Swiss-Belhotel Airport Yogyakarta

The hotel is new and very clean. We stayed in the family room which was tastefully decorated in warm browns, reflecting indonesian culture. The bedrooms were spacious, and the living and entrance areas were well designed.. We had dinner at the restaurant, pleasantly served by Wulan, and loved the steak and oxtail soup. Buffet breakfast was amazing, including my favourite bubur ayam with a huge array is accompaniments, soto ayam, gudeg jogja, my son's favorite cabonara pasta, soya milk, and many others. Lastly, we are grateful for the complimentary airport transfer!

Male receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet. I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

”Convenient Option Near Yogyakarta's International Airport” While not situated in the heart of Jogja, this hotel proves to be an excellent choice for those seeking proximity to the new international airport in Yogyakarta. The spacious and impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms offer a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel.

I was stunned, in a good way, the moment I arrived at the hotel. I did not expect the hotel to be this elegant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, the aircond works really good and the bed was snuggly, a perfect place to rest on after a long day of walking. The location was excellent, just 2-3 minutes walk to Malioboro St. Finding excellent culinary food and entertainment right at your doorstep. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Jogja.

It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises. Breakfast spread is good! Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.
Griya Persada Convention Hotel & Resort Kaliurang

I hope my review can avoid anyone to be in this bad place. When I arrived it was early for check-in, I decided to book the lava tour via the hotel (a waste of time and money). Towards the end of the tour, the jeep driver, a young boy, made very heavy comments. I returned to the hotel and made this point known to a man in the reception, who started laughing at me and told the colleagues who reacted with a fragrant laugh. The morning afterwards I made a witness to a woman at the reception that I had to take my clothes to wash because the water of the air conditioner was dropped on the clothes and washing them, and I made it clear that it seemed correct to be paid back. Magically, the girl no longer understands English. I told her too what happened the day before during the lava tour and what was the reaction of colleagues ... but also in this case the English.. forgotten. The place in general is a big barrack. The staff is incapable and without a minimum of professionalism. There are several coffee but all closed or without products. It should be a hotel for business people ...but always really a noisy, dirty and bad circus. The lack of respect for me was the worst and it was really a bad experience, and I would not recommend this place to women, but generally to all those who have a minimum of respect and consideration for the next.
