Swiss hotel, 3 stars is very good, the room is very clean, facilities are complete, the reception is warm and efficient, luggage can be stored, very close to the train station, ten minutes walk, breakfast can support scrambled eggs, fried eggs, if you stay in the room for consecutive days, you don't need to clean and send a small bottle of red wine, very good
This hotel is perfectly located just across the road from the Sihqual Bus Terminal, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. I booked a day tour to Grindelwald and Interlaken, and it was an amazing experience (highly recommend!).
There’s also a direct bus from the terminal to several famous attractions, which was a huge plus.
The hotel staff were extremely friendly, spoke excellent English, and even offered free refreshments in the lobby. The rooms were spotlessly clean with a great shower system, and the soundproof doors and walls ensured a peaceful night’s sleep. With a supermarket and Starbucks right beneath the hotel, it’s one of the best stays I’ve had!
Blessed to make connections with the hotel staff who are totally helpful whenever I need help.
A big shout out to Rui who serves at the breakfast faithfully.
Also Raphael who is totally friendly.
The latest kid on the block, Diana is such an angel to have around.
I am thankful to be in a place without strangers here.

Location:
The hotel is not far from the train station, but walking with large luggage can be a bit challenging due to an uphill path. Taking the tram for just two stops is a more convenient option. During my stay, there was construction next to the hotel, so I had to cross the street to walk on the other side.
Cleanliness:
The hotel is clean, and housekeeping provided daily room cleaning and fresh towels.
Service:
Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage in the storage room before check-in time without any issue.
Facilities:
There’s hot water available for instant noodles and wooden cutlery provided, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was tasty, though the selection was limited — it would be even better with a salad bar.

Generally, the advantage is that you can park for free, the room is relatively large, but the front desk is often not on duty, the housing, the front desk and the restaurant are separated, inconvenient, breakfast is average, but if you want to go to the restaurant at noon and evening, the price is expensive!
I have to say this is the hotel with best hotel service staff I have met in Europe. The staff on night shift on a Sunday 30th March is very good. From checking in experience, to guiding us how to go to train station and take trains to recommending where to eat (we ate in the hotel in the end though). Sorry to forget her name, the photo of her in the attached

-someone ENTERED my room in morning, while still asleep (without knocking the door); UNacceptable (staff or other people don't know) (safety/security)
+looks like newly renovated
-getting the key code required various e-mails (automatic registration seemed not to function)
The accommodation is opposite the train station. There is a supermarket nearby. There are shops and restaurants around. But the room did not match the one booked. Booked a room for 4 people but slept 3 people. It was a room with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed, but the actual room was a room with 3 beds, so I'm not sure if the room size is narrower or wider than booked. The bed is comfortable. There are 3 pillows, but they are all flat. The bathroom has a bathtub, but the glass partition cannot prevent water from leaking out, causing water to flood the floor. The foot towel is wet. The liquid soap smells good. Breakfast is very good, with a lot of variety.

