I recently stayed at AUHotel - Zayed International Airport, and while I truly appreciate the convenience of having a hotel right within the airport transit area, there are some significant areas for improvement that would greatly enhance the guest experience. The location is undeniably practical for travelers, but attention to detail in maintaining the rooms is crucial. Basic aspects such as room cleanliness, refreshed air, and clean towels should always be prioritized. Unfortunately, these elements seemed lacking during my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room was not functioning properly, which was an inconvenience. Given that there are no windows in the rooms, the hotel management could consider installing air purifiers or breezers to ensure a fresher atmosphere. Better sound isolation would also be beneficial, as external noise was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Another issue was the in-room phone with a large, bright display—it was disruptive and made falling asleep more challenging. A simple dimmer or an option to turn it off would be a great improvement. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent option for transit passengers, but these small yet impactful improvements are needed to truly elevate the guest experience. With more attention to these details, it could become a top choice for travelers seeking comfort during layovers.

Outstanding Birthday Surprise and Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Centro Yas Island to celebrate my wife's birthday, and I must say, the experience exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the service was impeccable, but one particular moment stood out. Nauman, the hotel guest representative, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. He not only knew it was my wife's birthday but also surprised us with a delightful birthday cake. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special and truly showcased the hotel's commitment to exceptional customer service. The room was pristine, the amenities were top-notch, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive. However, Nouman's personalized attention and warm hospitality were the highlights of our stay. the overall experience was really good for its price. I think the only downfall of the stay was that the door knob inside the washroom door and the lock part of the front washroom doorknob fell off after a few use but it was not a big issue for us. The place was very peaceful. No outside noise can be heard from the inside but I'm not sure about the inside noice if it can be heard to the outside. Despite the amenities provided in the room, we recommend you to not cook and just buy food from the Malyali restaurant located at the opposite of Booze Bar. Their food is really food. they also deliver food to your room. their normal shawarma is the best. Most recommended on their menu. Also, bring an universal adaptor that is applicable for Type G sockets because the sockets in the room are all Type G plug sockets. We were able to get lucky by borrowing an adaptor from the front desk and the man who was on shift was too kind enough to lend me his personal one so that I don't have to buy a new one from Baqala.

Excellent stay with no problems whatsoever, plenty of ample parking available outside the hotel (paid 15 AED for 24hrs). Breakfast had a wide variety of food also available.

Decent hotel located nearby the Grand Mosque which was our main concern in visiting Abu Dhabi. Huge thanks to Mr. Kacimi, in the reception, for giving us the great family room. His kindness, with a smile, is an asset to the hotel. The room was so spacious, which really accommodated my family. Nice amenities as well, especially the jacuzzi, steam & sauna bath. We loved the salas / living area, thanks to Mr. Raghu and Mr. Rhohan, housekeeping dept., for providing our needs, especially the extra beds for my mom & I and for the bottled water. You guys are awesome, always smiling despite the busy schedule. Buffet breakfast was superb, with plenty of foods, we really enjoyed. Lastly, we don’t want to leave that early as we wanted to spend more time in the steam/sauna bath, hence, thank you so much Mr. Thuha Bo, in the reception, for granting our late check-out request. All of you are amazingly generous and kind by heart. Cheers and more power.

I only stayed one night at the Premier Inn. The location is great for a stopover. But there's nothing nearby. The hotel has a Costa Coffee and a restaurant, so you won't go hungry. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport, which you can use free of charge. My room was really great. After months of traveling, I finally had a bathtub, which I immediately used. I wouldn't recommend it as a hotel for visiting Abu Dhabi. There are certainly many hotels close to the city center. But for a stopover, it's simply perfect. The drive to the airport takes about 15 minutes.

Very nice, the environment is very good, the resort hotel. But the location is really remote and there is nothing around. However, the hotel has its own beach, which is not bad, and there are other hotels nearby, so there are several options for eating. There is also a Korean restaurant next to it, mainly to provide services for the nuclear power plant built by the Koreans nearby, and the food is good.
