Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

The price/quality ratio is one of the best. Good location. The staff is a bit rude. Also, the air conditioners don't work, it's sooo hot to sleep. This makes you uncomfortable, you can't get enough sleep and your bed is wet. They don't clean until you ask. The hotel was situated near the city center and was quite affordable compared to other more expensive hotel chains (i.e. Ritz Carlton & Sheraton). The hotel facilities are clean and the services spoke good English and were helpful in our inquiries. Outside the hotel you can find many restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance. Best part of our stay was the breakfast buffet which offered an assortment of delicacies that varied each day in our stay--highly recommend staying here when in Astana as the value you get matches the price you pay!

The room I booked includes breakfast, but the waitress who looks like a Chinese girl brought a bill for me to sign. I don't know what it means. Is it a tip? A suggestion, there is no local Kazakh beer in the refrigerator in the room and the bar on the first floor.
