I really really loved the ambience of the hotel and the view of my hotel. It could be a little hot as the lobby and the hall did not have air-conditioning but the room and the view were definitely worth every penny. The room was really cozy and comfy with the studio apartment setup. The breakfast was so so because I was hoping for some local cuisines but couldn’t find any. It was quite far away from town area and nothing much around the vicinity but I still think it’s worth it with the views.

Swimming pool : the policy must wear the swimming suit properly even though jersey material shirt cannot wear Service check in : very slow , they take 10-15 min to service 1 cust Service check out : its very funny when we have to wait the room service check everything ok during check out time , i wait around 15min still no update from the staff , fyi the room service enter our room upon we leave the room, why took so long time to check ? Its really waste my time. Not only me, the customer checkout before me haven’t get done yet. Finally i decided to leave the hotel without any concern 😓 Pros : Room clean Breakfast : everything nice but not much choices Water pressure ok

The temperature is very comfortable and cozy. The room is spacious with a large bed and bathroom. The breakfast is not much choice but it was nice. Worth for money and not too expensive. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

I am writing this review for the improvement of hotel services and visitors who are going to stay this Nova Highlands. The hotel rooms are in the shopping mall but the reception is at the another building. I brought the car and was asked me to park in the shopping mall car parking. There will be parking fees in the shopping mall. Only one receptionist asked me to come back by walking in the heavy cold rain to make the TNG card free in the shopping mall parking. I had to go the reception in another building that is 7 min walk everytime I come back to hotel. I requested an umbrella and she did not borrow it. She said that the hotel didn’t have any person to help us and it was policy. I asked what it was and she replied it was what she said without documents, surprised! She did not give any info about breakfast that I purchased before. When I called and she said to collect the coupon to eat at one cafe in the shopping mall. How can I go in the heavy raining without car and umbrella. There is no intercom system and please don’t the receptionist would pick up the phone calls. So, I would request trip.com to consider it as this Nova Highlands is not hotel, but some kind of guest house.

The hotel was the best one in Pekan. We booked 1 night then added a second night as we were happy with the service. The towel smelt bad and the hotel immediately gave us new ones. The view from the hotel window is attached.

this could be the top 1 or 2, best hotel in Kuantan. The staff service is good. room very clean, breakfast is nice and variety, a lot of delicious foods. will be here again

A very beautifull resort with all the required amenties and beautiful view from balcony. Definetly recommend for families. Only disadvantage is its location. Its a bit away from central area where as a tourist one will be planning to visit as part of iternary. Cabs will deny service post 9am morning because of traffic. So no adhoc plans can work out. This resort is for people who want to have a laid back relaxing experience, away from all the commotions. Rooms are really spacious and very clean. All the basic ameneties are provided.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel De' la Ferns in Cameron Highlands! Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff was exceptionally warm and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. We loved the cozy atmosphere, perfect for a cold weather getaway. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and comfortable couples' retreat.

The best ever experience, good service good staff all very friendly and polite. Environment in hotel cleans and beautiful. The food for breakfast so nice and very delicious, yes we can repeat again next time to stay at here. ❤️

The address is as follow: No 46A Jalan Golden Hills 2 Barrington Home, Golden Hills 39000 Tanah Rata, Cameron Hills, pahang Great villa that fit 20 person easily, 3 big rooms and a kitchen with cutlery and plates. Right outside the villa is walking distance to a street night market. Every night was crowded as fresh vegetables are good for value. Encounter everyday jam in Cameron Highlands to all places of interest, easily 2 hours stay in car, time was wasted also on finding carpark lot. Road was mostly one way and curvey, prepare for passengers uneasy on stomach for frequent stops. Hope to come back again and see that the infrastructure have improved.

My stay at Springhill Resort_ Cameron Highlands was truly wonderful. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the resort offered breathtaking views of the surrounding tea plantations and misty mountains. Staying for a night for tbe experience is ok. Very little to do round about. Plus the food options are very limited. Pros: Spacious room overlooking the mountains and forest. Bed is soft and comfy. Breakfast, served at La Blason (Carmelia) is ok. There is noodle prepared on the spot, porridge, nasi lemak, 6 varieties of bread and a host of other items. Note: coffee is not machine prepared Swimming pool is not crowded but tne cracked tiles make it not presentable. Cons: Bathroom isn't too well scrubbed with stain and dirt, showing sign of age. There is no powerpoint nor side tables by the bedside, very inconvenient. There is no master switch for the lights by the bed side either. The power socket is beneath the table, very inconvenient. I have to leave the electric kettle on the floor while boiling as the cable is too short. Very limited TV channels. It is not a smart TV.

The resort looks neat and beautiful where is surrounded by vegetation. When the first time we drive to this resort, we were scared of where is quite an outskirt location. But not too bad is not that deep into drive-in is just about 5 min from that small little town. In fact, is a really convenient location which near to those shops from the little town They take the SOP seriously where they did maintain the social distancing, scan our My Sejahtera apps, and provide us the hand sanitizer. We were greeted by the guard who are very friendly and dedicated. The room in GRV was the great one, very huge like a suite room with wide space, beautiful view and the shower heater was working perfectly with high pressure. The receptionist by the name of Fazila (who work in this property for 3 years plus) who handle our check-in and check-out process was efficient with a courtesy maner and helpful. We will never forget of Fazila's hospitality that she demonstrated. Keep up the good work Fazila and her team.

It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future.

There was a strong smell from the kitchen sink's drain that could be uncomfortable for those who chose to sleep on the bed near the kitchen. Otherwise, overall, it was a good experience.

There are large bottles of shampoo and shower gel, as well as wet wipes and tissues. The two units I stayed in were facing a relatively unsightly direction. Smoking is allowed here, and it is not far from **. You can take a special car downstairs to take you to the First World Hotel. A small car costs 40 Malaysian ringgits, and a large car costs 80 Malaysian ringgits. You can also walk to the entrance of a hotel next door and wait for the shuttle bus, which costs about 7 Malaysian ringgits per person. Call the administrator to come and give you the room card, and you can check in directly. When you check out, just contact the administrator to take the room card away.
