The hotel is very new and the front desk is polite.
The room is tidy and the bathroom is comfortable.
The beds are soft and cooked, and the TV is new.
The internet is fast and the lighting is good.
If I have the chance, I will visit again.
A fantastic hotel in every respect.
Firstly, it is very clean, with great facilities including a swimming pool and gym.
On the other hand, it is a pity that it is sometimes very difficult to get to the hotel by car as it is right in the centre of the city.
Hotel is located just outside the old city walls so it is easy to explore the old city on foot. There is an underground garage for guests to use. facilities are good and breakfast is decent but somewhat limited due to few staff.
The main asset we found is the staff - a team of nice and very helpful young people. Whatever we asked for, the response was immediate and positive.
All in all an excellent starting point to explore Evora and the surrounding area.
The 15th century house, the good taste and details in the common spaces, the magnificent breakfast with excellent products, and the terrace with views to the Alentejo plane will always be a reason to return. A suggestion: Keep a cream cake or a sweet one for if a guest needs a little pleasure for a bad moment. No costs anything.. Otherwise, happy team!

We were in Evora for a day and were very pleasantly welcomed.
The hoteller has really explained everything very well and friendly and has marked the main points on a map for us.
The room was well furnished and beautifully furnished. The bed may be a little soft and the room lightly bright but everything in all really nice !
Breakfast is also very pleasant.
The hotel has a different concept than usual! With individual suites, as if they were igloos, it gives the feeling of being isolated from all the other guests! It's quite reserved and great for a few days of rest and dating! It was our wedding anniversary and they were incredible in preparing the suite with a little treat for us! But also very family-friendly (there were many families staying with children). Great breakfast and very friendly staff! We really enjoyed it and will go back with our children!
Peaceful place, in an historic building, wonderful view from the hill to the castle walls and city. Book upper floors rooms.
Very clean and comfortable.
The pool area is comfortable, grass floor, umbrellas and chairs available.
Breakfast is ok, enough choices. Indoor room, wish it would have seating outside.
The same Pousada series, this is an old castle. It is also very flavorful. For breakfast, you must try the famous local Iberico sausage. The tower opposite the front desk must be climbed to see the panoramic view of the small town. The restaurant next door, the venue used to be a prison, the environment is very flavorful, the dishes are very delicious, I even had two dinners
The location is very good as it is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to the old town ruins. Thanks to the clean and friendly staff, the check-in was good, especially the breakfast was fresh and very delicious.
Too beautiful hotel, great location, super breakfast, free parking on public holidays, weekdays, 5 euros a night! Clean, tidy, bathroom and room are the biggest in the whole Portugal trip! Must like it! Evora has a lot of extra points for this hotel! New Year's dinner is also great!

Great
FForrestmThe approach to the hotel is uninspiring which makes your arrival in a modern manicured property all the more surprising. The hotel is well thought out, set up for a very chilled out time and service and facilities are excellent. We did not give a full 5 for one reason which for some could be a blocker. This hotel is very popular with young families, for very good reasons but if you want a quiet retreat keep this in mind If on the other hand you have young children it is a great place.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay in Evora and booked the MouraSuits Hotel.
The check-in was super friendly and we even allowed our room to be taken up more than indicated.
The hotel offers an extra parking space so we did not have any problems with the closing of our car.
We had a superior room for 2 people with view of the pool. The bathroom is beautifully equipped with a rain shower.
The pool was also pleasantly cold, but not too cold.
The breakfast was a dream. We could order our egg food without a surcharge, there were various fresh juices as well as cheese and sauce cut, baggage, etc.
We will come back in any case.

GGuest UserThe hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.
