I have stayed in many Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. Those are always great service and quality. The Ritz Abu Dhabi rooms are a bit dated but kept up well. I still felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed. The food variety at breakfast was great and anything that was missing for individual tastes was provided upon request. Staff around the pool were also great at preparing beds upon arrival. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim and play during the colder months. Generally a fantastic stay and I would stay there again.

average good It's NOT 5 stars hotel it needs allot attention regarding cleaning some clear spots on carpet and sofa plus hair on washroom & floor noticed the basket was without cover besides the check-in Mr A.. was tricky my room on sea view already paid automatically put me on city view was done without apology however the lobby stuff amazing and in check out was cool attitude regarding giving extra time.

Im lucky getting an amazing view in this hotel , beside all facilities that you can find on it , The size of the pool and beach is quite sufficient, specially if you have kids with you , all the rooms was really clean with smart gadgets to control the lights and curtains. The room dining experience was nice .

I recently stayed at the Millennium was impressed by its great location and excellent service. The staff and environment here are much better compared to the Millennium property in downtown Dubai, making it a more pleasant experience overall.   The only drawback was the curtains in the room—they couldn’t fully close in the middle, allowing light to seep in every morning, which acted as an unintended wake-up call.   If they can resolve this minor issue, it would make the stay perfect. Regardless, it’s a fantastic option in Abu Dhabi and one I’d recommend.

Stepping into the resort felt like going into an Arabian castle, and the resort staff did not disappoint. Top notch service by everyone from check in to buggy drivers to wait staff and activity guides. Breakfast was excellent, very wide selection and very good quality. The only reason for my 3 rating was due to the food options outside of breakfast. Given that there’s no where else to eat, I found the food served at the restaurants quite average but quite pricey. (I did not manage to get a reservation at the Arabian restaurant as it was booked out ahead of time).

Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Staff are clueless when asked a question and apart from breakfast staff no one seemed interested. This lack of customer service made me think this place don't care about customers and this I do not recommend. Please train staff to attend to customers as it didn't feel like a 5 star service. Room was ok, comfortable beds. Beach was nice and food average. The restaurants were really bad on customer service, they told Me to go back later as I was one person as they didn't have space for me, very rude and disrespectful, so I ended up dining outside the hotel at better locations with better customer service. Location was good but If you look for a classy, comfortable, peaceful and excellent service type of stay this is not it. It was noisy , expensive, lack of customer service and extremely busy with families and loads of kids. . Not what I hoped for, very disappointed.

I think it’s simple when you stay in the 5-star hotel you can feel it. But this doesn’t work with Radisson Blue hotel and Resort. It’s only the name. Quickly: Rooms interior are modest. Wave pool is perfect for kids and adults. The buffet restaurant La Terrazza serves the seafood, meat and the local cuisine. There are also beach-front restaurant and a couple of bar lounges. Hotel offers in-room menu with breakfast for around 150-200 AED, 2 options of soup, quick bites 40-60AED, burger 70-80AED, pasta 80AED, 4 types of pizza 85AED, main course 100-140AED, beverages/drinks and kids menu. In a nutshell, the hotel is good with its perfect location at the corniche, unique view on the Gulf, Rixos marina and all that. We would’ve not shared our negative feedback but a couple of incidents had happened during our stay from April, 27 until May, 1. There was no rain or wind, but the beach had been closed all the time. I mean all the people come to hanging out on the beach. Ok, I accept that as the reason for this apparently was due to some sanitary issues after torrential rain and flooding in April in the UAE. The most disgusting thing is the room attendants. These guys have been knocking on our room door for 2 days in a row. Imagine, at 9am in the morning continuously and persistently knocking on the door to make up the bed. And then at the same day at 4 PM with desperate desire to clean the room. Next day the same story in the morning, knocked on the door and, now, attention, please, they just opened the door and got into the room. Yes, sir! Are you kidding me??!!! Of course, we reached out to receptionists and this super courteous staff offered us to send an email to investigate this case. Appreciate it. Hope this would be very useful and helpful for all who are looking for a place to stay in Abu Dhabi.

It was a fantastic trip, I recommend it, very, very beautiful, very clean, tidy, quiet, and the atmosphere was fantastic, the customer service was very good, delicious and diverse.
