The hotel was extremely close to airport, but far away from anything to actually do in the area. The staff were excellent and the facilities were fantastic, beautiful hotel. The food was good but a little pricey, do not use Laundry in motel, very expensive, this was the only down side while staying there.

Booked and stayed here for 5 nights. Its just a 1min walk to the center of Malioboro Street. Lots of eatery and shops.
Took the KAI train from YIA (45min) and walked about 15-20min to reach the hotel. The pavement was well maintained and rolling a luggage was pretty easy too.
There are 2 malls just beside the hotel with cafes and shopping.
Good location as we cannot hear any street noise though we were so near to Malioboro St.
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our queries.
We requested for daily make-up room service but there was a particular day where they didnt clear out our trash though.
Room was very spacious and comfortable with a microwave too.
Overall it was a wonderful and nice stay.
super enjoy staying here, the environment is quite calm. You can get a view of the lake/river with lots of fish, there are satay and meatballs around in the afternoon so you don't have to worry about looking for food, the environment is also quite beautiful, and breakfast is quite varied and delicious
We booked for a family room, but we were shocked and disappointed when we first got into the room, we had view of a roof and walls. I think that very misleading especially for families, the room is dark, very little natural light. But nevertheless it was clean. However, we managed to change to another room with a balcony view that makes up for the initial drawback. The pool is kids friendly, my kids enjoy their time there. The breakfast spread was good. Overall, it is a family friendly hotel, I recommend especially if you have young kids. Price is reasonable, and I think we got what we paid for.
It's an upscale hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nice of them to upgrade us to Deluxe Premiere Double room. Bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is good (esp. for the hot weather). Cleanliness can be improved (eg toilet). Our room is right in front of the lift but we were not being disturbed by noises.
Breakfast spread is good!
Quite a few eateries around the hotel. Otherwise, taking Grab taxi to places is convenient and reasonable fares.
”Convenient Option Near Yogyakarta's International Airport”
While not situated in the heart of Jogja, this hotel proves to be an excellent choice for those seeking proximity to the new international airport in Yogyakarta. The spacious and impeccably clean rooms and bathrooms offer a comfortable retreat after a long day of travel.
Room was okay but not very okay because trip.com purchase through 3rd party tiket.com and did not pass the room we choose non-smoking, so we ended up with room for a smoker and same level for all room for smoking. Hotel did a good gesture after we make a call to Mr. Bagus to solve this matter as hotel was full house to make sure our room comfortable, the housekeeping did change our sheet, and everything in bed also spray our room with perfume to make smoke odor gone. I was hopeless actually because the 3rd party was tiket.com local travel agent online which wasn't reliable like traveloka they are the same. But trip.com already apologize for the mistake and offer us as gesture a goodwill for their mistake, so I won't take any further action or complain as the hotel management already tried their best solved our problem. Thank you. I hope this never happen again in the future, they need double check and make sure their agreement with 3rd party is gone through very well and no mistake happen again
An amazing hotel. I’m extremely happy to have stayed in this hotel. Truly a wonderful hotel. Gaia Cosmo is a luxury. The check-in was quick and friendly. Very polite staff. The room is very clean and spacious. Fully equipped with many toiletries. The TV was wonderful with English channels. The breakfast was delicious and warm. Enjoyed eating at the rooftop with a wonderful view of the city. I also ate dinner there. Room service was wonderful as well. Polite and positive. The room is comfortable and perfect for everyone to stay in. I really did enjoy the buttonless elevator. I would definitely come back here and stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much. See you soon!
Hotel located in the center of Jogja. There are many rice shops nearby and the location is good. However, it is a little far to go to Borobudur and Planbanan.
Breakfast was selected from 5 types, and the amount was also satisfactory.

