The location is great, with a night market, delicious restaurants, cafes, massage shops, and things to do near the city.
Add the hotel staff as friends on KakaoTalk and you can resolve any questions you have right away via KakaoTalk (I solved the TV problem and the shower drainage problem myself).
Instead, I saw the bartender twice. It's not that clean. There are too many rooms, so you have to wait a long time for the elevator.
I don't know much about the rest, except that the location is incredibly good.
But it's cheap, so it's okay if you're staying for 0.5 nights or playing in the city!

First time staying here, the check-in process took a bit long but everything else was ok, the room was ok, the hygiene was ok, the staff was also cute hehe. Special thanks to Ms. Nguyen Huong, I don't know exactly which department, but I know she is a very good consultant and enthusiastic supporter, giving thoughtful and complete instructions. I encourage everyone to experience it.

Room is big, bed is comfortable, but AC is freezing your head and is not adjustable. No noise isolation from corridor, bathroom and street, so don’t plan to sleep till late, especially if you want to have choice for breakfast. Food itself was ok. +1 point for plain ban bao and coffee. No underground parking. Wifi is bad

For the price, exceptional. The room did not entirely match the pictures provided as the balcony provided was very narrow, so narrow in fact that a chair could only fit if placed sideways. The furniture in the room was also not well arranged, placed together at the end of the bed. All in all though, for the price, this is really an unbeatable offer. Staff at the desk were friendly and attentive, we encountered none of the issues with waiting mentioned in other reviews. The room was clean and the location was excellent. Despite a minor complaint about the balcony I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Super nice hotel. Clean and new room. Few minute walking to the beach and especially I can bring my puppy inside which not many hotels in Nha trang allow.

My firat hotel in nha trang. That is worth for the price. Do not expect to five stars facility and environment but that good than price you pay.
I have no problem when stay here.
Breakfast is minimal for this price it is good.
Staff also nice.

Therefore, we 4 adults have to buy a buffet breakfast equivalent to RMB 70/person. Of course, the dishes are still quite rich, but in Vietnam, It’s more expensive, and the key is that there is no takeaway here, away from the city,
In addition, the room number is more difficult to find. They are on the dual side, the singular side, and they have to be divided into the A side and the B side. We found the room and took a lot of effort.

The hotel is in the very center of the city, on the 2nd line. The building is not high-rise, the interior is in the Greek style, beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable. They give beach towels. Breakfast is the same every day, but you can choose your own option. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee are put in every day. The staff is responsive.
Before booking, you should consider several things -
1. I booked a room marked as ”Sea view”. In fact, this hotel does not have and cannot have a sea view due to the unfinished building that blocks it.
2. Slippers are only reusable rubber, no bathrobes. Bring your own. There is also no air conditioning, only shampoo and shower gel, soap.
3. Breakfast is early - from 6 to 9 am. If you like to sleep in the morning, it is better not to take breakfast.
4. Cleaning with a change of linen and towels - on request, you need to hang a sign. Otherwise, they only come to replenish their coffee-tea-water supplies and take away the trash.
There is a swimming pool, we didn't use it. The hotel is good, comfortable, we liked it.

However, in the photo, the room looks luxurious and bright, but in reality, there is no luxurious atmosphere and the hotel is not bright.
And since we went in mid-December, Vietnam itself was humid. In that case, the hotel should have used an air conditioner to control humidity and temperature to keep it from being humid, but the lobby was humid. And the hotel owner does not speak English, so a translator is essential.
The location isn't that bad, but you still have to take Grab to get to downtown Nha Trang. It’s good considering that it’s not completely downtown Nha Trang! And is there a hotel in this place? There is an accommodation in an alley worth visiting. I think it's closer to a motel than a hotel! But considering the price, it’s not bad for a day!

GGuest UserThe Smile Hotel is located at the end of a little quiet dead end street some 50 meters away of one if the busy traffic roads. I came in around 12 noon and although the check in was supposed to be at 2pm I could instantly go to my room. Very friendly and professional staff. The room was big enough, a window which could be opened with view over some lower buildings towards the sea. The bathroom was in a good state. Coffee making facilities (I love it) I felt very comfortable in my room on the 6th floor. There is a little pool on the roof with some chairs and wooden lounger. From the Hotel you can walk very easily to all interesting spots in Central Nha Trang. Crossing the Block opposite of the main road from the hotel you reach within two minutes the Airport Bus Stop. Perfect. I really enjoyed my stay. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We booked a room with Queen bed (1.8m) but entire hotel only has ‘queen’ beds (1.6m) - common issue here, best double check in details. After a bit of back and forth, hotel transferred us to another (nicer) hotel with proper Queen bed. Staff is friendly and eventually did get us the room we booked (in the other hotel :) .

GGuest UserFor the money, the hotel is simply wonderful. Clean and spacious rooms, air conditioning, refrigerator, everything in excellent condition. It is obvious that the renovation was done recently. However, there are problems with cleaning. It turned out that you have to ask for it, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. But our requests were not always understood correctly. The employees and owners of the hotel do not speak English, but they try very hard to understand everything with the help of a translator and help. There was a problem with the refrigerator in our room, they replaced it right away.
The owners of the hotel are very nice people who helped us with everything and were very concerned about our vacation. They always asked how we were doing and gave some advice.
I recommend visiting this place. Perhaps we will come back here again if we plan a budget vacation again.

PPaulThe hotel is spacious, beautiful, the rooms are clean. At first it was not clear where to go, to which building. The beach has trash in some places. If breakfast is not included in the price of your room, then food will become a problem, as it is quite expensive in the hotel and around the hotel. You need to shop at the supermarket before your trip to eat properly. The hotel has a transfer from Nha Trang, I didn’t know about it, it would have been cheaper than taking a taxi.
Admin Harry at the reception was quite helpful and very polite and made up my mood. Also, he helped me figure it out. Overall the hotel and service are excellent. Would like breakfast included (will be better).
