Stayed here with my 2-year-old. It's a small, cozy hotel with an elevator. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of salad and fruit. We had no issues whatsoever. The staff were friendly. I used the sauna, but the attached toilet had a noticeable odor, which I think is a design flaw. We also visited the restaurant in the same building, which has a separate entrance and a ball pit on the first floor.

Facilities: complete facilities, relatively long time Health: good Environment: There is a supermarket on the right hand side of the door Service: Very good The lake freezes, and the traffic flows back and forth from the bridge and the ice beneath the bridge form a beautiful landscape

Nice hotel, excellent location, there is a discount for purchasing air tickets, the service is good, although the furniture is not new, it is good, the service works well, but sometimes there are inaccuracies with the breakfast schedule. Overall I recommend it!

Great location. The breakfast was hearty. However, both the room and the hotel itself are very run-down and a bit dirty. The bed was large, and the linens were clean, but you could feel the springs in the mattress. There was construction for two days, which was noisy. The stay includes spa access, which is located across the street in the courtyard. The spa is also a bit worn out, but I'll praise the massage, it was excellent. Next time (most likely), I'll choose a different place.

The hotel is right on the road, in the opposite direction of the airport, which was a bit of a mistake! Coming from the airport, I passed through the Bayterek Memorial Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, which was a mistake! However, unexpectedly, there was a ”Da Tang” Chinese restaurant next to the hotel, where I had two full meals and two nights of beer 🍺, which was also a compensation! There are many literary and artistic landscapes around the hotel, so you can stroll around!
