Room is very spacious considering it’s a budget hotel. Very close to airport so that’s convenient. Not many eateries around. No stairs so please take note if you have heavy luggage.

I stayed at room 2201 for 2 nights and 3 days and so in love with my little cozy room. It had a large window (though the view wasn't attracting) with minimal furniture but it was just enough for me. The shared bathroom was just across my room and though it was small, it didn't feel stuffy. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I spent most of the time exploring outside so my room didn't make me feel like i was missing anything during my stay. Overall, it was worth the stay.
The hotel offers a convenient location near the shopping mall, making it easy to access various amenities. The overall environment is satisfactory, and the pricing is reasonable.
However, there are some areas for improvement. The hairdryer has weak airflow and does not generate sufficient heat, which may be inconvenient for guests. Additionally, the cabinet door for the refrigerator is not well-designed, which affects usability.
While the bathtub is adequate, enhancements in these aspects would improve the overall guest experience.
I only booked this hotel for one night as I extended my stay in Chiang Mai and the hotel I was staying at was fully booked. I was reluctant to book it for the price and mixed reviews. Ok, it's not luxury, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. It's good for the price and I found the bed was comfortable as I've had a lot worse beds in Chiang Mai. It was clean, bit outdated but it was fine for me. Kind of wish I booked a few more nights as the location is just off the Old Town. I would stay again if looking for a cheap room.
This hotel is well located near the old quarter yet not that close so is quiet, rooms are comfortable and spacious, there are at least two or three temples really close. At night just beside there is a huge food night market
A Realy good hotel with value of your money, a specially if you’re solo travel. Like the room and it’s quite big …. All necessary stuff it in the room . Yes, the hotel it’s like a bit older , but it’s all tidy and clean. For the long time I didn’t see a room with a bath 🛀. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nearly 7/112 and good vegan cafe ( also with friendly price ) And the last thing, it’s also good location to catch all the historical place in the “old city” 🌆
The hotel is new and very clean. It is in a good location, walking distance to the food venue and shopping mall. The room is spacious and has an air purifier. Breakfast box idea was great and varied. Staff are nice and helpful. Compare to the other hotels around that area, this hotel is perfect with the price and service.
Room was near to Maya, however it was seperated by a main road. Hotel surrounding was quiet . Sound proof for room was weak as we can hear people walking and lift sound.
Front office service was lousy, basically they don’t even bother you until you approach the counter.

Helpful and nice receptionist. Good location near the night bazaar and food night market. The crews are friendly and ask you if you need anything in your room, tissues, toiletries, or if you want them to clean your room. The room has a fridge, TV, and good air conditioning, and my booking didn't include breakfast, but they told me it's okay I can have and use the kitchen for free. I'll def. recommend this hotel. Kudos!

