I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast
We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right
The room facilities are old, similar to the level of foreign-related hotels in China in the 1990s, but overall it is quite clean. The view outside the window is somewhat different from the promotional picture. It is recommended to choose the best room or make a request at the front desk. The omelet and pancakes for breakfast are delicious. There are few parking spaces at the door, but the doorman will help you park nearby for free, just give a tip. The front desk requires a credit card deposit, which is the only requirement during the trip to Morocco, and it has not been settled after two weeks.

Although the city of Casablanca is a little boring compared to other imperial cities. But it gave us plenty of breathing room, and this hotel made the city even more memorable. Compared to other traditional Moroccan hotels, this one is very comfortable. No fear or trepidation
The room and lobby are well decorated. There are many places to eat on the two roads behind. Oysters are very cheap.

Very nice location... clean and quiet... and all services are great..
All hotel staff from management to all departments are great, friendly and helpful except for one employee at the reception who was rude, had bad manners and his behavior was unacceptable and unjustified!!!??.. I informed the management and they were great.

The hotel and service was great. But it's missing a couple items like a business center that the guest can use to print tickets instead of emailing the front desk (their printer was down). Also, if they don't want to put microwaves in the rooms, a community location on a few floors would be great so that we don't have to fight with room service to warm up food not purchased at the hotel.

A bit of bullying to Chinese customers, they gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. Morocco is over 30 degrees without air conditioner, it's like being in a sauna. I called for repair but it couldn't be fixed. At first, the hotel front desk said that they couldn't change rooms because they were full. After arguing with them, they changed the room and barely made a king-size bed room by putting two beds together. The breakfast was good, the location was good, and the hotel hardware was OK, but they deliberately gave customers a room with a broken air conditioner and didn't do maintenance inspections, which made me very disappointed with this hotel.
The one next to the road is noisy, but the one next to the garden is very quiet. The hotel is very high-end, and there is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive.
The rooms with dinner offer buffet dinner or ordering, with a wide variety of dishes. The gym is large and has many equipments. However, there is no cash at the front desk, and the currency exchange service is often not available.

FFatimawatiIt was like any other hotel except that you feel the luxury here. Didn’t even offer welcome drink or fruit platter just 3 miserable pieces of macaroons in the room. Bed was very comfortable.
Went to pool around 6.30pm. Nobody was there to provide towels ?

GGuest UserThe most satisfactory hotel on this trip! Stayed for 3 nights, the room is a suite, there are two bathrooms, the decoration style is retro, I like it very much! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and patient, and smiled and nodded at us every time they went in and out.
