Good location, direct access to the beach and sea. Nice sea view, serenity environment in the nightđđż
Spacious room and bed.
Friendly staffs.
Body shampoo smells very nice âşď¸
Area to improve:
- aircond noise kindda loud (âquietâ mode of the controller is not functioning), affecting sleeping quality. Visitors may consider turn off the aircond in the night as the temperature near the seaside of not too hot.
- water heater temperature seems not stable, and quite hard to adjust. It would get burning hot or freezing cold unexpectedly.. Visitor better let the water run a while and keep testing before going under the shower.
- hair dryer is the old type ones, airflow is slow compared to the new models. If u hv the concern, may bring ur own hair dryer.
- in-door disposable slippers not provided, may bring ur own if necessary, the walking towards the bathroom is the tiled floor, quite cold if walk on it at the night..
My overall experience staying at this hotel was pleasant, with friendly staff and a convenient location. However, the hotel management should pay more attention to room maintenance. Upon check-in, the glass bathroom door hinge was loose and almost detached, and the shower fixture was also damaged and loose. Nevertheless, we were able to switch rooms promptly, and the process was smooth. I hope these issues will be addressed soon to ensure a comfortable stay for future guests.
Hotel location is after a very happening area, a little bit dark at night. But quite and peaceful. (However room soundproofing can be improved). Size of room is spacious.
Hotel swimming pool is quite good in size, breakfast is typical Malaysian buffet breakfast, nasi lemak, curry, noodles, porridge, roti Canai, salad bar, bread and pastry, cereal bar etc.....
Water pressure is good.
Every floor have water station, so, can refill easily.
Showel gel, shampoo, toothbrush, shower cap was provided.
Hotel is very kind to help arrange the room for me due to I am attending activities and at same time wanted to pre deco the room by myself for later stay with family. You can always write in and ask for certain arrangements.
Generally worth for the price.
Perfect staycation not too far from the city, with cool weather in a charming French village setting.
The view was beautiful and relaxing. However, food options were limited, quite pricey, and the taste was average. I hope they add more restaurants in the future. During our stay, there was also a shortage of mineral water, which was a bit inconvenient.
Breakfast was included in the packageâwhile the variety wasnât extensive, it was decent enough to start the day.
A truly satisfying stay at Ancasa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable - perfect for both family vacations and business trip. The staff were friendly and profesional, makin us feep very welcome. The hotel is also well-located, close tonthe town center and nearby attractions. Highly recommended!
The location is very strategic.. I felt proud to see the hotel displaying all the state flags of Malaysia..
I was given a room on a high floor but the view was a little disappointing n not up to my expectations..
The room itself was spacious n clean.. Overall, everything was good..
Stayed at Genting Awana Resort and really enjoyed the experience. The resort is surrounded by greenery, giving a peaceful retreat away from the busy hilltop crowd. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Facilities like the heated pool and golf course are well maintained, and the shuttle service to SkyAvenue is very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. A great choice if you prefer a quieter stay while still being close to Genting Highlands attractions.
The hotel location is good as it's in the middle of Brinchang town. We have been given a room facing the Coronation Park, the park big clock is noisy as every hour we can hear the bell sound even though we closed our sliding door. The noises from the main road was irritating too. The toilet and the room cleanliness can be improved. The grouting of the toilet, the soap holder is dirty as well as the toilet dustbin, they throw away the rubbish but not together with the plastic bag. The cleaner will only do your bedsheet, change the towels and put new shampoo & bath soap if asked to make up your room. No free toothbrush, so bring it yourself.
Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips Iâd like to share :
1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel.
Check-in was seamless and very quick.
2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit.
3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own.
4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine.
The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so youâll be woken up by the sound of the construction works.
We had a wonderful time at this hotel.
đď¸ The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortableâperfect for relaxing after a long day.
đ The outdoor pool was a big hit with the kids, offering a fun and safe place to play.

Had a lovely stays as my friend arrange a surprise birthday for me during dinner, very good massage ( i took excellent massage package) plus had a chance to saw milky way just in front of the hotelâs restaurant..! I just Love everythingđđ
The only thing that can improve is the flamming tower seafood that i ordered 1 day in advance. Booked for 7pm, it came around 7.40pm and cold already. I expect to eat the deep fry seafood panas2

CCatherine SeatThe room got rat, the kids fall sleep so we dint ask to change room but come to catch the rat.
Thanks the team come to help us catch the rat. Even the room is sanitised but rat still there.
From the play pool to the beach very far, walking distance need 5min. So we prefer play at the pool as close at 6.45pm sharp.
Restaurant outside is nearer to the beach and easy to clean up also, so we continue beach play after dinner.
Overall the kids like the pool.

KKelvin Qweiming WeimingI booked one garden chalet and one double bedroom for a 2-night stay with my family. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The food was a major letdownâfried rice was soggy and overly salty. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only one side available to serve 40â50 tables, which led to long waits and poor variety. Monkeys roam freely around the property, and their droppings are scattered along the walkways. Itâs especially unpleasant (and unsafe) to walk around at night due to this. The game room is in bad shape. The snooker table is uneven, all the ping pong balls are deformed, and the children's toys are dirty. The mountain bikes provided are rusty. We also encountered cockroaches, lizards, and other insects hiding under shelvesâevery morning we found dead bugs around the rooms. On a positive note, the swimming pool and beach are beautiful, and the availability of duty-free alcoholic drinks was a nice touch (outside Berjaya resort). The chalet also offered complimentary soft drinks (Coke and Sprite) in the room, which was appreciated. Despite all these issues, the customer service was genuinely good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and tried their best to assist whenever we had concerns.

GGuest UserFoodies, donât sleep on this spot!
Most locals eat outside the hotel, but Blossom seriously delivers!
Tried their Mongolian Chicken AND Wok-Fried Beef with Black Pepper â both are absolute bangers !!So flavourful, tender, and cooked to perfection!
If youâre into Chinese cuisine, this place is a must-try. Every dish hits different.
And the price? Surprisingly affordable for hotel food!
Bonus tip: If youâre a small family and prefer to dine in your room, this is definitely one of the top options to consider â super convenient and satisfying!
AAnonymous UserRoom is big and spacious, 2bed2bath. Check in process was smooth, walking distance to some restaurants nearby. FOC breakfast was simple- English/ nasi lemak/ noodle & egg station etc. customer service is excellent, manager on duty called to check if room was ok shortly after check in. Sound proofing is pretty poor though, can hear doors slamming close and amplified due to design of air well in the middle of the hotel. Some guest from across the other side of hotel was talking loudly past midnight & could be heard from the room, raised this to hotel manager and they immediately sent someone to check on the noise. Bravo for customer service.
