3-Star Hotels in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

I stayed at the hotel from March 10, 2025 to April 2, 2025. I booked a room with a window, specifically overpaying to have a window. They put me in a room on the 6th floor, room 604. It's awful! There was a window, it overlooked the pool, and it was not at eye level, that is, from the window you could see the floor of the pool. In fact, you did not have a window, because those who smoked / sat by the pool, all this was in your room and the stench of cigarettes, and the soulful drunken conversations of the international crowd, and of course it could have been me if I raised the blinds. Do not agree to this room under any circumstances. After arguing at the reception after 3 days, I was moved to a room on the 2nd floor. The room is cool, clean, super shower! You can see that everything is after renovation. Huge stained glass window. Everything is great! The cleaners are a separate topic! Cool women! They licked everything perfectly, the room was shining! The location is also super! But the audibility in the rooms!!!!!!!!!! As if you were sleeping on the street. It's terrible, especially since most of the guests are Chinese and Vietnamese comrades, who, in principle, are not bothered by the tactics of education. It's brutal! But otherwise, everything is very nice, clean, pleasant. No living creatures were noticed for 23 days. Oh, and don't rely too much on the guys from the reception, the day before I asked several times to call a taxi for 5 am, they said don't worry, be happy. Andy ...

Room was very spacious with comfortable bed and perfect wi-fi. Bathroom was also big, but with mould on the ceiling and leaking shower. ”View to the city” was actually the view to the wall of the opposite building through very dirty window. Fridge is really weak, even on the maximum level it just cools a little bit, not freezes. Nearby the hotel there are private houses that have noisy roosters which were screaming all day long since the early morning, so I couldn't sleep well. Also the cleaning staff was knocking on the door even with ”do not disturb” sign

Very nice clean hotel with a pool on the roof. The beach is near the city, there are offices of all sorts of companies offering tours nearby. Friendly and welcoming staff is always there to tell you everything and help you. The location is convenient, there are streets with all sorts of cafes and shops nearby. Quiet and calm - the alley where the hotel is located has a lot of birds singing, but the hotel has good soundproofing and everything is quiet.

Location is very good, price is even better! Big rooms and you have everything that you need to stay in Nha Trang. Difficult to find something better for this amount of money! We also ask help and book a car to airport from hotel reception desk. Thanks a lot

I recently stayed at Full House Hotel and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

The room was clean and nice for the price, but the soundproofing doesn't seem to be very good. I don't know because I didn't eat there again. I would definitely visit again if I were to go there again.

The hotel has complete facilities, the rooms are clean and tidy, the housekeeping cleans the rooms several times a day, and the stay experience is very warm. The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to the beach, and shopping and dining are very convenient. The laundry service is cheap and fast and delivered to the room. The lady boss is very nice and the service is very considerate. Recommended stay.

Initially, I was placed in a different room that didn’t match my booking. The room either had no window or a very small one, making it quite dark. I went to the reception and requested the room I had originally booked and paid for, and they moved me. That room was much brighter and had a larger window, which was a relief. Unfortunately, I couldn’t take a hot shower during my stay because there was no hot water. It turns out the hot water system depends on solar power: if there’s sunlight, there’s hot water; if not, there isn’t. On the positive side, the room was clean, and the hotel is conveniently located, with everything within walking distance. However, it can get noisy in the evenings. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay.

The Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.
