Amazing hotel the staff at front of house are all excellent . Lovely Indian girl at the front desk and the vallets. There was another girl at the front who was excellent as well . They gave me really personal service that you come to expect from ritz Carlton . If I visited Abu Dhabi this would always be my base . Lovely hotel , amazing breakfast great pool across from the mosque. Amazing clean rooms . 10 out of 10

I recently stayed at the Millennium was impressed by its great location and excellent service. The staff and environment here are much better compared to the Millennium property in downtown Dubai, making it a more pleasant experience overall.   The only drawback was the curtains in the room—they couldn’t fully close in the middle, allowing light to seep in every morning, which acted as an unintended wake-up call.   If they can resolve this minor issue, it would make the stay perfect. Regardless, it’s a fantastic option in Abu Dhabi and one I’d recommend.

Grand Hyatt is very expensive in Japan, and Grand Hyatt in Abu Dhabi is reasonable I have stayed at hotels all over the world, but this is my favorite hotel. In front of the lobby and the interior is the Emirates Palace Breakfast is delicious and the room is clean. But Abu Dhabi doesn't have trains, so you should take a bus or a UVER taxi

average good It's NOT 5 stars hotel it needs allot attention regarding cleaning some clear spots on carpet and sofa plus hair on washroom & floor noticed the basket was without cover besides the check-in Mr A.. was tricky my room on sea view already paid automatically put me on city view was done without apology however the lobby stuff amazing and in check out was cool attitude regarding giving extra time.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, which made the stay pleasant. However, it seemed to be peak season during our visit, so the breakfast area was quite crowded. The seating was arranged closely, making it feel a bit cramped at times. Despite this, the food variety was good, and the quality was satisfying. The hotel’s location is a major plus—it’s very convenient, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, it’s a decent choice for travelers who prioritize location and friendly service, but be prepared for some crowds during busy periods.

It was a fantastic trip, I recommend it, very, very beautiful, very clean, tidy, quiet, and the atmosphere was fantastic, the customer service was very good, delicious and diverse.

Excellent breakfasts: varied and tasty. Cleanliness OK. The location is good from the point of view of equidistance from all attractions and malls (15-25 minutes by taxi). There are many shops, currency exchange offices, restaurants/cafes nearby. Rooftop pool (21st floor): heated and with a large jacuzzi. Excellent. The service leaves much to be desired: the adapter was brought after 3 calls and after 2 visits to the reception - after 24 hours!!! The iron they brought was strange: at max it heats weakly, and at min it burns like crazy (apparently cheap Chinese with confused signs). The boiler capacity was enough to wash 1 person. The most anticipated and satisfying hotel of this trip!!! 1-There are too many details for architecture and design fans to experience and take photos to learn. The transformation from an officer club to an open hotel has upgraded the accommodation experience. The huge public area and facilities have rich military, physical training, entertainment and service facilities. I did meet officers and global professional teams in the breakfast restaurant. The team representing China is Chengdu Rongcheng. The physiotherapy room at night is right after the elevator on the 4th floor where I live. Haha 2-The room is remarkable, especially the faucet position. This is the second time I have seen such a thoughtful design. In addition to the position of the towel rack, I must say that I will definitely copy this homework 3-The service is amazing! There was such a big plate of fruit as soon as we entered the room. It felt like it was worth 200 dirhams. It was a pity that we couldn't wait until the third day. We finished it in 10 minutes. Hahahaha. The people in this hotel are so tall. The East Wing of the hotel is estimated to be 300-400 meters long. On the way to the restaurant, I greeted the hotel service staff and management all the way. Everyone had a smile from the heart. My mom said that this has never happened in China. The waiters and managers in the restaurant were also very enthusiastic in greeting and serving. I really felt the happiness. Coupled with the healing feeling of the whole atmosphere and the avant-garde design of the space, I thought I was in the future space of some surrealist American TV series. This is a wellness hotel that I will definitely watch again.

When I booked this hotel, I was skeptical about it after reading the reviews. And there were few photos of the room itself and the price seemed low compared to other hotels in Abu Dhabi, despite the fact that due to the Coldplay concert, housing prices rose very much. But after staying there, I want to say that I am ready to become a regular customer of this hotel. We really liked everything!!! The most spacious room, excellent service, delicious breakfasts, heated pool, private beach, the location of the hotel, although it is far away, but in such a beautiful place! And the view of the sunrise from the window of our room left none of us indifferent. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely come back to you. It was not for nothing that I forgot my glasses at your place 😅
