"The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, and the people were pretty. The rooms were spacious and OK. There was also a dedicated parking lot, so you can park your car there if you drive there. The hotel was combined with the gynecological hospital, which was a bit uncomfortable. The hospital sign was bigger than the hotel. There were few breakfast varieties, and the service staff was not very nice. It felt like you could eat or not, and the restaurant was too small. It needs renovation."

It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it?
Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient!
There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat.
Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

1. On the evening of arrival at the hotel, they asked who my travel companions were. I told them I booked and paid online, and my name was on the records. They just needed to tell me the room number. Why did they insist on asking who my companions were? Were they afraid of making a mistake? Didn't they check everything beforehand? This kind of service left me speechless!
2. I mentioned online that there were lobby bar privileges. I asked what they were, and they only replied that they were available the following afternoon. I asked what the lobby bar privileges were, and they said the next day. Seriously… I asked twice and got the same answer. The next morning, I saw that there were lobby bar privileges too???
3. When I went out, I encountered a staff member and asked if they had a tote bag. They gave me one so I could pack things for a meeting. When I returned to my room, I found several laundry bags instead??? 😂 There was only one laundry bag hanging on the clothes rack in the room. I don't need a laundry bag, I need a tote bag…😱 Am I supposed to take a laundry bag to the meeting…?
4. After finishing the meeting on the 3rd floor, I went down to the 1st floor, which led to the coffee shop on the other side. I went to the lobby and asked a waiter. The waiter said there was nothing I could do; if you come down from the 3rd floor, you can only go down to the coffee shop. I asked, ”So every time I come down from the 3rd floor, I can only go to the coffee shop and then walk around to the lobby?” She said, ”Yeah, there's nothing I can do.” 🤷♂️ I'm really…😓"
