It's a very good hotel in Anshun. It's next to RT-Mart and a commercial plaza, as well as a pedestrian street with lots of snacks. It's very convenient for traveling and eating. I would like to commend Xiaoyi and Xiaozhang for their very good service attitude. They helped upgrade the room and gave Anshun specialties as gifts. In particular, I would like to mention that the car I rented this time encountered a problem with the battery and needed to be recharged. Xiao Zhang quickly helped me solve the problem. Thank you very much!

Next to it is Hongshan Lake Park, which is beautiful. You can swim in the lake and there are many facilities for children to play. But there are no convenience stores or supermarkets around, so it’s inconvenient and you can’t even buy yogurt. The hotel is old, the facilities are old, the floor is creaking, and the hair dryer is broken. The light at the door suddenly came on at around two o'clock in the middle of the first day, and then went completely dark, which shocked me. I called the front desk and found out there was a power outage. After the call came, the air conditioner stopped working. It was very noisy with the windows open, and very stuffy without the windows. I couldn't sleep like this all night. The next day, the air conditioner in another room still didn't work. The breakfast was too bad, just like an average town guest house. I didn't eat it the next day and ordered takeout. There are not many hot springs to soak in, and there is an additional charge for the fish therapy pool inside. There is no floating board for children, everything is charged separately. The only advantage is that the service is not bad and it is close to Hongshan Lake and convenient for visiting.

It is about 40 kilometers away from Huangguoshu. Because it is difficult to book tickets for the scenic spot and you have to wait for two days, you pass by here to rest for a day. Overall, it is very good and deserves a score of 4.7. The service is OK. The hygiene is clean and tidy, and the quilt has a little defect (there is a stain on the quilt core that has not been washed clean). Facilities: basically all. Breakfast: relatively rich. Two free hot spring tickets for check-in: good.

The homestay is very characteristic, and it can be seen that the boss spent a lot of money and thought. Benzhai is also relatively quiet, and it is not bad to spend an hour shopping. Originally, the breakfast service was quite satisfactory, but the workers repaired the house early in the morning until we left the store and didn't sleep well. When booking a room, I asked the front desk what the difference was between a few standard rooms. She said no. Later, I found that some standard rooms are more spacious and do not give free upgrades. It is also possible to add money. I hope this can be improved.

I went to Anshun with my friends and booked a room at Jianglu. Within half an hour, a young lady confirmed the room and upgraded it for free, and prepared lunch at noon. There are free fruits in the room🥝, with rich varieties. The room design is unique and user-friendly, and the tea set is exquisite. Before going to bed at night, there is also a young lady delivering bedtime milk and snacks, which is very considerate. Living in a forest-like environment, whether sitting on the balcony or in the swimming pool cafe, there is a strong forest atmosphere, allowing people to bathe in nature. The breakfast is very rich, and the fruit salad is unique and delicious😋I had four meals in Jianglu, which is the most satisfying, healthy and most catering I have eaten in Guizhou. In the evening, the young ladies prepared tea around the stove. If it is winter, it should be very warm👍It is really worth staying in😁😁😁👍👍👍Next time, I will try Jianglu in other places...

I was confused for a long time after reading the reviews on Ctrip. But I felt very good after I stayed here. So, I will give a review to the owner.

Room was very clean and has a projector if you want to watch movies or tv shows on youku (can easily find english ones).

The village is worth your time, with locals in costume re-playing an ancient wedding and masked fighters. Well done and not too kitch. Villagers were very welcoming.
Also highly recommend a short climb to the temple on top of the mountain.

SShing runThe staff’s service is impeccable. As it is low season, they upgraded our room to the courtyard rooms and its lovely. They collected our dirty laundry, washed and sent it to our room for free. You can also request for complimentary feet soak. I tried to find wine late at night and while they dont have it, the staff sent me a glass of complimentary beer. Lots of smart features in the room and the breakfast is great. Location is right by Huangguoshu waterfalls entrance. Guests can also consider hoping over to nearby Bo Lian Hotspring for hotspring in the evening if theres nothing to do.