GGuest UserThe hotel in general is quite recommendable.
The location is good as it is inside the wall and very close to one of the main streets where you can find bike rentals, coffee, washing machines etc.
The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and we got water bottles every day in the mini bar.
There is a swimming pool when you get into the hotel and it's okay since it's enough to refresh you from high temperatures.
The staff is friendly and recommend things to do in your stay in the city.
The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
They have breakfast available in addition to the price .
We were left after check out.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. They have welcome drink and snack at the entrance gate. The bathroom has separate zone. Amenities has earplugs that I can't find in other place, so I'm surprised. A lot of parking. There is near 86 ramen that is very delicious.
LLjordanB2 Suthep was a pleasant stay for 3 days. Accessible pool, large room, and decent storage. Limited on the amenities sides of things. No restaurant or cafe open. Some tlc in some places would give this the boost it needs. Altogether, it was nice and a healthy price.
EElvaThe location of the hotel is a bit far inside the hills, but the view from the room is remarkable and worthy. We arrived there at 21:00 and their kitchen was almost closed, but they kindly allow us to order and had a dinner. The dishes were so yummy!!! There was a huge spider inside our room when we got into it. I asked the staff to help us through WhatsApp. He helped us to drive it away rapidly. That’s so good! The room was quite clean but the details were not good enough. The jacuzzi was so fun to use😆 Watching the stunning view with the blublublu sound was extremely chill~~~ They gave me a pack of popcorn as a thank you gift with many lines of words on the package. That was so warm and I can feel their full-hearted intention. Thank you!
GGuest UserLe Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were captivated by its stunning modern architecture and state-of-the-art appliances that perfectly blend luxury with comfort.
David and his mother, the attentive hosts, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfection. Their warm hospitality and wealth of knowledge about the local attractions made our trip truly unforgettable. They were always ready to advise us on the best places to visit, dine, and explore, enhancing our Chiang Mai adventure significantly.
The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors.
As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it.
One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration.
Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. Thank you, David and the entire team, for making our stay so memorable and leaving us with an indelible impression of exceptional hospitality and beauty in Chiang Mai.
UUncle PatStayed here three times and each time was awesome. Service is excellent. Pool is fab. Location is great. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are large for the price. Very clean. Excellent value for money.
GGuest UserPeople are the heart of any business. My family and I have now stayed at Huay Kaew Palace 2 on three separate occasions over a period of 10 years. For me, we keep coming back because the service provided has always been excellent. I will not speak for others, but I have never had a negative interaction with anyone associated with HKP2...ever. Focusing on our most recent stay, we arrived late on the evening of the first night of our reservation. The check in process took less than 15 minutes. The room and amenities were adequate for our purposes. The room was immaculately clean. The wifi and the television worked (although we did not use the television much). When we left, if we dropped off the key card at the front desk, our room would be cleaned while we were out. The desk and housekeeping staff are good at their jobs and always had a pleasant demeanor.
Over the years, one change has occurred that I wish would come back -- in the past, a breakfast buffet was available. This is no longer the case. I understand that there are good reasons why this might be the case, but I enjoyed having breakfast in the downstairs lobby at the beginning of the day in the past.
We travel to Thailand for one reason -- family. Our family in America s 7; our family in Thailand is 15. My wife's parents, her brothers and their wives and children all live very close to HKP2 and the hotel acts as a meeting place and central location from which all other activities originate. I foresee returning to the Huay Kaew Palace 2 as often as we travel to Chiang Mai as long as the standards of service remain as high as they have up to now. I have no negative opinions in relationship to my stays at this hotel.
AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Lifestyle Hotel, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near Chiang Mai Airport, making it extremely easy to access after a flight. It's also close to popular attractions, shopping centers, and local eateries, which makes exploring the city hassle-free. Despite being near the airport, the surroundings are peaceful, ensuring a restful stay.
Rooms:
The rooms are reasonably well-designed and clean. The minimalist décor gives a modern vibe, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The amenities provided, such as a smart TV, air conditioning, and a well-equipped bathroom, added to the overall comfort of my stay.
Facilities:
The hotel has a café but relatively small lounge area where guests can relax and have breakfast. I appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was reliable throughout the property. Additionally, there’s a small fitness area for guests who like to keep active during their travels.
Service:
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They provided great recommendations for places to visit in Chiang Mai and assisted with transportation arrangements.
Overall Experience:
I recommend Sleep Mai Chiang Mai Airport Lifestyle Hotel to anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The combination of excellent service, convenient location, and modern facilities makes it a great value for money.
PPurijaiThis hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai's tourist attractions. The atmosphere is relaxed, and you can easily walk to various sightseeing spots. The hotel features a delicious coffee shop with excellent quality, a swimming pool, and offers welcome drinks as a complimentary service.
It is recommended for a small, mid-range hotel where guests can enjoy both privacy and tranquility or experience the vibrant energy of Chiang Mai city all in one place.
GGuest UserI had a great stay at oyo winner Inn. The location was perfect for exploring, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a bit old but clean and comfortable. A fridge was available. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would definitely stay here again!
