The hotel is located in a very nice area. There are a lot of restaurants and massages. A convenience store (Seven eleven) is in a 3min walk from the hotel.
Reception is very helpful.
Our room was family type. It was very comfortable.

Had a great stay at this condo! The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a small kitchen and a balcony with a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth

It is a very warm hotel. They explain in detail the city's landmarks and events, making you feel very warm like at home. Breakfast is also special and has a daily special, and seasonal fruits are also arranged differently every time. And theirs Flower is so pretty too .🌻💕💕💕📸📷

The hotel is situated near Tha Phae Gate and within a short walking distance to nightlife. The hotel also hosts a cute cafe on the first floor with a cozy seating area. There are only 4 rooms in the hotel, so it is usually full and requires advance reservation in order to secure the room. The record player in the Ongtong room was an elegant touch to the interior of the room - we would definitely come back should we have the opportunity to. However cleanliness and amenities of the bathroom could be improved.
We loved staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had a pleasant stay.
We booked the Loft suite 2 bed room, which was very spacious. We booked this hotel because of the nice bed ratings and we slept very well on the comfy bed.
The airco had a harder time getting the entire room cooler after being off during the day.
The layout was a bit weird for us. Downstairs was the king bed, but no tv and upstairs were 2 single beds with a tv. We slept in the king bed and our son slept upstairs in a single bed, which means we couldn't watch tv in the evening. A couch would also have been nice as the chairs weren't very comfy to sit on.
Breakfast was made to order and we could choose from continental or asian options. We liked the food and our stay in general.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability.
While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.

Very nice hotel right in the old town of Chiang Mai. The personnel is very kind and helps with all questions. They also organize your trip to the elephant sanctuary or the Thai boxing Stadion. We extended our stay for several days! Forchheim breakfast you can choose from three choices, but after several days it’s always the same so we went to choose from the plenty of breakfast offers nearby the hotel!
This minimalist/industrial style has been apparently very popular in Chiang Mai, and this hotel has executed it well enough by keeping the lobby modern and airy, with so much space to chill.
Pool is clean, and the slide by the side definitely adds some fun bonus.
Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable enough to guarantee you a good sleep. However, the overall decor is a bit too simple that can be improved for more coziness.
Overall, a good place, budget-friendly, covering all you need for a trip.

Great location, although there is a little bit of jam to get in and out during peak hour. Lots of f&b, coffee, and shopping nearby. There is also a coin laundry nearby.
The room is a little rundown, but it is spacious and clean.
I stayed at Lis Hotel for four days in total. The average price per night was less than NT 1500. It was a great deal to stay in such a clean and beautiful environment.
There are free snacks, drinks, water and instant noodles in the lobby on the first floor 24 hours a day, so you don't have to worry about being hungry at night. Although the breakfast is simple, it has variety~~ plus points
Next time I go to Chiang Mai, I will put it on my list of places to stay

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable.
The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar.
There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures.
The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
They have breakfast available in addition to the price .
We were left after check out.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. They have welcome drink and snack at the entrance gate. The bathroom has separate zone. Amenities has earplugs that I can't find in other place, so I'm surprised. A lot of parking. There is near 86 ramen that is very delicious.
RRolokPretty resort with a nice swimming pool. Queit neighbourhood with lots of student residents. Lots of streetfood at night at suthep road. We enjoyed our stay here :D
BBONNY.WITH.A.YIf you're looking for a unique hotel experience, look no further than this amazing hotel with a pool inside the room! The room is incredibly clean and the staff are very friendly. However, be prepared for lots of rain if you're planning to visit in August - it rains all day, every day. Plus, the hotel is located high up in the mountains, which makes for a stunning view but can be a bit of a trek to get to. Overall, if you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

UUncle PatStayed here three times and each time was awesome. Service is excellent. Pool is fab. Location is great. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are large for the price. Very clean. Excellent value for money.
AAnonymous UserI stayed alone and got a room next to the stairs. Everything was good. The room was clean, smelled good, the light in the room was bright, the air conditioner was cool, the bed was soft, and the bathroom was clean. There was one thing that was annoying: it was *******, but it was okay. It was chill.
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Lifestyle Hotel, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near Chiang Mai Airport, making it extremely easy to access after a flight. It's also close to popular attractions, shopping centers, and local eateries, which makes exploring the city hassle-free. Despite being near the airport, the surroundings are peaceful, ensuring a restful stay.
Rooms:
The rooms are reasonably well-designed and clean. The minimalist décor gives a modern vibe, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as a smart TV, air conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom, added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Facilities:
The hotel has a café but relatively small lounge area where guests can relax and have breakfast. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was reliable throughout the property. Additionally, there’s a small fitness area for guests who like to keep active during their travels.
Service:
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They provided great recommendations for places to visit in Chiang Mai and assisted with transportation arrangements.
Overall Experience:
I recommend Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Lifestyle Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and modern facilities makes it a great value for money.
Aanna_:)The hotel is in good location and accessible to attractions like Tha Phae Gate. It's only around 10 min car ride or 25 min walk. The staff are very helpful. You can order food from the hotel too, it's quite affordable and tasty. Complimentary drinks like orange juice and coffee, tea, plates, utensils, microwave , oven are provided 24/7 at the lobby so it's convenient to eat outside food. I recommend staying on ground floor (small double room) since it's easier to access those! But the upper floor seems a bit more quiet so it's your preference 😊
GGuest UserI had a great stay at oyo winner Inn. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit old but clean and comfortable. A fridge was available. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
