GGuest UserThe beautiful receptionist was very welcoming. The room was newly renovated and equipped with smart technology. Laundry and a fitness center are all available. The place was clean, and the breakfast was particularly rich. My takeout order was delivered by the hotel's robot (👍). The stay was a great experience. (I took a few quick photos before leaving.)
I'd say this hotel is one of the better ones I've stayed in. I give it a thumbs up. 👍👍👍

MM579448****Very satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The stay experience is very good. 🎉 Recommended

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

The front desk staff was very qualified and the security guard was particularly responsible for helping us with our luggage. The most praiseworthy thing is that there is a charging station for electric cars at the door of the hotel. The only drawback is that this hotel may have been open for a long time and the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but it is tidy and clean, and the price is very fair. We have eaten Sichuan people's food and stayed in Sichuan people's hotels along the way. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Aksu, I will continue to stay in this hotel.
