The ladies were very welcoming. The kids also liked it very much. They asked to stay for another day. However, they had to continue going north. They chose to stay at the Seasons Hotel all the way. Great travel package. Breakfast was also great.

I was very impressed by the hotel I stayed at this time. First of all, the hotel's service staff was extremely enthusiastic. From check-in to check-out, every link felt their sincerity and care. The receptionist always smiles and patiently answers my various questions, making me feel at home. The spacious and cleanliness of the room also made me very satisfied. The layout of the room is reasonable, the space is well used, and there is no sense of crowding. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were fresh, and it could be seen that they were carefully cleaned and disinfected. The sanitary condition in the room is impeccable, every corner is cleaned, and the details are handled very well. The richness of the breakfast exceeded my expectations. There are many varieties, both local specialties and Western breakfast options. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and every dish can be seen to be made with care. Especially their freshly ground coffee, rich aroma, mellow taste, added a lot of vitality to my morning. Overall, this hotel has performed very well in terms of service quality, room environment or catering provision. It is a very pleasant stay experience and highly recommended to everyone.

This hotel is right next to the Aksu Old Street Night Market, just a few minutes' walk away. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were polite. Parking was convenient for those driving, although there was a parking fee. Overall, it was a good experience.

The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! We booked a family suite, which was quite large. The shower was a bit small, and water leaked from the bottom if we showered for a while. Everything else was good. The parking lot downstairs was huge, and it was very conveniently located near the Old Street Night Market.

This stay at the four-star hotel was fantastic! The receptionist was warm and efficient, proactively introducing the surrounding transportation and hotel facilities during check-in, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was fully equipped and well-maintained, with a smart toilet, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable mattress, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Cleanliness was impeccable, with even the bathroom corners spotless. The breakfast was plentiful, with hot dishes, snacks, and fruit—all fresh and delicious, perfect for starting the day with energy. Highly recommended!

This hotel is super easy to find, right by the main road and diagonally opposite the stadium. They have their own charging stations, and the parking lot is quite spacious and convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes came sealed in individual plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite large, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered complimentary shoe shining for guests – truly thoughtful! Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here!

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

The hotel indicated that it was opened in 2024, but the equipment inside was not new. It should be that some things in the old hotel were old and renovated. The sofa was stained. We stayed in 2026. The room was very hot and the central air-conditioning host was not turned on, resulting in no use. The waiter sent us a fan. But there are many varieties of early, suitable for our appetite. Parking is free.

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a few hundred meters away. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and it is kept very clean. The front desk service is excellent.
