Good:
The location is great, close to Tenjin district, to subway and railway station. Many good restaurants around. I like the shared kitchen very much, all kinds of cookware are available.
Staffs are helpful, speak fluent English.
Bad:
I booked the Studio Corner room which has the balcony. The balcony is large, but I didn't use it at all. The room and washroom are quite small. I can hardly put anything in the wash basin area.

The hotel is near the central station, walking distance. The room is clean and nice. The only complaint is way too hot in the room and you can’t adjust temperature as it’s controlled centrally and you can’t open the window either, so I ended sweating for 2 nights 🤭 at least it had a good size bathtub to relax. The bed also very hard. Wasn’t the best sleep.
The location is great!!! There's also a Don Quijote nearby. But I don't recommend it if you're a light sleeper. I heard snoring that I've never heard before..ㅎㅎ The facilities are so great that I think it would be great for a 1-night stay. The shower room is spacious and clean for a single person, which is nice! They also give you pajamas. I think I'll go back for a 1-night stay again. I was very, very satisfied! It was cozy, so I slept well.ㅎㅎ

Smart hotel with Alexa feature. Free breakfast available for staying guests. Strategic place to move around the city and it’s walking distance to hakata station is within 10 minutes depending on each different person walks speed
Beautiful environment, comfortable, large room, free coffee machine in the lobby, free parking if you drive, and a roadside station next to it where you can buy some fruits, snacks and souvenirs
My English level is poor. I can't communicate! There are too few hot springs without windows like a dense space to soak in hot springs! It's a bit far. It's hard to get to the hotel without a car!
Welcome coins can be used for free at soda machines, but not everyone has them! I didn't understand at all when I asked 😰
I read on the internet that the walk is about 15-20 minutes
But it turned out to be uphill
It would be better to have a car
Because I arrived very late and luckily the hot spring was closed at 11
It can still be soaked
He soaks in the hot springs from 6-9am, I can't remember how many-11pm
I ate cup noodles at night, but I didn't have chopsticks
Ask the information desk they provide chopsticks☺️
The room is ok big enough to fit two large suitcases flat for packing
The hotel also has a comic room for karaoke
It's really good
I didn't know there was a shuttle bus until I left the next day
The driver happened to see me pull the car down
Told us to wait a while on the Shuttle Bus
It's really super good 🥰
Forgot to take pictures 😅
The location was good and the facilities were clean and nice. The parking lot was large and easy to park. Breakfast was included, which was great. There was also a large bathhouse, which was great for relieving the day's fatigue. It was near the station, so there were many convenience stores and restaurants, making it convenient for eating.
Location is good. Lots of eateries outside hotel. Hotel parking at ¥1000 per night. Front desk staff- Mr. Suganawa is friendly and especially helpful. Thank you, Suganawa-San! Free flow of nuts, coffee, soft drinks and alcohol for guests at lounge. Amenities is available at self service at lobby. Room is small. Though room is renovated but the dresser and headboard seem very old.
It was excellent. I was initially skeptical because of the cheap price despite the good reviews, but it turned out to be an amazing experience. I can't speak Japanese at all, and my English isn't great either, but the staff kindly used a translator to communicate with me. They were incredibly kind. The amenities are quite good. The room had a clean bathroom and shower (with a bathtub), which I appreciated. I didn't go to the public bath, so I can't comment on that. The view is absolutely stunning. Lying down and looking straight at the park, I felt truly relaxed. The accommodation provided taxi discount tickets and even helped me with reservations for a boat ride and taxis, so I had no trouble getting around. The boat ride boarding point was right in front of the accommodation, so I could walk back to the hotel without much trouble.I also added dinner, and the quality was quite high. I almost missed breakfast because I turned off my alarm, but they kindly called my room to wake me up. Thank you so much.Overall, it was the best. There may not be many tourist attractions nearby, but if you're coming for a boat ride, I don't think there's a better place than this.

GGuest User1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city...
2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store
3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station.
4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather
5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it.
But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶
6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets.
So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end......
The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet)
Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock.
All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.
TTabby YipGreat location, right next to the Canal City Mall, less than 10mins. walk from the Hakata Station, won't take long going to/from the airport. A large variety of restaurants and shops around, satisfying every need. Hotel breakfast is a buffet style of both Japanese and Western cuisines, including hot dishes, bakery, fruits + yogurts, rice and soup, as a vegetarian I have less selection but still good enough to fill up my stomach.
Overall it's a pleasant stay👍🏽
JjennytravelConvenient location, comfortable stay, check-in was a bit troublesome since they didn’t send me any information by email beforehand.
Hotel was clean and modern with comfortable bed.
The lighting in the room could be improved, it’s just kinda dark and placed in odd places.
GGuest UserRoom was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. Convenient locations with lots of great restaurant options nearby.
DDenna HeryatiWe stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in.
Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai.
Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight.
Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.
MMichell VasquezExcellent hotel and service definitely I will return the location is good close to the airport you can arrive walking so is nice I recommend to come here
NNurkholis AdyLocation was great, very close to eateries, close to subway and also train and bus station to outskirts of Fukuoka.
Parco, muna, and other department store are also nearby.
Room was OK, manageable for 2 with 2 large suitcases. TV channels are all in Japanese, but u don't watch TV on holiday anyway. Bathroom and amenities were great, they provide free amenities in the lobby.
Lounge were nice, though only coffee is provided, but it's good to just sit and sip coffee.
The view from my room was Ritz Carlton, so u feel like staying there.. 😝😝
KK Hoffman (Canada)Ver easy to get to from Hakata Station. Take the Airport Metro Line to Ohori Park Station and go out via Exit 4. The hostel is round the corner on the side street after the variety store.
They send you an email on how to get into the building and your room if the reception is closed after 23:00. Just make sure you hit the UNLOCK button after the numbers.
Big lounge and kitchen on the fifth floor! Nice lounge on main floor for breakfast and bar.
