NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

GGuest UserThe stay was excellent. The hotel paid exceptional attention to detail, which was very heartwarming. The room attendant noticed I was taking cold medicine and left a small note to show their concern, even adding two extra bottles of water. The front desk staff were very welcoming and greeted me with smiles throughout. Check-in was also very quick. It was all exceptionally good. The room was also very spacious and exactly as pictured. Most importantly, the breakfast was truly delicious with a wide variety of options.

GGuest UserEvery time I come to Aksu, I must stay at Aksu Airport Wanda Meihua Hotel. I don't step on thunder every time. The check-in experience is directly full of 💯!
The front desk service is particularly warm. As a frequent customer, I take the initiative to upgrade the room type for free. I also intimately delay check-out until 16:00. The itinerary does not have to be hurried and the freedom is super high.
The most moving thing is the room service. I am too lazy to wash my own laundry. I mentioned it casually with the room sister. The eldest sister enthusiastically helped to send it to the laundry room on the fourth floor. After washing, I cleaned it up and sent it back to the room. The details were particularly in place and warm and thoughtful.
The lobby leisure area is very complete, free computer available, support free printing, business trip office, temporary processing of documents is particularly convenient.
The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the service is meticulous and warm, the price is full, come to Aksu to stay in this first choice, really recommend!

The room is spacious and bright, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bedding is clean and odorless, the furniture and facilities are very new, the bathroom supplies are complete and the quality is online, the sound insulation effect of the room is also very good, you can have a quiet rest environment when you close the door, and you can live in a particularly comfortable place.
The most praiseworthy thing is the hotel's service. From the reception at the door, the staff is warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed is very fast, and the hotel's facilities and surrounding play guides will be patiently introduced. The cleaning aunt cleaned the room very meticulously, replaced the supplies in time, and the corridor was always clean and tidy. Overall, there is no slot in this stay. The location, environmental facilities, service quality are impeccable, and the price is super high. Unfortunately, this season, the old street night market has been suspended, but the front desk lady recommended the ”Wangsan Night Market”, which is the night market that locals will go to. There are more than a dozen roadside stalls at the entrance of the night market. It's really good!
The courtyard suite bed room we set is very large, the facilities are relatively complete, but the health is relatively lacking, there is hair on the bed, I hope to strengthen the health management, there is no paper towel, but fortunately we brought it ourselves.
The front desk lady is more enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to bring the room after check-in. The decoration is more distinctive, the focus is on pet-friendly and excellent!
