There is nothing to say about the scenery of the hotel. Take a boat trip all the way to enjoy the scenery, especially the red bridge on the reservoir after the snow. It is really invincible, even if it is in the cold wind, you must enjoy it on the top of the boat.
However, the traffic that really needs to complain, according to the hotel's guidelines, the bus from Takaoka leaves only three or four times a day, and then has to take a full 56 stops. The air-conditioning on the car is not enough, and there is no place for luggage... It is really difficult.
Quiet & less touristy compared to Shirakawago. Quite a walk to Gassho Minshuku Nakaya from the bus stop, but owner was kind to offer us a car ride to the bus stop after we checked out. Overall very comfortable stay.
Staying in a historic homestay for one night, it feels really good, it is more quiet and comfortable than Baichuan Township, the owner is very good, and the breakfast and dinner are really delicious, there is a sightseeing bus at Xingaoka Station to Xiangcangkou Get off, although you have to go a small road, but it is worth it. But if it is rainy or snowy, dragging luggage is a bit difficult to walk, so if you want to go to the five mountains to live in Hezhang Village B&B, I really recommend that it is best to lightly prepare.
Nice Japanese breakfast. Strategic location to get around Gokayama and Shirakawa. In front of the hotel is the biggest Gassho style house in Japan that has a long history of being owned by samurais and where the emporia family had visited many times and is considered a cultural heritage of Japan.. I would go back to this hotel because of its location.
Came here for the fluorescent squid sightseeing boat. As a result, the cruise ship was suspended due to strong winds and waves. The hotel is better than expected, very close to the station, less than 100 meters. The front desk service was enthusiastic, answered all our questions, informed us of the sightseeing boat information, and told us where to eat (dinner at the hotel must be booked, without a reservation we would have to go out to eat). The breakfast is a Japanese set meal which is very good.
It's a new hotel, so it's clean and comfortable. It's not very accessible if you don't have a car, but if you do, I'll visit here again. There's a drugstore nearby, Don Quijote, and a restaurant within walking distance, and Aeon Mall is just a short drive away, which is great. There's also a hot spring and breakfast, which is great. It's also close to the highway, so it's good for going to Toyama.
This hotel is a perfect place for our one day stay. And one of the best things at this hotel is a very generous number of amenities provided to guests - bath pads, body sponge, toothbrush kit, and many others. Even though the location is a bit far from Toyama JR station, it’s not hard to find, and it’s quite walkable from the station. The lady at the reception was super nice. She reminded us of what Japanese are really like. If I get a chance to visit his tower again in the future, I would definitely come back to this hotel.
The hotel is a building, the room is fully equipped, small and fine, mainly convenient transportation, the window is open to the Nagoya TV tower, the surrounding izakaya is also very good. You can choose to eat according to your preferences.

许许A 20-minute drive away from Shirakawa-go, the hotel facilities and services are okay, that is, there is no separate toilet in the room, only public toilets, there is a small hot spring bath, breakfast is very rich, and there is a Gassho in the opposite house.
GGuest UserColleagues want to experience a Japanese-style family hotel and set this one, the price is very high! Also scared Japanese customers hahaha, the hotel operators are old men, very kind, and can speak English. Going out is the back of the Big Buddha. The third-largest Buddha in Japan. The customer said that this Big Buddha is more handsome. The house is very old, but the room is very clean and spacious, and the living is very comfortable. The bath and bath toilet are all public. I am more used to it. Breakfast is also delicious! I will consider this place when I come to Toyama in the future.

Ssy8888First time trying glamping and totally new accommodation! This resort is by the beach and includes sumptuous bbq dinner! Good for 4 people with individual bed in room with all amenities except tv which is totally fine. It also has onsen tickets to nearby hot spring which is great!! Highly recommend when in Toyama if you drive!
Very good service and friendliness by host! 👍👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the busy street of Toyama, surrounded by free information centers and small bars. There will be many soliciting customers when you go out at night. The hotel is on the third floor of the building. There are also small bars on the first and second floors, but the room is very quiet and not noisy. The hotel facilities are average, there is no self-service washing machine, and it seems that some replacements are charged if you stay for a long time. I was too tired to listen carefully when I checked in. The hotel has a good location, not far from Toyama Station and Hie Shrine.