GGuest UserI had good stay as my room was well kempt, and windows were directly lighten up by the sunlight. However, in terms of amenities, i noticed that there was no iron and iron board. The refrigerator was broken as well and there was a conmecting door to the other room which i find it odd. Anyway, this experience did not affect me because of the cleanliness and hospitality of the staff. I appreciate them contacting me to ask if they can clean as was in DND mode. Overall, i will still book again in this hotel for another opportunity of business travel

AApeQueThe villa looks very² nice and picturesque, The space for a small family was just nice (2 adults, 1 kid - Luxury Villa 3 Person-Twin Bed). When we get into the room to settle down, the aircon have already been switched on. The pool looks clean and well maintained. During the day, the pool will feel cold and when at night it gets chilly. After swimming, can just dry your clothes by the pool bcs there is direct sunlight. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful all the time when we need their assistance.
But we noticed during the day, the aircon could not perform well. The room temperature will only starts to go down during the night (after 9pm onwards). We do understand that the hotel is like an outdoor villa, but we do find some ants running around everywhere. Luckily we dont find them on our bed. Then their shower and bidet does not look well maintained. Got alot alot of white stains all over. Also, their bathtub, we found a few brown stains which we try to remove it on our own but couldn't. Last but not least, there is no table and chairs for us to dine. Normally we would just sit on the floor in our room in front of/below the aircon, so that we can feel cooling while eating.
Overall, i would give a 7/10, their villa could have look better if they maintained their property well and provided proper place for dining. As a person, im not really fussy to all of the negative statements stated above but my spouse aren't really happy about it so im here to share 2 person p.o.v. But i am very fussy when comes to the air conditioning. But due to my itenary, im always outside during the day and only be back in the room at night, so i decided not to request change of room or servicing the aircon.
LLennyMale receptionist not helpful to resolve water issues in the hotel. 1 room was bad because the water runs out black and dirty. We had to call the manager to resolve but it took us a lot of effort to resolve. We are not the emotional type but his unfriendly attitude make us angry and impatient. Sorry please train your front desk people because they are the first time we meet.
I request for twin bed, he said I did not request. Attitude problem front staff, the male staffs.

WWongThere are so many things I love about the hotel. I can't wait to drop my genuine feedback here upon checking out from the hotel.
1. We feel welcomed as their guests. Each and every staff is well trained. They are attentive and greet you at every corner of the hotel.
2. I love the scent of lemongrass once entering the lobby. A welcome drink is placed at the lobby. Feel free to drink as many glasses as you want after the heat along the Malioboro street.
3. Clean room with satellite TV programme.
4. Bottles of hand sanitiser are placed in and outside tge lifts.
5. Amazing breakfast spread. The staff who handle food are on facemask at all time.
7. Javanese music and gamelan accompany us while having our breakfast.
8. Many sofa chairs/armchairs at the lobby. This is indeed very thoughtful especially for the elder people and guests from big tour groups who need time to check-in. I spent an hour sitting on the sofa to do my work. No distractions at all. You can choose to sit near to the main entrance, lounge or coffee house.
9. Plenty of wall plugs/electrical sockets. I charged my phone before leaving the hotel at 3pm to airport.
El Hotel embraces generosity to create memories among their guests. Thank you
IiphuriosThe room is good for its price. Situated at the back of Ambarrukmo Plaza, Yogya’s one of the top end mall, the Victoria hotel is a great choose for me and my friend while we exploring the city.
First of all, the price is very affordable, and at this price range, the benefit that I got from what the hotel is offering is worth it.
Unlike many other hotel at its price range, the room is not cramped. It is well maintained that I don’t feel like I’m in some sort of budget hotel or anything. Amenities provided are also complete, they have indoor one time use slippers, one time use toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo.
My room is the Deluxe and is suppose to face the pool, but it is quite in the front so my view is someone else’s property, I had to peek and press my cheek to the window to see the pool from my room. The deluxe room is also come with large glass window on the bathroom wall that face inside. They are great for couple, but luckily, it has shutter so it also great for family and friends. These two are what distinguish the deluxe and superior room.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely choose Victoria hotel again in the future for my stay.
EEfexWhile there are similar options for staying close to the international Airport in Yogyakarta, Morazen stands head and shoulders above even the bigger names of five star houses. The main reason for this is that the hotel was opened in 2024 and as you would expect has the highest class comfort available in the area. Aimed at short staying guests out 1-night booking (most flights from YIA leave early hours) included an excellent breakfast buffet and shuttle to the nearby airport. Luggage weighing and wrapping are available in the lobby. The rooms are top notch - specifically the mattress was much better than other hotels around - with privacy blinds in the on suite bathroom and a modern smart TV. The pool is rather awkward for real swimmers but offered a good opportunity to relax for us as well as the families with children who seemed to enjoy their time as much as the several flight crew members frequenting the place. We left the next morning feeling refreshed and comforted and Morazen stayed in the back of our minds as a very high yardstick against which we measured other hotels in Indonesia.
