"Location is close to port and near SM bacolod. Breakfast is okay. The wave pool works but is not turmed on often. We o ly experienced the waves once for 5 mins. The pool needs to be cleaned. Parking is no problem. Overall a good place for a fair price.."

"Avenue Suites Hotel is in a great location. Close to the bustling heart of everything. The only negative is its a little pricey, compared to some of its much cheaper competitors, who are not quite so centrally located. Is paying a higher price worth the better location and slightly better facilities? The answer to this of course, will depend entirely on the individual traveller and his budget."

"Average hotel, looks ok from the outside and around the lounge, the rooms are alittle worn out and noisy aircon and roasters can make a peaceful nights sleep alittle rough if your a light sleeper. The location is next to the bacolod bay walk and sm megastores."

"We originally booked three nights at this hotel but due to a sudden change in my boyfriend’s flight schedule, we were only able to stay for one night. Even though our stay was short, we truly enjoyed the experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived, making sure our needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared, which gave us a relaxing rest despite our busy schedule. It’s a bit unfortunate we couldn’t stay longer, but we would definitely consider coming back in the future to enjoy the full experience."

"The room is only 12 sq.m, but cozy, clean, and comfy, and these are the most important for me,
there's a hairdryer, bidet, 4 pillows and complete toiletries that made us more comfortable as a travel.

"Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!"

"Great hotel, good location, friendly staff. Quiet and calm, no noise. No problems with insects. I was very pleased with the shower, strong pressure, cold and hot water. WIFI is good and stable. I stayed in room 211. The air conditioner is not noisy, they checked me in before the official check in. In general, no problems, great place. I recommend 😇🤗😜"

MmcspikyThis is my family's second time staying at Seda Hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, always quick to acknowledge and accommodate any requests. The breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee, which was a standout! The overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Seda for anyone visiting Bacolod. It’s truly the place to be! 😃

MmcspikyI recently stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Bacolod, and overall, it was an OK experience. The breakfast buffet was great—surprisingly good for an ”inn” since it felt more like a hotel. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to SM Bacolod, which made everything accessible.
A couple of minor inconveniences: you have to refill your own water bottle, which isn’t a huge deal but still worth noting. Also, when we first went for breakfast, they mistakenly insisted that I had only paid for two people, which was a bit frustrating. And finally, the bathroom door wouldn’t lock, which could be a disaster depending on your situation—definitely not ideal!
Despite these small hiccups, it was a decent stay. Would I come back? Maybe. If they fix the bathroom door, then sure!

RRichard CA very nice hotel. Excellent penthouse breakfast with a great gym next door. Small rooms are OK, will get the larger one next time. Street parking is outside the hotel's corner lot with a guard for night-time. Stonehill is centrally located next to the Locson corridor with numerous restaurants, shops, 2 hospitals, professional offices, etc.

JJustin DupuisWe always stay there when we go to Bacolod City. It's right on the highway and if we need to board the ship the pier is just down the street. Breakfast is okay. Guards are always kind and remember us. Super cheap and decent place. Also lots of parking. Good AC.

CCompingOld hotel with good location. The room is big with comfortable beds. The only downside is that the room is infested with cockroaches. The cockroaches attack not only the foods but the inside of the luggage.

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
