I don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

We arrived late for our early flight , check in was smooth. Next to the check in counter they have an area for guests to do a quick fixed via the vending machines. Room was compact and equipped with necessary equipment and amenities. Airport Shuttle bus was a great value , bus schedules were frequent Cleanliness is acceptable

My stay at COZi Hotel was excellent. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a wide range of amenities and family-friendly services. The staff were exceptionally helpful, arranging taxis, upgrading my room at no cost, and ensuring every detail was taken care of. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro and less than a 20-minute drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for a stopover in Hong Kong. I would gladly choose to stay here again, even if it is slightly further from where I need to be, because of the overall convenience, comfort, and ease of the experience.

Hotels in Hong Kong are generally quite expensive with small rooms. I opted for this one primarily because its mid-range price point aligned well with my budget. The room itself wasn't small and felt quite spacious. The hotel boasts a good location. It's about a 15-minute walk from Sha Tin MTR station. Alternatively, if you prefer not to walk, several bus routes from Sha Tin station stop directly in front of the hotel, which is just one stop away. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, so don't set your expectations too high; it doesn't even compare to a typical 3-star hotel in mainland China. However, given Hong Kong's prices, this hotel offers pretty good value for money. My room only had a bathtub, no separate shower, which was a bit inconvenient as I usually shower. Interestingly, a smaller room I booked also had a shower. So, I'd recommend contacting the hotel directly when booking to clarify the room type and amenities. The hotel offers pleasant views from the room, overlooking both mountains and a river – truly beautiful and refreshing. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. While the selection isn't extensive, it includes staples like bread, fried noodles, fried vermicelli, sausages, eggs, yogurt porridge, and siumai. Beverages like coffee, tea, and juice are also available. The food was prepared cleanly, and it was sufficient to fill you up. Both check-in and check-out processes were very quick, especially check-out, where you simply drop your room key card into a designated box. I had a relatively long stay in Hong Kong this time. For day trips, I found it very convenient to catch buses directly from the hotel entrance. Bus 81c takes you straight to Tsim Sha Tsui, and if you're heading to Sai Kung, the 299x route is direct. I visited Sai Kung for the first time on this trip to see the sea and islands, and the water was exceptionally clean. I highly recommend taking a bus from the hotel entrance; it's only about a 30-minute ride. New Town Plaza at Sha Tin station also offers a wide range of shops and some excellent dining options. All in all, this hotel provides good value for money.

This was my first stay, and the location is absolutely excellent, being directly above Hung Hom MTR station – incredibly convenient! I booked an Executive Room wanting a harbor view. During check-in around 3 PM, I requested a king-size bed. The front desk mentioned that a king-size room wasn't ready yet, but twin rooms were available. We expressed our preference for a king-size bed and were willing to wait. To our pleasant surprise, the lovely front desk attendant then offered to arrange a complimentary upgrade to a suite for us. We were incredibly grateful for their exceptional service and efficiency! The room assigned was 18116, just around the corner from the elevator. We were truly delighted the moment we opened the door! It featured a spacious, bright, and impeccably clean living room, a kitchen, and a generously sized bedroom. The harbor view from the window was absolutely stunning! The pillows were a bit soft, so we simply stacked two together. The room was wonderfully quiet, with no noise disturbance whatsoever, allowing us to sleep soundly through the night. We bought bread from Saint Honore Cake Shop on the ground floor and enjoyed some fragrant tea at the dining table in the living room. Watching the blue sky, white clouds, and fishing boats passing by outside the window was incredibly relaxing. When checking out the next day, we conveniently stored our luggage at the front desk. The staff member there was also very helpful and polite. Highly recommended!

Third time choosing this hotel. In general; If you are visiting Hong Kong for some shopping, foodie and no interest to travel to somewhere far away from HK island or theme park. A recommended place to stay with approximately 6min away from metro station and 3 mins if you take A11 from Airport. Hotel might be a bit age but sti clean enough. I get good and friend services .

Staying at Hong Kong Disney Explorer hotel was an absolute dream! The moment I walked in, the explorer-themed decor transported me to a world of adventure. The rooms were spacious and super clean, with beds so comfortable that I slept like a baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The shuttle to Disneyland was frequent and convenient. And the on-site dining? Delightful! It offered a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate. I can't wait to go back!

I had an absolutely excellent stay at the Hopewell Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming. The entire property is spotless and feels brand new, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The location is perfect—close to everything you could want, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making the stay feel effortless. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything I needed for comfort. The little details really stood out, showing the hotel’s commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. Overall, I loved every moment of my stay here. If you’re looking for a luxurious, five-star experience with a fantastic location and a fresh, modern feel, the Hopewell Hotel is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning!

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The Wi-Fi in my room was completely unusable, which made it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the television could not find any channels, leaving me without entertainment. To make matters worse, the sofa in the wardrobe area was not clean; there were still strands of hair on it, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness issues greatly affected my stay. I hope the management addresses these concerns for future guests.

The rooms here are spacious with modern amenities, including a capsule coffee machine and a microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near Shek Mun Station, with plenty of dining options in the vicinity. Shek Mun MTR also offers easy access to West Kowloon Station. It's a quiet retreat despite its bustling surroundings, and MTR access makes getting around a breeze. The front desk staff spoke excellent Mandarin and were very helpful. The price was affordable, and our two-night stay was very comfortable, offering great value for money. Highly satisfied and recommended! It had been a while since I last visited Hong Kong, and during this trip, after exploring for a few days, I found Mandarin widely spoken everywhere. Mobile payments for transport and shopping were also incredibly convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience!
