3-Star Hotels in Mazovia, Poland

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

Hello. I haven't resigned for a long time, but now I've decided to resign. Hotel is excellent, to get a good deal, cleanliness everywhere, everything will script and in the room and halls, the plumbing of decent quality, everything fresh, the perina is comfortable (noisy the truth of the extract fan, works with the lighting on). Our standard room was small but for short stay is quite sufficient. The view from the window to the city yard so much, but the silence allowed to sleep with open window and the conduits were not turned on. Breakfast is very good including hot and cold dishes, coffee from the car is also decent!!! Staff on the reseption is very welcoming, without knowledge of Polish easy to talk. When next visit to Warsaw, I will not even look for anything. Thank you very much to the staff (Polski and Ukrainian). The hosts are perfect. All tourists and travelers of luck.

L'Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre riesce a proporre prezzi contenuti senza rinunciare alla qualità, grazia alla sua appartenenza alla famiglia Hilton. Le camere sono identiche a quelle di tutti gli altri hotel a marchio Hampton, c'è tutto quello che serve anche se non spaziosissime e la pulizia è ai massimi livelli. La colazione è invece molto varia, e sicuramente sopra le media degli altri Hampton europei. Grazie alla tessera fedeltà Hilton Diamond mi è stata data una camera ai piani alti, con vista panoramica e un sempre gradito drink di benvenuto. Ottima la posizione, a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale, e anche comodo da raggiungere con il treno proveniente dall'aeroporto. Il Palazzo della cultura e della scienza si raggiunge in una decina di minuti a piedi. A 50 metri dall'hotel passano anche diverse linee di tram che permettono di spostarsi agevolmente in città. I prezzi sono generalmente ben sotto i cento euro, che lo rendono una valida soluzione per un soggiorno economico in città.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow). I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot. My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed. The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby. I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔 In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.

This is a nice hotel, good accommodation, great location within 5/10 walk mins of three railway stations and closer to tram and underground BUT……. It has real issues with staff errors and then quoting polish law giving them 14 days to fix issues / complaints doesn’t exactly give a good view of customer focus or indeed reward of loyalty to IHG’s brand or this hotel where I have stayed a few times before. Due to a queue at reception I just left the card and did express checkout, however 10 minutes after I left the hotel took a payment for DOUBLE the correct room rate. An hour after that they then took another payment for the correct amount but did not cancel the original payment - clearly someone’s made an error and charged me someone else’s room and then thought putting it through again would fix it. Wrote to hotel and got a snotty email back in a tone that did not accept they had made an error. This email didn’t apologise either but it did quote under polish law we have 14 days to fix this which is pretty bad. There was also no appreciation that taking multiple payments in error could give some people financial difficulty as they cannot then access the funds taken in error I am now having to get my bank to complete chargeback as I am not waiting 14 days for them to reverse a payment taken in error This isn’t the first staff related issue I’ve had at this hotel so I won’t be back as there are plenty of other IHG hotels nearby that can operate without errors or sending snotty emails to Diamond Elite IHG members - on a previous visit they put me in a room right above on site construction work which was nice of them! If your going to risk staying here I’d advise paying upfront and not using express checkout

This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

I stayed at this hotel with my parents while we explored Poland to learn about our family lineage. We needed something clean, comfortable and close to a train station. This hotel did not disappoint! It was absolutely perfect! As soon as you walk in, there is an air of comfort, fun, and friendliness all around you. The decor is so cool, the employees are super friendly and everyone spoke perfect English. Service was fast and easy. They even offer you a free drink upon arrival in the form of a voucher that you can use any time during your stay (I recommend trying their Moxy signature drink!). This hotel does not come with many frills, you have to go down to the front desk for extra towels, water, etc. but the staff are more than happy to oblige to special requests if they are not busy. There is no coffee machine, fridge, safe, or even extra shelves in the room, but it was very clean, bright, the bed was so comfortable, sheets were clean, and the fan at night was quiet. We also loved that the hotel was located right in a distillery complex with no street traffic, lots of close restaurants, a coffee shop right across the way, a grocery store, museums, and even a local market on the weekend. There is a taxi stand directly outside the complex, and it was only a 10 minute walk to the train station so every place we wanted to go was easily accessible. It was the perfect place to stay for our trip. I would highly recommend it! 5 Stars!

The hotel is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from Warsaw Central Station, and is good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights, and walked to the Old Town every day to take a walk. It's not too far to walk to. Not knowing how to buy tickets for the bus or tram meant that I ended up at the tourist spots before I knew it. It was more fun to walk and discover the atmosphere of the city. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The room was very quiet, even though it was in the center of Warsaw, and I slept soundly. There is air conditioning. There is no refrigerator. There is a water cooler in front of the elevator, so you don't need to buy water at a convenience store. This hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Warsaw.

Just back from a great 3 night stay. No noise can be heard from outside which is great to get a good night's sleep. Staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great and plenty of variety with Magda been polite and helpful each morning we were there. Pictures of the rooms are exactly as they are with very clean large bedrooms and spacious bathroom supplied with toiletries. Just a Short walk to old town there is also Trams and buses nearby.

The hotel is located near the express road, but noice insulation is perfect so we did not hear any traffic. The room was spacious, there was a sofa-bed for our kid. Decoration was very modern and with taste. Breakfast was opulent, great choice and smart service. We were informed that on Saturday there was to be a wedding party but it did not disturb us at all. The room was quite hot before the air-con started working, so we had to open all the windows but then the rain came and we had to close them. We booked it via *********** and they did not inform the hotel that we're travelling with a child so a child bed was not prepared and we had to wait a bit (arrived after midnight). Also the safe did not work. The service staff tried to be helpful but they did not solve the problem and we gave up. The funny thing was with the glass wall separating the bathroom. It was very modern and fancy but the problem was that the curtain was on the side of the room not the bathroom :-)
