I was attracted by the golf in the hotel. Registered members can try it for free, and the equipment is also provided for free. The children like it very much. It is also the first time to play shuffleboard and they have a lot of fun. The overall decoration of the hotel is very good. It is backed by the Wetland Park, making it easy to see the scenery wherever you move, and the environment is elegant. After arriving at the store, we were given a free room upgrade. The small courtyard of the courtyard room was very comfortable, and there was a small breeze at night, which was very pleasant.

Excellent location with Zhonglou Metro Station right in front of hotel. Convenient hop on spot to Terracotta warriors as well. Walking distance to Bell Tower, Muslim Street and Luomashi Street with multiple food options. Can be noisy. Not much amenities in the hotel but check out the robot delivering your 外卖 to your room.

The hotel environment is OK, and it is quite big. According to the front desk, there are 3 buildings, opposite the ancient city gate of Hancheng, and it has its own courtyard~ However, the courtyard with better scenery is open to the outside, so even though I booked a courtyard room, there is no view outside the window~ The room is not small, and the overall facilities are OK. It is a bit strange that the shower water is not very good, the water flow is too small, but the shower design has problems. The water will overflow after washing, and the whole bathroom is wet and inconvenient. I still think it should be improved. The breakfast is also simple, but it is okay to eat enough

The hotel is modern, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, and the overall design creates a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. However, if you don’t speak Chinese, be aware that communication at the front desk can be very difficult. None of the staff do not speak English, and while some try their best to help, others are not only unhelpful but actually quite rude. Unfortunately, I had a particularly stressful experience with one of the male receptionists on the night shift, whose attitude towards non-Chinese speakers was shockingly unpleasant. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself is lovely, but the lack of basic communication and courtesy from some staff members really affected my stay.

I chose this B&B directly after returning from Tibet. The environment is very good and people are pleasantly surprised when they enter. It is also very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The owner is very classy. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very convenient to go out for eating and shopping. Recommended

On the last day of the Yan'an trip, in order to relieve the fatigue along the way, I specially booked this hotel, which is known as the best in Yan'an. From the hotel scale to the hardware and software facilities and the front desk service, it is really very good. Especially the front desk lady, who is responsive to every request, especially praise 👍👍 When checking in, I confirmed again that only the king-size bed room has a bathtub. Because I have been walking around for two days, my back and legs are sore and swollen. I want to take a bath to relax, so I asked if I could change a standard room to a king-size bed, and I hope that several rooms can be together to facilitate the care of the elderly and children. The lady arranged it very quickly and personally arranged welcome fruits, which was very in place. The hotel's mineral water supply is not only doubled in the room, but also available in the elevator room. This is very considerate for tourists who are not very adaptable to the dry climate in northern Shaanxi. The breakfast is good overall, but there are not many varieties. The only bread sandwiches for breakfast are butter, jam, nuts and raisins. There is a lack of meat such as bacon and ham. There is only one sausage in the whole breakfast that is a pure meat product, which is a bit lacking. The children didn't eat the small cakes at the seafood buffet the night before, so they thought they would eat it in the morning, but they didn't expect that there was no breakfast at all😔😔 For the hotel facilities, I personally think there are still some suggestions for improvement: 1. The bath water temperature is low, the shower is OK, but the bath is not enough. It is recommended to increase it appropriately and let the guests adjust it by themselves. The temperature changes greatly in spring. Although it was more than 30 degrees in the previous few days, it dropped below 10 degrees on the night we arrived. With such a large temperature difference, the water temperature should also be adjusted in time. 2. There are not enough facilities for placing clean clothes around the bathtub. There are hooks on the wall of the bathroom in the standard king-size bed room, which is very humane, but there is only a stool next to the bathtub in the suite, and the wall tiles on the side are still very rough, which is not very convenient. And the hotel does not provide disposable bathtub covers, which is a bit regrettable. After all, now all Jiangsu and Zhejiang homestays with bathtubs will provide them. It is recommended to add them, especially for super large bathtubs. Generally, you will not buy such a large bathtub cover if you bring your own😂😂 3. The trash can is not covered with disposable trash bags, which puts higher requirements on the work of the housekeeping staff. Once the holiday, it will be a bit too busy and there will be omissions. Generally speaking, the hotel is very good. I didn't have time to walk around and swim this time, but I will choose it again next time.

My wife and I came here for our first anniversary and it was worth every dollar spent. The hotel was gorgeous and super clean. Our room was decorated with rose petals spelling out “1 year” on the bed and a trail of petals to the personal hot spring tub. The bathroom has two sink basins with tall mirrors. The shower is a rainfall shower. The toilet has a glass door which was a little weird but the bathroom had a solid wooden door. Cleaning staff comes every day at a time that works for you to sanitize and organize everything. The mini fridge comes packed with a variety of drinks that are refilled for free every day. We were given a rotating plate of fresh fruits every day. At night time, they provide good night soup and turn on the personal hot spring tub. During the day, you can visit the outdoor hot spring in a secluded area. The minerals in the hot springs made our skin so soft and healthy looking. We did a spa treatment too which was very relaxing. They were very accommodating with finding a time that worked best for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Mostly Chinese breakfast with many delicious dishes to choose from. The restaurant was in a different building on the Huaqing Palace grounds. Easy to walk to but they also can drive us in a kart to and from it. You can also come and go to the Huaqing Palace grounds too! The staff was very friendly and accommodating even with a language barrier. They helped us arrange laundry services to be delivered to our room. They went and picked up our tickets to the Song of Everlasting Sorrow (great show). The housekeeper, Deng Xiaohui, was wonderful and gave us parting gifts when we checked out. 5/5. Highly recommend. We hope to be back next time we visit Xi’an.

Everything was perfect. The room has a million dollar price view and was clean. There is also a lift whereby it helps a lot with heavy luggages. The owner is a gem here! Excellent service, and always there to help. He offered to pick us up from the train station and also ferry us to some nearby places. He was also the one that helped to organised and booked our tickets to Hua Shan. In addition, it was a nice gesture of the boss to provide us pair of gloves for our trip to Hua Shan which saves our lives (bad rainy weather when we are up there). Do not hesitate to stay here where you pay a small price for 5 stars services.

Passing by Hanzhong again, I encountered a very pleasant hotel again, which was the happiest thing on the trip. Facilities: The room facilities are very new, clean and tidy, and the lobby has the grandeur of a five-star resort hotel. Environment: The geographical location is excellent. You can get to the hotel not far from the highway. There is also a gas station nearby. It is in the Hanjiang Wetland Park. Although it encountered sandstorm weather, the hotel was still relatively humid and the air quality was much better. Service: Warm and thoughtful. It happened to be my birthday. The hotel was very attentive and gave me a cake. I was very touched. Catering: Catering must be mentioned. I had two meals in the hotel. Whether it was dinner or breakfast, it was very delicious and maintained local characteristics. There was no need to go out to find a restaurant. It could be solved in the hotel. The breakfast variety is particularly rich and tastes very good. It can meet different needs. The hot noodles are simply delicious, and the Roujiamo is also very solid. The seasonings are all fine. You can taste that the chili oil is fried with ingredients. I bought a few bottles before leaving. You can feel that this hotel is just doing things seriously from guest rooms to catering. Highly recommended, it's worth making a special trip to Hanzhong just for this hotel.
