The stay was overall OK. The reception was friendly and I was well introduced. The signature Thai massage in the spa was a real highlight – very professional and relaxing. The sauna area was very small and too dark. In the whirlpool area, the design was attractive, but the strong chlorine smell was unpleasant. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean – one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced so far. However, the furniture was obsolete and the water in the bathroom was only badly flowing. A total average stay with light and shadow.

Check-in and check-out friendly, very fast and uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and large enough. Big balcony with table, chairs and bedroom. Coffee machines with ingredients, water cookers and two fake water in the room. The location is quite central and directly on the lake. In 5-10 minutes you are in the centre of Locarno. The friendliness of the staff is generally OK. The pool is beautifully integrated in the garden, but the pool is something unclean, milk and not clear. In the whole, however, a good hotel.

The hotel is a fantastic hotel, 15 minutes walk from the center of Locarno for a walk on the lake's edge. All fantastic, large and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast, garden and swimming pool and the best of all, your staff: careful, available, friendly and willing to help with anything. In addition, small details everywhere make the stay wonderful.

Beim Frühstück sollten die Spiegeleier frisch gemacht werden, damit diese boch warm sind. Poolbar ist cool und verleiht Ferienfeeling. Gleich am Bahnhof Riazzino gelegen - was praktisch ist.

Très bel hôtel, prendre chambre avec vue lac, personnel très aimable et professionnel, excellent restaurant quoique un peu cher (surtout l’eau minérale à 9chf!), bon spa et massage, parfait pour quelques jours de relax.

This hotel is located on a hillside above the Paradiso train station. It is best to take a bus or a taxi to get up there. It is difficult to go up the slope with luggage. The house price is not cheap, but the value is quite high and the view is first-class. The daily rent of more than three hundred Swiss francs is reasonable. Because the environment is very good, I had dinner at Yangtai both nights. The hotel staff are kind and friendly, full of smiles. The breakfast venue is in a Japanese restaurant with an unparalleled view of the city. It is so open and refreshing.

I really like this hotel~~~~ Dinner is very good, breakfast is free, better than a lot of five stars ~~~~ I ordered a glass of whisky to send more snacks! Open the window is the Alps

The hotel is located at a high-speed intersection, and you will arrive at the hotel after you get off the highway, which is convenient for you to rest on the road. The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is warm, the breakfast is average, and it is a passing hotel.

Upon check in the receptionist was helpful and told us to park the car for free for 1 night.

Camera molto mal tenuta, moquettes sporchissima ,ragnatela in bagno vicino al bidet che è rimasta per tutto il nostro soggiorno pertanto le pulizie non sono fatte a dovere Inoltre la reception rimane sguarnita dalle ore 20:00. Il servizio colazioni gestito solamente da due persone ,insomma forse sarebbe il caso di aumentare il personale. Posto auto a fortuna. Colazione buona staff molto gentile.L’albergo si salva per la bella piscina.