Good location that is near the railway station. The room is in reasonable size as it is near the city center. Breakfast is good with fresh bread, fruits, and coffee. The chocolate fountain for free treats at the reception is really an attraction. Service at the front desk is superb. Will come and book the hotel again in the future.
CClaire MOur family of six stayed a the Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to have a few hours to sleep comfortably between two connecting flight with an overnight layover. The Capsule Hotel is right at the airport in Zurich, easy to find, to access, to check in and out even at late or very early hours - everything is automated, so no personal contact is needed. When booking I could add that I would like the capsules to be adjacent to each other and received an email that that will be taken care of. So it was. The capsules were super clean, quite spacious (our cabin luggage fit in conveniently) and nicely set up, lighting was warm and for my taste perfect. It said that the air in the cabin is being exchanged 22 times a day, so the feel should be like the window in a room is always open. I had a quite good night. My husband and one of my kids felt like there was not enough oxygen in the capsule despite the air exchange. Obviously, we could hear the guest of the other capsules (altogether 26 in that room) come and go even though everyone tried to be as quiet as possible, but that was acceptable, given the fact that the capsule hotel concept includes coming and going whenever the respective flights arrive/depart. If you get an upper capsule you'll have to do a bit of an exercise to get up and down, but that's not so bad after all. 😉
Access to the capsules is via code that will be sent to you after check-in and is also access to the room where your block of capsules are in. There is a women and men bathroom, each set up nicely, with separate shower and changing cabins, a pile of floor mats to use, toilets, basins, mirrors - all was clean and looked very natural with a lot of wood being used for decorating/building. Altogether, I great concept, a convenient stay, I'm very glad that we could try it out! The next morning, we were at our check-in in no time - seriously cool!
LLiangThe cleaness of the room definitely reached an epic level, by which I was really impressed. The kettle, the tap and the handle, all the stain steel stuff are spotlessly shiny. The location is walking distance to the central station. The staff are so pleasant.
WWenyanfenYoyoThe hotel is very close to the airport, and there are buses. The hotel is self-service check-in. We spent a long time operating the self-service machine. We had to enter a reservation number, but no one told us the reservation number. After the money was deducted, we should enter our name to check in. It was as troublesome as a Schengen visa. Later, Ctrip called the person in charge of the hotel. After 10 minutes, someone finally came. The waiter tried for a long time but failed. Later, he just gave up and gave us the room card! Well, this is how we lived for an hour~~ The hotel room was very clean and new, and there were no hotel supplies. Anyway, it was just one night, so it was okay to make do with it.
EEllerbyThe location of the hotel is excellent for exploring Zürich city centre and the room is a reasonable place to base yourself for the duration of your trip. Close enough to the centre but away from the hustle and bustle.
On arrival, the receptionist asks you to check yourself in using machines. After doing this we had to ask where we could find our room. The following morning we also needed to ask where breakfast was held as we hadn’t been given this information. The WiFi simply did not work.
The lobby and room itself were basic but clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were far from it. There was ample storage space for clothes and the coffee/tea making facilities were always full. The towels in the room were changed regardless of hanging them up (as instructed to save unnecessary washing). The TV had a selection of channels including a few English ones. The hotel was quiet during the night, we were only disturbed by music from another room on the Saturday of our stay.
As the price was so reasonable for Switzerland, it is worth staying in provided you are able to navigate yourself in another country and are not expecting luxury.
Sstw2566Good location, easy access by bus from zurich HB. Well equipped with amenities which you can cook simple dishes.
No kettle in the room is a little bit inconvenient. And my room is near the road, so it's noisy for cars passing and sometimes men talking outside.
GGuest UserWe just have 1 bottle water free in 1 room for for 3 person, even we stayed for 3 night...only in the first night we had 1 bottle water free..We suggest that if posible give 1 bottle water for 1 person everyday/night...and the tissue just 1 box only 1 time for 3 nights staying.
Thank's for cooperation
The other fasilities is ok..
GGuest UserVery good location, ambient, typical local, room original with painting historique parts of the city.Clean.Good beds.
Our room 105 very bad connection internet nowadays easy solving problem but i am not the owner.I can not understand that free roaming still not excist in Swiss while it is possible everywhere in Europe.
GGuest UserI booked two rooms with a garden view, but one room faced the road and houses while the other faced the hotel's restaurant and some blocks of houses with a few trees. So, I guess it must be the ”garden view,” though clearly not all rooms have a true garden view—unless we have different definitions of a garden.
The shower was ridiculously tiny, with a triangular shape. I believe any man larger than average would have difficulty using it. You can barely turn around in the shower, and the water flow is not stable, sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
The breakfast was poor. The restaurant waitress did her very best, despite being the only one helping all the customers in the restaurant and also assisting with checkouts. It was clear how busy she was. However, we waited for more than 45 minutes for boiled eggs to be replenished in the buffet area. The fried eggs were very oily and not fluffy at all—if you've been to a cha chaan teng in Hong Kong, you know what I mean. The choices and amount of food were very limited, and we left with empty stomachs. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever.

GGuest User12th floor. The entrance, hallways and the stairs up to the room etc. were a bit run down and dirty looking but inside the apartment was great and incredibly warm and cozy in the majority of the room. I was very cold coming in so that was perfect for me. Only problem was not being able to turn the heat down at night (I didn't find any way to do it at least) and I had to sleep with the window open where trains would come and go very often and people outside on the street yelling random things sometimes at night, so I didn't sleep very well. The heat came from the ceiling in the bedroom. Also had some people arguing on the floor below and some stomping on the floor above around 00:00 to 03:00 but that's not really the hotel's fault because there's no active staff present. Maybe worth noting is that I stayed here the night of a big concert (Slipknot) at Hallenstadion which is close by. I would stay here again if I found a way to turn the heat down at night.
Great view from the balcony.
