Was a very nice experience, my first hotel, the room, the food, reception and waiters from the italian and belgian restaurant very attentive and pacient. Just one advise, if i'm taking my breakfast and i leave the coffee in the table, don't take it if the personal just see me get in to the buffet 5 minutes ago. Just that. Thank you so much

They stay was very great, we really liked the place that was followed with an incredible services and friendly staff there, also the restaurant food was very delicious. but I have a little concern about the outside airstream furnitures that needs to be more cleaned as well as the bicycles need to be checked before the guest’s check in, as for everything else was super perfect. Below expectations, no valte parking. i had to park my car, walk inside and call someone to pick up my luggage, and walk back to my car. The room has a fresh paint smell, and it's not provided with essentials like tissue, dental kit, and vanity kit. They said normal tissue paper is not provided due to them supporting saving turtles, but you can request toilet tissue paper. DEFINITELY, THIS IS MY FIRST AND LAST.

This is the best hotel I've stayed in during this trip. The reception staff are really nice, warm and good - looking. Many famous attractions are in close proximity. There are lots of taxis downstairs, so it's convenient to get around. The rooms are very clean and cozy. It's highly recommended. Don't miss out on it, and you'll have a wonderful memory.

Everything’s was perfect, only late check in waiting until 17:00 pm to give me my room, while I’m 13:00 on hotel lobby.

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

I recently stayed at AUHotel - Zayed International Airport, and while I truly appreciate the convenience of having a hotel right within the airport transit area, there are some significant areas for improvement that would greatly enhance the guest experience. The location is undeniably practical for travelers, but attention to detail in maintaining the rooms is crucial. Basic aspects such as room cleanliness, refreshed air, and clean towels should always be prioritized. Unfortunately, these elements seemed lacking during my stay. Additionally, the sink in my room was not functioning properly, which was an inconvenience. Given that there are no windows in the rooms, the hotel management could consider installing air purifiers or breezers to ensure a fresher atmosphere. Better sound isolation would also be beneficial, as external noise was quite noticeable and made it difficult to rest. Another issue was the in-room phone with a large, bright display—it was disruptive and made falling asleep more challenging. A simple dimmer or an option to turn it off would be a great improvement. Overall, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent option for transit passengers, but these small yet impactful improvements are needed to truly elevate the guest experience. With more attention to these details, it could become a top choice for travelers seeking comfort during layovers.
