"The hotel is well equipped, with a self-service laundry room, where clothes can be washed on the day, which is very convenient. The mountain view room we booked has a very good view, but the only drawback is that it is close to the railway and there is noise at night. The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, and we slept at night with the windows closed, so the noise was not too bad."

"On the positive side, Xiao Miao, our butler, was very enthusiastic and provided great service! Thumbs up for that! While the service was warm, the hotel facilities really aren't worth it. I'm not sure if it's a hot spring hotel, but the blankets felt damp. The air conditioning vent was directly facing the bed, and even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold. There are too few elevators, so we always had to wait! The breakfast was the worst – limited variety, small space, and the restaurant's capacity was clearly insufficient; we almost had to eat our bowls outside. I saw tongs for serving food fall on the floor twice, and no one picked them up; they were just put back to be reused. While people were still eating breakfast, the cleaning staff was already sweeping around them. The food safety rating on the wall was C. I don't really understand, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, apart from the enthusiastic service, really wasn't worth it in other aspects. Maybe it's because I was just passing through and didn't use the hot springs."

"My hotel experience in Guiyang was terrible, so I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable my stay in Anshun turned out to be. This hotel is conveniently located near the high-speed rail station and the West Bus Station, which is the departure point for direct buses to Huangguoshu Waterfall. When navigating, remember to head to the second-floor platform and proceed towards the bus station. The room itself is very comfortable and spacious, equipped with a mini-fridge and a large TV. The bathroom also features a convenient wet and dry separation."

"The newly opened hotel is next to Hongshan Lake and the nearby White Peacock Restaurant is very special. "We are here during the peak tourist season, so I have been worried the whole time. I was thinking all the way here that I hope there will be no place to park when I get to the hotel. In the past, parking has always been a headache for me. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised to see that there were more parking spaces than I had imagined. There were dozens of them and I could park anywhere. I felt relieved at that moment.
Let’s talk about the location, it’s also amazing. It is so close to the scenic spot. It only takes 5 minutes for me to drive there. It feels like I didn't even step on the accelerator, and I arrived at the entrance of the scenic spot in the blink of an eye. This is very worry-free for people like us who love to play but are too lazy to travel."

"This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The city view room booked in advance at 8 o'clock in the morning has not been cleaned. Xiaojing at the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free. The smile was kind, patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and the fatigue of waiting was instantly relieved. The upgraded room has a wider view, the sanitary details are impeccable, the bedding is white and odorless, the bathroom is dry and tidy, and even the table is spotless. Xiaojing's service transcends the standard process, with a sincere prejudgment when checking in, I keenly captured the fatigue of my boat and car, and handled it quickly in a soft voice; this feeling of ”remembered and cared” is the most precious gift on the journey. The Berman Hotel proves with its unique hospitality that an excellent hotel is itself a stunning landscape."

This Marriott hotel, which just opened this year, has excellent service and facilities. The front desk upgraded my room for free, and the view was stunning. The staff were also very friendly and attentive.
We had dinner at the hotel, and I highly recommend the Broken Bridge Green Pepper Fish Hot Pot. It was so delicious I almost fell in love with it (っ´▽｀)っ🍲
The hotel also offers free self-service laundry, a children's playground, and a gym. The facilities are very comprehensive.

Located right next to the visitor center, it's very convenient for getting around. You can park at the hotel and walk straight there, saving you the hassle of parking. The service is also excellent; the receptionist is very helpful.
The room is relatively new. However, the showerhead is not very good; it doesn't spray water, making the shower experience unpleasant. Also, the mattress wasn't particularly comfortable. Furthermore, there's construction outside the balcony, so the view is less appealing.

The room is satisfactory, but the quilt is a bit thick. I ordered 2 dishes at the inn in the evening. The fish-flavored pork shreds are unusual and unique, and the steamed egg with minced meat is also good. The boss's cooking skills are very good. I am satisfied with this stay! The inn owner and his family are also very enthusiastic. It is worth recommending.

