The general service ecology is good, but the front desk generally has a poor attitude. I have encountered several things and found different front desks. The attitude is very poor. I dived out to sea and there was a 4g full grid in the middle of the sea. In the room, a WeChat message was often sent out for two minutes and it was still in circles. If you want to experience a person The quiet world, welcome to live. Speaking of diving, the dive center in Hilton is a pit. We collected money for 5 dives, but only arranged 4 dives. In the end, the dive found various reasons not to take us, and when we started to pay, we must To double check, we wanted Euros at the time. We wanted to pay in US dollars. The person who collected the money pretended to help us check the exchange rate and over quoted us the price. Fortunately, the locals had been scammed by the locals before. After checking it, he told him that the price was wrong, and he said that he had calculated it wrong. And when diving on the first day of the two dives, there is still 100-120bar before the boat rises, and there is no reason. On the second day, another dive guide kept asking us to buy a photo package instead of throwing the phone on the spot. It was a very poor experience. The hotel’s private beach is not very good, the water is muddy, there is nothing to see when snorkeling, and there is no living creatures. The water quality is not as good as the hotel’s private beach in the city center. The only bit of food is okay. But the beer is mixed with water. Will not book this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone, who is going to be stupid.

Quite good all inclusive - plan, nice assortment of coctails and food. Only the ala cartes could be better. They serve same food than the buffet but you just get is served to the table. More variance. Also the reservation for the ala cartes is difficult and they are always fullybooked so we couldt even try them all. Waiters seems to serve more the house personnel who weirdly eat with the customers at same restaurant. It didnt feel nice when the cook sit whith his kitchen clothes next to us or the officers with theis suits when you are yourself at holiday mood and dressed accordingly. Usually there is own cantines for workers. Not the best beach, there isnt anything to see compared to some resorts with reefs with lot of fishes but they do have a free golc course (Par3) so it compensates, you cant have it all, can you. Big pool was freezing, even the sea is warmer so if you rely on that one and dont like to sea then you will be dissapointed. We liked the beac more as the pool gives the swimming hall wibes with the dreary tiles. I wish they would make pools more exitng and this is not for Steigenberger but generally. Nice touch that they filled the minibar daily with coke, beer and juices and it was included. They had some kind of evening program but unfortunately it was always in the front of buffet restaurant so you would need to dine there to enjoy it. Why there isnt anything at the beach? Beach parties, disco, dance shows etc. It would be nice!

It was a perfect experience for me. Me and my wife had fun so much. I strongly recommend Hotel Pick Albatros Resort Palace. Their services were awesome. There is only one serious issue I had. I wanted to join Orangerr Bay tour with my wife. Hotel Reception suggested me to work with Mr. Ayman Kady and Mr. Kady managed us a boat tour company called ”Ayaa”. I wanted to go diving but there was a misunderstanding. There was a one diving instructor guy of ”Ayaa” boat tour company. He was very rude towards guests. He was giving me attidude because of misunderstanding but also there were another couples who faced organisational issues of Ayaa as well. I asked him why he is giving attidude towards us and suddenly he started to shout at me and other 2 couples. He used many bad words against Germans and Deutschland. He mentioned that we have to act like according to his wishes because we are on his boat and in his country otherwise he would kill us diving insttuctor mentioned. Anyway I called Mr. Ayman Kady immediately when I was on the boat and thanks god there was internet connection eventhough it was too low and he called his boss and we changed boat tour immediately in diving break. Thanksfully he saved my day to be destroyed because my wife so scared and very unhappy. Eventhough It was nice experience but I do not suggest you to work ”Ayaa” boat tour company you can mentione that to Tour guide Me. Ayman Kady of Pick Albatros Resort Palace Hotel.

hotel is definitely 4 stars , infrastructure , furnishing., maintenance , layout , design of the hotel space are faraway less than comparative Aqua magic . however it provides : 1- front office staff are very persistent to grab customer survey for higher rating .it's not wonder to be trip rated with such front office staff attitude . and they can get the higher rates form every department in the hotel . this hotel has selective staff in.every place dedicate to customers satisfaction and to make the customer happy with her exception of the reservation manager whom don't have the basics of knowledge to take Care of customer. I will come to that later with details 2- the quality and variety of food is 5 stars 3- the existence of both the aqua fun and the amusement park makes guests occupied all.the time without a time to feel bored for.a.minute . 4-'this beach area is only good for sightseeing no reAl enjoy that sea swim 5- the animation team is similar to the hotel staff . they are amazing . 6- the air condition is very weAk and I am.it sure what Will be the situation in July / August when the heat wave hits hard . 7- this hotel is very nice for a medium quality holidays . and I.Will.sure to come back if price is reasonable ------- I booked a room for 90$ during the Muslim feast Eid elfetr june2019 using trip.com but the hotel reservation manager asked enjoy to pay an extra 200$ because this room.rate is exclusive for German guests not for Egyptian it's ok with me I can understand that certain travel agent can get the Low price rooms but what I don't understand is the way the reservation acted to.My request to cancel the reservatik. free of charge for 2 days there was begotten on how to deal with the issue and the Trip.com staff did what they can to locate the problem which apparently was hidden in.the contract of sun hotels the agent for this type of rooms for Germans . but the reservation manage refused to give any documents to denounce my check in at this rate for being Egyptian . in brief this hotel is very attractive to.German nationals at a rate of 90$/night and it's exceptionally over priced for Egyptian customers at 4000 Egp per night . more over the hotel Will.not try to solve the problem for the guest which arises for some contract between the hotel and the provider it's like reserve at your own risk trip.com has done amazing job I was so appreciate to spend all.that time with the staff in.London and China .which could have been saved if the hotel reply in distraught manner to the customer request to clarify that nationality issue dear Germans sun hotels customers You got the good deal 90$/ night makes this hotel lucrative .

Food is normal for all-inclusive They have a nice activity But the worst thing there people on the beach they try to stolen me . Don't buy anything from them The price more than triple. Day use in cruse 700 pound you can buy online 350 Safari is 700 pound . You can buy 250 pound online Everything is too much. Please check before buying any thing from them
