So glad I found this hotel in the bustling city center. It's situated directly above Thamrin City. The hotel offers great value, clean rooms, good service, and is conveniently located for exploring. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Plus, you can just take the elevator down and step directly into Thamrin City market.
Everything is good. Is 3 star hotel, can’t expect too much. The breakfast is very so so, sometime no appetite to eat. But the room is ok clean comfortable also. The best thing is the hotel 3rd floor is link to the mall, is available go through the door on 10am-10pm only.
Conveniently located near the main road. The room was a decent size, featuring a long sofa perfect for relaxing. The bathroom had a unique, capsule-like design. It's affordably priced, and standard amenities are provided. The elevator was also quick. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Not really a place for foreigners, must be able to call to get in. Nice cold room, turn on electricity with box outside the room. For 150k idr per night I think bridging a language gap is worth it. Other reviews mention raising price when you show up, but this did not happen to me so maybe it has stopped. You get a key for the gate so you can come and go as you please. Alot of malls in the area, and of course street food and local cafes.

I stayed 4 days 3 nights alone for work needs last week. This is the second chance to stay at Kuningan Village Studio. The place is clean and comfortable. The receptionist and security are friendly and very helpful. Seeing that I brought things, I came to help with immediately. Right in front of KBS there is a wartet open 24 hours. There are also many stalls/depots around that sell food from morning to night. Next time I will stay there again.. Thank you ....

Great
黄黄禔善This accommodation is on the second floor, there are only stairs. You may have difficulty if you have quite heavy luggage because there is no lift. At 9 pm the Fatahillah Park area is closed, so you must explain to the officer that you are staying here.If you are confused about finding this accommodation, you will find the entrance visible from Fatahillah Park, not from the road. There is sufficient parking area for cars and motorbikes.Overall quite clean.
DDezy88Very close by to all the amazing malls great location , friendly staff but they really need to fix up the bed covers ..it will scare people away for nothing even if they were washed 😂.
AAnsarGoThe sheets are stained
There is an unpleasant smell
The air conditioner is loud and rattling
The location of the hotel is excellent
The staff is great
I can't say the service is bad
Food was brought to the room
The Internet is relatively good, video calling, uploading videos to YouTube is fast, there were no problems with the Internet
I chose this hotel because of the Internet, purely based on reviews on other sites, the Internet was important for my work. And also the location of the hotel is near the center.

GGuest UserOverall is good but the studio single room a bit small and the bed is small too, not a super- single size bed. I was not allowed to check in despite arrived at around 11am as the room is not ready. For breakfast, the chef cooked vege fried rice for me upon requested as I am a vegan.
