the room ok the location is about 20 min to Airport but nothing near the hotel need taxi even for grocery store

They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. After we landed in Abu Dhabi at 11 PM, a shuttle bus from the hotel picked us up right outside the airport and took us straight to the hotel, which was very convenient. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude. However, the facilities in the hotel are quite outdated. To take a shower, you have to step into the small bathtub, which can be slippery and potentially dangerous. Additionally, the pipes leak when turned on, and the room was very cold. We checked in at midnight and left early the next morning, so our stay was quite brief.

Just opposite to the convention centre, very convenient also have shuttle to various places of interest and train station, although timing not very good

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

I recently stayed at AUHotel - Zayed International Airport, and while I truly appreciate the convenience of having a hotel right within the airport transit area, there are some significant areas for improvement that would greatly enhance the guest experience. The location is undeniably practical for travelers, but attention to detail in maintaining the rooms is crucial. Basic aspects such as room cleanliness, refreshed air, and clean towels should always be prioritized. Unfortunately, these elements seemed lacking during my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room was not functioning properly, which was an inconvenience. Given that there are no windows in the rooms, the hotel management could consider installing air purifiers or breezers to ensure a fresher atmosphere. Better sound isolation would also be beneficial, as external noise was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Another issue was the in-room phone with a large, bright display—it was disruptive and made falling asleep more challenging. A simple dimmer or an option to turn it off would be a great improvement. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent option for transit passengers, but these small yet impactful improvements are needed to truly elevate the guest experience. With more attention to these details, it could become a top choice for travelers seeking comfort during layovers.

Excellent hotel in the city center, 10-15 minutes by car to the Corniche beach, 25-30 minutes to the airport. There is a shopping center nearby where you can buy everything from groceries to electronics. Many restaurants for every taste and small grocery stores if you don't want to waste time at the supermarket. At the reception they speak different languages, friendly Ahmed spoke to us in Russian. The hotel has everything: a cafe, a bar, a store, a swimming pool, a gym. Excellent breakfasts: rice, noodles, scrambled eggs, cereal, from fruits we had: watermelon, passion fruit, pineapples, melons, grapefruit and kiwi.
