It's also close to the highway, so it's good for going to Toyama.

The hotel is better than expected, very close to the station, less than 100 meters. The front desk service was enthusiastic, answered all our questions, informed us of the sightseeing boat information, and told us where to eat (dinner at the hotel must be booked, without a reservation we would have to go out to eat).
