新開的酒店，環境和衞生真的很棒！！但是第一晚入住的時候我在凌晨一點半洗澡沒有熱水，水特別温！！用手觸碰是温的，但是淋到身上就是涼的，但是家裡人都挺喜歡酒店的環境，所以第二晚仍然選擇續住了，針對熱水的事情酒店好像也沒有覺得什麼抱歉，跟我説水多放一會就熱了，實際上並不會，我放了起碼半小時，大家儘量還是早點洗漱吧，我試過了白天的水就是熱的😢我換了一個房間繼續帶着家人入住了，第三天我們前往了温宿縣入住，但是酒店一直沒給我辦退房！！啊啊凌晨十二點了我在新酒店一直不能辦理入住，生氣生氣😤又給酒店打電話處理，所以綜合之下給到這樣的評價，衞生環境都很不錯！我完全推薦！但是服務和部分設施給到一般的三星評價。
