A very satisfied experience in Vinh Yen. I stayed there 02 times but the receptionist still remembered me and then gave me a nice offer as a long-term custom. A new hotel with clean and wide room which was full of sunlight from the big window all day. It's also suitable for working with big table and comfortable chair. Free breakfast but the quality was beyond my expectation, not too many dishes but the quality of them were good, especially the salad, it was fresh and the sauce for salad was very tasty. The staff here were vey nice, I could not find a knife to cut my fruits so I called the receptionist and they did it and brought back to me room very quickly. And please note, this is not an advertisement comments, just having a very good impression in this hotel and would like to share for you all as a good reference for your choice :))))

Cosy hotel .The deluxe garden view room was tidy, nice, clean but no beautiful garden (void area) on this time we stay. Breakfast was ok, but not too much options. I have a compliment with food&beverage staff on 11th floor on morning-friendly , and beef noodle ( phở bò sốt vang)- tasty. One thing I was really disappointed there - customer services at front desk. The front desk clerk girl in the morning, who never have smiles, irritable face. I wonder if I bothered her??? The second thing which made me give the hotel 2 star rating. When I check out, I requested to leave our luggages, It will be have no problem if when We came back to take it. We request to her “ Could I take our luggages ?” - HER RESPOND to my question with a curt answer and NO service : “ Go inside and take it” . She means we have to GO INSIDE THE FRONT DESK COUNTER and take it back ??? I really don’t understand because she is working in a hotel and travel environment - A CUSTOMER SERVICE ENVIRONMENT. I have a advice to manage and GM if you wanna become a great hotel, professional service , Note and focus on the smallest details. One more small thing, the house keeping supervisor should double check more carefully for hotel directory