AAaron CedricThis hotel gives the guest a warm and personal touch. The best part of the hotel is that the owners are so friendly, treating the guests like family. On the first night I asked for a hot water bottle (热水袋) because I prefer to sleep with that rather than use the AC heating, and the ”mom” of the hotel went out of her way to find me one. On the last day when I was leaving early in the morning before the official breakfast time, she also made sure to give me a prepared breakfast so that I wouldn't be hungry on my day's journey. By the way, the normal breakfast of noodles/mixian is very tasty and nourishing with high quality ingredients. Anyways, the family that runs this hotel really want to make sure you have a comfortable stay, so they are always there to greet you and answer any questions and help you with whatever you need. Even when I asked for clues about where to find batik (蜡染) artists, they found me the phone number of batik artist in a nearby village. They are so eager to help guests squeeze the most out of all of Guizhou's wonders! In my case, as a foreigner and someone who doesn't speak Chinese too well, I found them very patient and helpful.
The rooms of the hotel are really elegant... simple, aesthetically pleasing design. The amenities are all comfortable: the bed mattress was a perfect balance of firm and soft, the shower had high pressure and hot water, etc. The wifi was strong and stable. I should point out that some of the hotel rooms only have a squat toilet, so if you need a seated toilet you should probably contact the hotel in advance to make sure that they have such a room for you before booking.
I should also point out the special location of this hotel. If you, like me, do not have a car and rely on didi or public transportation, then you should know that this hotel is quite a way into the countryside. In fact, on the road to the hotel, the taxi driver asked me, ”Why would you stay in such a remote hotel when there are good hotels in downtown Anshun?” Well, one of the reasons is because I do prefer personal hotels rather than corporate hotels. But also because my primary goal for my stay in Anshun was to see the old garrison villages (屯堡) in the area, not to see other sites like the famous waterfalls. If your goal is to see the old villages, then I think this is the perfect hotel for you. For one reason, one of the original garrison villages is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. It's little-visited by tourists and so you'll have the whole place to yourself and get really great photographs. That village (called BenZhai [本寨]) is of great historical importance and is very photogenic, and it's so neat to live so close to it. There's another even bigger and more commercialized (and absolutely beautiful) garrison village, also within walking distance (15-20 minutes by walking), called YunShanTun (云山屯). You're also not too far from the most famous villages, namely JiuZhou and Tianlong. Those are at least an hour by walking, so you'll want to get a car. I found it to be nearly impossible to get a Didi driver to accept such rides in this countryside area, but the good news is that the hotel manager found a friendly guy from the village to drive me to those villages and also later to the airport, for the same prices that Didi predicted it would charge. If you do have your own car, then I don't think you have to worry about anything, as this villages in near the highway and thus you can readily access any of the sites of interest in Anshun from this hotel.
Overall, if you are looking for a hotel with warm and human experiences that is near to the places of great historical interest, this is the right hotel for you!

