3-Star Hotels in Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia

Rooms were worse than the pictures would have you expect. Simple things like shampoo or hairdryer were not available. I had to upgrade to a better room as the first one had dampness in the walls, but even in the better room, windows were not possible to open. Staff was polite but overall experience was bad and not reflective of the price or pictures.

Even though it was crowded when I checked in, there was only one front desk staff member, so I had to wait. It seems that they often use the hotel as a group, so depending on the timing, there may be a wait time or no seats available at the breakfast venue. The food was normal and totally fine.

Enjoy my stay here and awesome location. Location is abit far from the city and main location but quite good to avoid city noise

We stayed for 6 nights and check in was smooth - attended by Ms Febi who is soft spoken and very detailed in her explaination of the facilities etc. We start off with a bad night as the aircon compressor chose to breakdown. However, we only asked for assistance on the next morning which the front desk activated the technician who came by very promptly. The aircon settled but it again break down in the evening. We informed front desk and happened to be Ms Febi attended to the call and this time, we are move to the new room. Ms Febi came personally to the room to help move our baggages to the new room. It meant alot and shown a high level of customer service. We hope the management can show recognition to her. Another staff who assisted us with check out, Ms Danisha, very professional and prompt in ensuring a smooth check out process. The security officers, restaurant staff and house keeping are also friendly, always ready to help. Thumbs up to the hotel! Recommended as it is in the middle of Malioboro.

When we stayed the hotel had just been opened for a few weeks, so we got an excellent room condition for cleanliness and service. The location is still in the middle of the city. So it's close if you want to go anywhere

The service was very satisfying, but when I asked for the room to be cleaned, it was very lacking, because it wasn't swept, etc., only the trash was thrown away, so it was a bit disappointing for the cleanliness of the room.

a nice hotel with a good rates and a warm hospitality. The room were clean and comfy. Staff were very helpful and smile and welcome you in every day. that’s makes you felt comfort and feels like home. facilities were good small swimming pool, good restaurants and nice design of hotel. very worthy. Love it. will definitely come again.

staffs were nice, warm, and helpful. clean room and facilities all around. welcome drinks provided at rooftop bar. location wise, close to plaza ambarrukmo and old airport but not so close to city centre.

I like this hotel. Is not at Maliboro, but not far. I liked its quiet surroundings and less touristy, but only 5 min walk to the train station and Maliboro...is my place to go now!
