Upon entering the room it was noticed that there were spots on the floor and the floor was sticky in the main walkway. So, we had the spend a towel on wiping up the sticky off the floor. Otherwise the stay was good and the staff were pleasant. No hot tub. Outdoor non heated pool. We were there in winter. Plenty of choices for dining nearby. Next door to Busch Gardens. I felt I was in a safe area. A pleasant stay over all.

We stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

Great spot, but the ghetto fence around the facility is... ghetto. Stephanie at reception was especially helpful. I ate at the IHOP next door and it was great. I don't know why another reviewer said to avoid it.

The poorly prepared food, the smelly room, because it was smokers, the smelly carpet, the cleaning service on time, but the room was terrible smokers

this time I had a room on the first floor and it was quite noisy; apart from this the hotel is ok, just usually very busy

I made it to the “Holiday Inn” or where I thought I was booked at. The website needs to be updated because it is not a Holiday Inn, it is a Red Roof Plus. But either way, my stay was fine all around. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable! Staff was all helpful and friendly as well.

The hotel has been great so far and me and my girlfriend have had a great time. great location and great staff. will definitely recommend and stay again.

Everything was perfect location was great and quiet The outside was very well-kept. The rooms were very clean. The price was outstanding. It wasn’t very busy in the staff was amazing 10 out of 10. We will be back in close to everything.