SSmit_94Wow! Where do I even begin…?! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived until we left, we experienced friendliness from all the staff members. They were all always eager to help and most of them can speak a little English but the translator works wonders as well and they were all very patient with using it. We initially only booked for one night but once arriving at the hotel and seeing the premises and rooms, we knew we had to immediately book another night as it exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the room we were in wasn’t available for the second night but the staff upgraded us to a better room for the second night with one of the most amazing views! Breakfast was served as a buffet, it’s not very big but it has everything you need and it was delicious! There is a tea experience daily after 6:30pm where you can sit around the fire and grill some nuts, potatoes, sweet potatoes and snack on fruits while sipping on some iced white tea. On the 4th floor of the main building there is also a tea room where you can make your own tea and sip on it while enjoying the magnificent views from the viewing deck. On our second day, Jiao Jiao, the manager of the hotel, took us to the Baling River museum of bridges as well as to the viewing point of Dishuitan Waterfall. She was so helpful, friendly & kind. This hotel will forever be special to us as we got engaged here on our first night so we will definitely be back for many more visits in the future. I honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. If you find yourself looking for a place to relax and unwind, look no further! Book this hotel, you won’t regret it! --yingshaozhuFinally I have time to post this hotel. I actually stayed in late August, but I haven't had time to comment. The main attraction I want to visit when I go to Anshun is Huangguoshu, and Bailian is a national luxury hotel that I have never stayed in, so I stayed here when I went to Huangguoshu. The actual experience is indeed very unique.
A staff member will add WeChat and confirm the information one day in advance, and then confirm the time, and help prepare tickets for Huangguoshu Scenic Area. (Each room in the hotel should be given 2 free tickets)
The hotel has airport (station) pick-up and drop-off services, but only Anshun Airport and Anshun West Station, and other places in the city should not be possible. Of course, if you plan to play in Anshun city for two days before going there, and want to use this pick-up service, the solution is to make an appointment and go to the station by yourself. Mercedes-Benz v business car for pick-up and Buick business car for drop-off. Then there are very exquisite snacks prepared in the car, which should be praised.
The main public areas of the hotel are concentrated in two independent buildings, the lobby and restaurant are here, and the tea room hot spring (including gym and swimming pool) is next door. When I arrived at the hotel, a staff member came to deliver an ice towel and a necklace immediately. This is still very good, the standard is high enough.
The service at the front desk is a little worse. It feels like the service standard is set very high but the standard is not fully implemented. Basically, I checked in and took the car to the room. I gave a brief introduction, but I feel that most guests would not remember it. Then when I checked out the next day, I found that several guests were arguing at the front desk. They probably waited for a long time but could not check in. The scene was a little chaotic. It felt that there might be a slight shortage of staff during the peak season. But except for the lobby, the overall service standard is still very high.
Booked two rooms, a mountain view soup room suite and a mountain view or lake view soup room. They were upgraded (I am not sure if the non-suite room was upgraded) to a lake view soup room suite and a lake view soup room. These two rooms are connected rooms, so the staff opened the connecting door. Chinese style decoration style, the suite area is OK, the ordinary one is slightly smaller, but it doesn't matter because it is connected. Snacks were delivered when turning down the bed, rose candles were prepared for the hot spring, and drinks in the minibar were free. We ordered night tea that night, the view was unbeatable, but the snacks were average. The night tea was not in the hotel but in a separate tea room, with a car to pick up, which I think is worth the experience.
There are some fixed batik-like activities every day, and the package includes afternoon tea and travel photography. The afternoon tea was similar to the night tea the night before, which was average. The travel photography was very watery, and they really only took 6 photos instead of taking more photos to choose good-looking ones. The scenery was also relatively poor, but it was better than nothing.
The food and beverage aspect was okay, the breakfast was average, and then I missed the dinner time so I only had a simple meal, the quality was good, especially the pickled pepper rice noodles, which tasted great.
Overall it is worth a try, preferably in the off-season, stay a few more days, experience various activities, it is still very good. But the price is really high

Getting there by taxi, we had to stop at front gate, unload luggage and wait for hotel car, reload luggage to get to hotel and unload again. Staff is very, very nice and helpful though. One of the little sisters smiled very sweetly and was very polite! The hotel has a business car that can pick up and send to the ticket center at any time, and the driver's service attitude is also very good! The room is clean and hygienic, and the hotel TV also unlocks a lot of paid movies and TV series, which is a very good experience! I thought the hotel was a private hotel, but later I saw that the brand seemed to be a member of the Guizhou Hotel Group, and it was also an excellent supplier of Ctrip! The hotel reduced its price during the May Day holiday, and Ctrip quickly communicated with the hotel and checked in at a low price. I have always trusted Ctrip's service!

We had some requirements for the room type, and the manager also helped us upgrade the room type for free, which was very impressive! The room is very cost-effective, and the price during the May Day holiday is also quite suitable. I forgot something in the room after checking out, and they contacted me not long after checking out. Finally, I troubled the hotel to send it back to my home address.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the hotel is really welcoming and everyone has a bright smile. Make me feel at home and warm. Secondly, the room was neat and clean. The bed was so comfortable that I had a good night's sleep. The most important thing is that the parking lot is huge. Parking is easy.

GGuest UserThe check-in feeling is very good. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk is enthusiastic and the service attitude is particularly good. She answers all questions. The location of the hotel is very good. The sightseeing bus is just across the road from the hotel. It is also very close to the ticket center. Next time I have the opportunity, I will definitely choose to stay at Heyuan Hotel.
