"A modern hotel that is well looked after. It is close to attractions such as the Peace Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 500m walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Be aware it's a walk-up, five floors only. Would stay again as it's excellent value for money."

"A good place to stay right in the centre of the city. Baiterek, Moskva business centre and ministerial building are in 5 min walk. The room was clean and spacious, all necessities in the room. The bathtub was clogged and limited supply of toilet paper, napkins was provided, be prepared to request more from the reception if you are ill or use more paper. Breakfast is buffet but with limited variety. Enough to satiate you for a good start of the day."

"The hotel is just a little rest between the flights. They settled at 4 a.m., came to the room, the soul cabin was broken(the doors were broken, it was not possible to climb(((((( called to service, came a woman and thank God she managed to put them on the place, we washed .... walls of cardboard, long sleep will not be possible. The bed is made up of 2 small, which is uncomfortable! And the most amazing thing is that when registering we were asked to pay another 700 with something tenge like a tourist fee((((though we paid everything on the site. It was very unexpected (((()No photo from the hotel, as there is nothing to take pictures there"

There is a separate guarded parking lot where there is always a place.
In general, if you have been to a Hilton, then this is the Hilton!)

GGuest UserGood hotel, price-quality! The staff is polite, they checked us in an hour and a half earlier. There is a little mold in the shower, but overall the room is clean. There was no refrigerator in the room, but we brought a bag to the reception and they put it in the refrigerator. The breakfast is good, the only thing is that the lids on the hot food containers are inconvenient, but that's just a small thing ))

GGuest UserThis price is not low in the local area. The hotel environment is good and the location is good. It's just that the staff who checked in on the day was not very helpful. We booked a deluxe twin bed but got a king-size bed room. I also showed her the order on Ctrip. She just repeatedly emphasized the cost of the mini bar and asked me to swipe my card. I said several times that I didn't want the mini bar! The mini bar itself is casual. This hotel gives me the feeling that it is a bit hard to push it on you! The hotel waiters are not enthusiastic. Seeing that no one takes the initiative to say hello, they are not very polite! The shower door in the room leaks quite badly! There are not many types of breakfast. There is also an umbrella borrowed from the front desk when it rains. After showing the room card to the waiter, he said that the deposit for one umbrella is 10,000 tenge, and two umbrellas are 20,000 tenge. I really can't understand this operation. How much is the price of an umbrella? And it is understandable that the hotel charges a certain deposit for guests staying in the hotel, but the fee is a bit outrageous! Overall, I was not in a good mood after staying for four nights. This hotel does not have what a star hotel should have!

GGuest UserThe location is good, with PANDA LAMIAN and supermarkets nearby. The hotel has a closed wooden door, and you wouldn't know it's a hotel unless you open it. It's a very tall hotel apartment with a large lobby, well-known, and not too new. The room is big, which is a highlight, and has Chinese plugs. Living on a high floor is very windy, so there's no need to turn on the air conditioner. The room decoration and carpet are a bit old. The elevator is a bit inconvenient to go to breakfast, there is only one that stops on the 2nd floor for breakfast, and the breakfast is average for Chinese people. Overall, it's OK.
