GGuest UserArrived late, watching the front desk, there was a little girl busy flying, a bunch of people waiting to check in, very understanding as a service industry, so there is no urging, here is strongly recommended night shift with two front desks not only from efficiency but also from safety, the room is also satisfied, very clean! The front desk lady is very good at talking with a smile. In addition, there is a problem in the middle of the night in the room. The security guard is also very polite. The overall full score is 💯!

MM9052****The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

房間的寬敞和整潔也讓我非常滿意。房間佈局合理，空間利用得當，沒有一絲擁擠感。床鋪乾淨舒適，被褥和毛巾都散發著清新的味道，看得出是經過精心清洗和消毒的。房間內的衞生狀況無可挑剔，每一個角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，細節之處也處理得非常到位。
早餐的豐富程度超出了我的預期。種類繁多，既有本地特色美食，也有西式早餐的各種選擇。食材新鮮，味道可口，每一道菜品都能看出是用心製作的。尤其是他們的現磨咖啡，香氣濃郁，口感醇厚，為我的早晨增添了不少活力。
綜合來看，這家酒店無論在服務質量、房間環境還是餐飲提供上都表現得非常出色，是一次非常愉快的入住體驗，強烈推薦給大家。

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

The name is also very tongue-in-cheek, but the moment you enter the hall, your eyes light up! The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

HHSU HuilingThe room was OK, and any equipment missing was immediately delivered by robots. The only drawback was that the hotel was a little slow in serving food during breakfast the next day, causing guests to scramble for it. Some even ate while standing or carried their food to the lobby!

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
