5-Star Hotels in Gia Lai Province, Vietnam

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel and even decided to extend our visit by an additional night. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the bed was truly exceptional—it felt like sleeping on a cloud! We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of tasty options. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The hotel location is fantastic , near the local food and the beach. Good service and the room is really big and comfortable.

The hotel itself seems to be good value for money. You can choose to receive a massage in the evening. The swimming pool and breakfast restaurant are shared with Ocean Resort, and the people were friendly. It was a bit disappointing that it seemed difficult to get out of the city once you entered, but it seems good for resting.

It’s a very nice beach resort. Unfortunately,, the property has not been well maintained. The huge glass doors to the nice and relaxing balcony is not well oiled and so it is very hard (heavy) to open; worse they are not lockable. Apart from the bedhead has terrible stained the rest of the room is quite clean. Breakfasts included were very good, lots of of varieties and selection. This is the best part of my recent stay at this property I guess. Staffs were very polite although not as helpful most of the time. It’s a very huge property, has a lot of rooms but the occupancy rate is very low. I hope they don’t shut it down any time soon.

The facility looks very clean, maintained and high quality. However, the room's equipment is very superficial, rather smooth and unstable (lamps). In the bathroom, the water, unfortunately, runs completely into the bedroom when doing a shower.  The swimming pool is unfortunately only maintained superficially. A proper suction of dirt and sand is not given. Therefore the water is timid and you don't really feel the good feeling to swim there. The beach itself is beautiful and people empty.  Breakfast buffet is rich and OK. However, we noticed that for example, fruit, which has not been used, still lies on the table in the coming days...  The service is good and very helpful. In total, the hotel is unfortunately quite remote from the city. 20-30 minutes drive. Taxis to the city you have to book extra at the hotel, because no taxis extra go there over the grave unless you book it somewhere at a private taxi company. Eating in the restaurant is quite expensive, however. We would not recommend the hotel for the reasons mentioned above.

Both myself and my wife enjoyed 7 days at this hotel. A quality 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. The selection was mainly Asian and delicious. All staff were very professional with adequate english with some. A special thankyou to Charlie. She made all guests feel welcomed assisting with any requirements in the buffet restaurant. She spoke English very well and was very attentive in her role.

In love the whole time I’m here, really stunning views and excellent service! All the staff that I have come across my 4 days of stay have been nothing less than amazing. Location can be pretty far away from city but this is also precisely why this place is so charming. Definitely looking forward to coming back again soon!

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the environment is beautiful and the service is thoughtful.

I went from Nha Trang by Vietage train, and the resort was quiet and clean because it was a beach away from the city center. I ate almost exclusively at the restaurant in the resort, but all the food was delicious, and all the staff from the lobby to the restaurant and spa were friendly. The room was a private villa, so it was private, and the pool was right there when you opened the door, so it was convenient to use it anytime from morning to night, and the pool was clean because the water kept flowing. The amenities were of a high standard, and it was a great trip.

The hotel is scheduled to pick up VND 175,000 and the journey will take approximately 40 to 50 minutes. The family travels together, the apartment is set, the bed is very comfortable. You need to leave your passport at the front desk for check-in and return it after check-out, as many Vietnamese hotels do. The swimming pool in the backyard is divided into two areas, which are suitable for children. The backyards of the apartments are all connected, so you can go to your neighbor's house at any time. The bath and toilet are large openings, which are slightly inconvenient. The staff's service attitude is very good, they will take the initiative to say hello when they meet. The standard of the restaurant is average. The western restaurant checked in by the apartment is not recommended. It is expensive and of high quality. The restaurant on the side of the hotel is ok, but there are not many dishes. Overall the hotel is good, it is a travel choice for a pure hotel.
