What truly stood out was the service; they paid close attention to our reservation requests and proactively upgraded our room, fulfilling our every need. The front desk and all staff members were incredibly polite, always asking if we needed assistance and offering help promptly and diligently. The hotel also provides services like car washing and station transfers. We stayed in two different room types with three people, and we all agreed this hotel offers fantastic value for money and made us feel right at home!"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, right outside the old street, making it incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. It's situated on Henan East Road, just a few minutes' walk from Aksu Old Street, perfect for an evening stroll after dinner. There are plenty of snack shops, milk tea stores, and fruit stalls nearby, so you'll never have to worry about food and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding provided a restful sleep. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bathroom had no strange odors. The mattress was just right, not too soft or too hard, and the pillows were at a comfortable height, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The soundproofing was also good; even though it faced the street, I barely heard any outside noise with the windows closed. The service was attentive and helpful. The front desk staff were very friendly and processed my check-in quickly. They even proactively recommended local eateries and sightseeing routes. One time, I forgot my charging cable, and the front desk readily lent me one. They didn't say anything when I returned it, which made for an excellent experience. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local specialties. There were Xinjiang specialties like naan bread, milk tea, and pilaf, as well as standard options like congee, steamed buns, and eggs. Everything tasted good, and I always left feeling full before heading out. This hotel offers great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit to Aksu. For this price, getting a hotel of this quality is truly worth it. The location, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aksu."

"The hotel lobby felt grand upon entering. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Parking was convenient with options both in front of the hotel and in the garage. The breakfast was excellent, truly felt like a home-cooked meal. We also had dinner at the hotel's 'Shanghai Taste' restaurant, which was delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience! 👍👍👍🌹🌹🌹"

"The hotel indicated that it was opened in 2024, but the equipment inside was not new. It should be that some things in the old hotel were old and renovated. The sofa was stained. We stayed in 2026. The room was very hot and the central air-conditioning host was not turned on, resulting in no use. The waiter sent us a fan. But there are many varieties of early, suitable for our appetite. Parking is free."

The driver helped us with our luggage, and the security guard immediately took over, pushing the cart and leading us to the elevator, all the way to our room. He even turned on the air conditioning for us before leaving. 👍👍👍👍👍 This Aksu hotel was the best we encountered on our entire trip from Kashgar → Tashkurgan → Kashgar → Shache → Hotan → Kuqa → Aksu. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are clean, complete, and thoughtful. The service was also excellent! The breakfast selection was quite diverse too. Overall, every detail of this hotel shows great care!"

"The business hotel (Aksu Jiefang South Road Branch) is generally considered economical and practical. The most prominent advantage of the rooms is their spaciousness and ample room to move around, preventing a cramped feeling. However, the bathroom facilities are somewhat outdated, and the sanitary ware and shower experience are average; guests with higher expectations for amenities may need to lower their expectations. The location is somewhat unusual—tucked inside a farmers' market on Jiefang South Road, the surrounding environment is a bit chaotic, and finding the way might be a little strange at first. However, precisely because the location and amenities aren't central, and the price is relatively affordable, it offers decent value for money for travelers on a budget. If you're staying overnight while driving, or as a temporary stop before heading to your next destination, and you just need something clean and spacious enough to unpack your luggage, a one-night stay is perfectly acceptable."
