Location is good. Beside a small mall and also near to 1 of the popular restaurants. Room is quite spacious and clean.. but the air con was a bit hard to control - too cold if we on the fan even to the lowest; seemed like no ventilation when we off the fan. The comforter was not very thick so it was still freezing for us when we had the fan on. But overall still a good stay.

The hotel is in a good location with a good swimming pool with a descent breakfast. Old towels , toilets seats, shower seals, etc so it needs maintenance seriously. The welcome was good but requests for any additional service were not welcome.

Amazing hotel. Spacious and connecting room. Plenty of eateries to choose from. Walking distance to Tugu Station and Malioboro Street. But twice blackout for a short period. Good spread of breakfast. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to stay here. Thank you.

This is my first time staying here, although it is a bit far from the city center but it is close to one of the shopping centers in Yogyakarta. The staff is quite friendly and the room is clean.

This hotel is FANTASTIC! The staff here are so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. ROOM: - Beds and pillows are luxurious - Shower pressure is strong - Great variety of toiletries including a shaving kit AMENITIES: - Pool is great with a separate spa-like chilling area - Snooker table that’s 15k rp a game. - Gym is basic but sufficient with dumbbells up to 25kg - Laundry service that does same day for 20k/ kg (outside in the driveway. TRANSIT/ LOCATION: - Easy to get a GRAB to and from the Tugu Train Station. (Make sure you type in Alana Malioboro because there’s another Alana hotel 30 minutes in the other direction… speaking from experience here 😂🙈) - Short and cheap GRAB to jl Malioboro, Keraton and other tourist sites. - Walking distance to Jl Prawirotaman - Lots of local food and bakeries close by.

Sadly swimming pool was under works . Gym was small Overall for cleanliness it was immaculate  And the staff were eager to assist at all times. Very friendly atmosphere. Breakfast spread was good but I wish they had espresso or cappuccino etc .  Black coffee was good  And a number of other choices like ginger drink etc.  definitely will come back again  Five stars for the staff.

Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again

Satisfied with Artotel at jalan Kaliurang Jogjakarta. We managed to get additional one hotel room, although it is quite expensive. We love the welcome drink Secang tea :) Room facility is good, including welcome cakes :) Breakfast choices were also good & nice.

The receptionist called the doctor that came to our room. They offered us water, congee (rice porridge) and apples and check on our week being. We felt very well taken care of! We can recommend this hotel not only for the location, comfort and cleanliness but also for the excellent service and incredible staff.

so satisfied with the hotel quality, the bed is large, AC is in good condition, clean, piece and comfortable. the service of the front office is so nice and helpful, like realy helpful, they guided us how to pay with trip.com which the price is lower than 2 other platforms that we checked. much lower. thanks trip.com. I don't usually write comment, I am writing this long because I feel grateful to trip.com and the front office of the hotel. there is nothing I can find to complain about this hotel, if you insist maybe if that would be great if there is netflix on the TV, but really I am not complaining, cause I don't come to yogya all the way to watch netflix, it's just, maybe for some families who like to stay and relax in the hotel all day long.

There are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel. 1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel. 2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street. 3. Clean room with satellite TV programme. 4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts. 5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time. 7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast. 8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house. 9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport. El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you

Enjoy the holidays during staying in this hotel. The service is good and fast response when we got trouble with air conditioner. Food is delicious. Get free upgrade deluxe room. Unfortunately, in our last day,the lock of our door very hard to open. But, overall is good

3 star hotel with the most complete and delicious breakfast facilities in Malioboro, Yogyakarta. The price is also quite affordable and worth it.

I had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

Ms. Indah & Ms. Bertha the receptionist who helped during check-in process also Mr. Isdiono the security was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The other hotel staffs I've met such as the chef, room boy, and the office worker also very friendly and helpful. As this hotel has a very large area, sometimes you may ask direction to the hotel staff. This hotel is new so the room condition is super good, comfortable, and clean. The pillow was very big, soft, and comfy. Each non-smoking guest room features a flat-screen HDTV, coffee/ tea maker, mini-refrigerator, desk, sleeper sofa, safe, slippers, robes, bath products, hair dryer, bottled water, and a very fast wi-fi connection. Beside this hotel there is Wyndham Garden Hotel & Conference and Sooji the instagrammable restaurant. Stay active with jogging and BMX tracks, a gym, outdoor pool, and outdoor children's play area. Strategic location, cool air, near the mosque, spacious room, standard food, but there was still some even though it was almost 10 o'clock. I want to stay there again next time when I'm in Jogja.

Clean & bright rooms with comfortable king size beds. The facilities are quite complete, including a mini bar in the room which can be obtained free of charge. The location is a bit to the edge but still easy to access via the ring road.

Comfortable stay, room was adequate and fresh. We enjoy our stay and breakfast is delicious. We like the design, bed, pillow and even bathroom are clean. Will be back again if visiting this city. One more thing hotel near mall and walkable

The room was nice and clean, but when I checked in I got a room that smelled of cigarettes, even though I had ordered a non-smoking one. Every time I order Crombolini it's always not available :( I've ordered it twice on different days, it still says it's not available

Hotel area are not far away from Yogyakarta train station is about 15-20 minutes to the hotel . Nearby places is Plaza Ambarukmall and Beef ball soup Titoti,satay Pak Is , University Atma jaya is next to Hotel Sahid. Easy way to malioboro street with grab car also not pay too much Room is clean,cozy,. Hotel staffs are friendly and have a good manners. Pleasant stay in şahıd hotel