GGuest UserThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

GGuest UserLet me first talk about our itinerary. After arriving at Guizhou Airport, we rented a car and stayed at a hotel near Huangguoshu on the first night. On the second night, we drove to Yueshan. After checking out, we drove back to downtown Guiyang to return the car. First of all, the scenery of the hotel is invincible, the decoration and furnishings are also very comfortable, and the hotel's meals are also good. You don't have to worry about not having meals that the children can eat when you bring your children. The only thing left was to be in a daze. It was so comfortable, and the photos were also very good. The hotel gave us a travel photo shoot as a gift. The photographer was very patient and helped guide us to pose. She just suggested that we must take photos early, otherwise the light will be too strong. In short, everything is very satisfactory.

ZZhenglongbaohanaI can confidently say this is the best hotel I've stayed at this year during the National Day holiday.
Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive. The bathroom shower and sink are designed as separate spaces, separating the wet and dry areas so that multiple people can use them without disturbing each other. The smart home system with a projector screen provides entertainment before bedtime. The amenities are incredibly thoughtful, even meticulous. The pillows include both high and low pillows, which was a pleasant surprise for someone like me who prefers low pillows. The bed runner is a large blanket, perfect for babies whose feet get cold easily in cold weather. The disposable amenities include not only towels and bath towels, but also toilet seat covers and a toiletries kit. The washing machine comes with detergent and a dryer, solving the problem of wet clothes from Huangguoshu Waterfall. The only drawback is that I hope two disposable water cups will be added in the future, as I put my toothbrush in a glass and didn't have a cup for hot water.
Hygiene: Clean and hygienic; no strange smells after check-in.
Environment: Located near Huangguoshu Scenic Area, the owner offers one free shuttle service. There are restaurants downstairs on a lively street, but surprisingly quiet in the mornings and evenings (a pleasant surprise considering it's only on the 3rd floor, yet there's almost no outdoor noise).
Service: Everyone was exceptionally warm and friendly, speaking gently. The breakfast was delicious! The porridge and chicken soup rice noodles were especially tasty, light yet flavorful, and incredibly fresh.
I would definitely choose this restaurant again if I have the chance to visit Huangguoshu.

MM43128****Facilities: There's a robot in the lobby on the first floor, and food delivery can come right up to your room, which is super convenient. Near the front desk, there's hot water and coffee available for takeout, which is a really thoughtful touch.
Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was very comfortable, and there was both a soft pillow and a buckwheat pillow.
Environment: The environment is great. The front desk staff upgraded our room type when we checked in. It faced the residential area, so it was very quiet, and we slept wonderfully at night. The hotel is also very close to the ancient town; just a few minutes' walk out the door, and you can find lots of local specialty snacks.
Service: Huge thanks to the front desk staff for the room upgrade during check-in. Another staff member even offered us complimentary breakfast when we returned to the hotel at night, and while I didn't manage to wake up early enough to eat it 😩, I'm still incredibly grateful.
Overall, the experience was excellent, highly recommended! If I get the chance to visit Anshun again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

1. Convenient transportation: It takes about 20 minutes to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. I see there is also a direct bus stop. The youth hostel is located on the street, which is very convenient.
2. Geographical location: You can walk to Anshun Ancient City and Gufu Street. There are snacks and hot pot convenience stores downstairs. There is a hot pot called Tun Niang Niang, which is delicious.
3. The public area is super large: This youth hostel has the largest public area I have ever stayed in, and the public area is also very clean. You can sit on the window sill and take a nap during the day. The shadows of the trees shining in the sun are swaying and dotted with stars. It feels super nice.
4. Shared kitchen: The kitchen is provided for free heating of food, and the kitchen utensils are complete. You can feel that the quality of the guests staying is very good. The kitchen utensils are washed clean after use, which looks very comfortable.
