I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Oslo, and I’d rate it a solid 4/5. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, especially the donation culture, offering both comfort and style. The hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring Oslo’s attractions, with many key sites eg opera house, main street and oslo central station, within walking distance. What truly stood out was the attention to detail—The ambiance was modern yet cozy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oslo; it’s a true gem in the heart of the city.

So happy to stay this hotel, nice location,great helpful service staffs ,good breakfast…. Really a good place for the people first time visit Oslo . I will be here again when I will visit Oslo and share all my friends too !

Smart hotel is comfy and very eco friendly. Located central in the city it is convenient and near a range of attractions and restaurants.

Comfort hotel grand central is right in the city centre and very convenient to the Oslo S train station and great restaurants all around. The breakfast is alright. I will stay here again! Recommended.

The Front Desk staff are polite and they smile. Great services from the lady in breakfast on 4 Oct 2024. Clean and spacious room. Thanks for the upgrade so we have a room with a corner bathtub. Room has a tube standing fan, luggage rack, working desk, 3 windows but no kettle and no small refrigerator. Heater works well. Buffet breakfast is good for the price in Europe. In South East Asia with this room rate, we will have better breakfast. The outdoor area on 8th floor has great view and you can smoke there.

I had the pleasure of staying at Comfort Hotel Xpress Youngstorget on the night of July 28th, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Mr. Ponters during his shift from 10pm to 2am. During my stay, I encountered a significant challenge as my luggage had been delayed for two days with no updates from the airline company. In this moment of distress, Mr. Ponters went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he generously offer the hotel telephone for us to contact the airline company, but he also displayed genuine concern by consistently checking in on us to ensure we were coping well with the situation. Furthermore, Mr. Ponters did not stop there. Understanding our predicament, he took the initiative to recommend nearby stores where we could purchase essential items such as toothpaste and slippers. His thoughtful suggestions made our temporary inconvenience much more bearable. Mr. Ponters' kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to provide assistance in a time of need truly set him apart. His exceptional customer service skills and genuine empathy exemplify the epitome of hospitality. It is without a doubt that Mr. Ponters deserves to be commended for his outstanding performance. His dedication to ensuring the comfort and well-being of guests is truly commendable. In my opinion, his exceptional service merits recognition, and I strongly believe that he deserves a raise for his exemplary efforts. Can taking care the needs of my travel at the time-excellent. The pricing included breakfast is good but the interior of the resturant is a cultural style that may not be convenient for me to get the seat and walked out to pick up foods :)

good hotel in the city center, 15 minutes from the railway station, 25 minutes from the DFDS pier, currency exchange 15 minutes on foot, metro and public transport nearby. we arrived late, settled without problems, the room is small but cozy. , all is clear. everything you need is in stock. liked the full wall window to the beautiful buildings of Oslo. breakfast is good, breakfast until 9.30, we came to closing, and stayed until 10.30, everything was in order. hotel recommend .

We loved this hotel! The only snafu was that I didn’t get an email beforehand to finish my check in so I could have the code to the door to enter as there is no reception. Fortunately I was able to message them and the problem was quickly solved. The room was great, big, clean, warm, and nicely decorated. They provided everything we needed and more as they also had a tote bag and reusable water bottles for the stay. We were very pleased and were sad to leave.
