I was worried because there were many reviews about the room cleanliness and carpet, but The floor was made of wood and the bathroom was clean. I traveled with my mom and was very satisfied. I checked in late and had to call to confirm the check-in method.. And they kindly left a long guide at the reception, so I was very grateful. I stayed at the cheapest price and I highly recommend it to those who are going nearby. However, it was summer, not the season to go to the Leukerbad hot springs.. The road to Leukerbad was winding, so it was a difficult road for me, who was driving for the first time in a long time, not only for this hotel but also for those visiting the area.

Hotel is clean and comfortable but my swimsuit got stolen. I forgot it in the room upon checkout. 2 hours later I remembered i left it hanging on the door - went back to hotel to retrieve it and staff said they couldn’t find it. 2 days later I called and they still couldn’t find it - so it’s clear it was stolen. I am rather disappointed. Definitely not coming back.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable, and the hot tub had a large water flow and good temperature. The bus station was not far from the hotel, and it was not too tiring to walk there with a board. The rooms facing west could directly see the Matterhorn in the morning, and the rooms facing east could see the eastern part of the town. There were not many varieties of breakfast, but it was quite satisfactory. I brought my own almond cream, which could be washed with water from the coffee machine for making tea. There was no kettle and disposable toothbrush in the room, so I had to bring my own.

It is still a bit far from Zermatt Railway Station, especially when it snows on the road, I will give up the box and walk to the hotel, because I don't know where to go when I go to the half of the navigation, and I will take a taxi directly to the train station! It seems that no one will check in after 7 pm. If you need an email, you will send the door password to enter by yourself, but you can also forward the email to contact Trip.com customer service. Breakfast is still good! The room is actually quite general!

Best location, clean accommodations, and delicious breakfast. Our extended family of 7 rested and traveled very well. If I go to Zermatt again, I would like to stay again.

The hotel is very close to the Tasch train station, and it only takes 12 minutes to get to Zermatt. The hotel can store luggage, which is very convenient. If you have a good room in Zermatt, you can book here. The price is very affordable

Absolutely incredible stay at this hotel- the view was worth it, as was the novelty of staying at 3100 m! The meals were excellent and the staff very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend staying here and having this unique experience.

I took my kids to ski. This hotel is close to the main street, but not easy to find. It's in a small alley behind the main street. I arrived at the hotel at night and asked several people but no one knew where it was. I searched for a long time in the snow and ice before I found it. Fortunately, the town is safe. When I entered the hotel, the room key was left in an envelope at the front desk. The entire hotel facility is new and clean. The room is also very comfortable and the breakfast is very rich. I walked out the next day and realized that the hotel is still in the center. But it is still a distance from the ski lift, so I need to take a taxi. It takes less than ten minutes to get there. It's interesting to choose a taxi in the town when I don't know the direction for the first time.
