Staff are very helpful and professional. The facilities are very clean. It is very close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus that leaves every hour. There are almost no amenities available.
I had a tagine for dinner and it was very good.

Advantages: The view is very good. Just a few steps to the Hassan II Mosque. There is not much to eat nearby (refers to international diet).
Cons: The room does not provide any water.
Thieves noisy at night! ! ! ! ! ! Close to the main road, so it is all the noise of motorcycle racing at night.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from the moment I arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly and even helped me carry my luggage to my room. The reception staff were well-spoken and provided all the necessary details about my stay.
The room was spotless, spacious (especially for the price I got on Trip.com), and aesthetically pleasing. I appreciated the automated lighting and loved the small balcony, which could be opened for fresh air.
Breakfast was superb, offering a variety of options beyond the usual fare. In addition to Moroccan dishes and French pastries, there was a selection of well-seasoned Chinese and other Asian foods, which added a unique touch.
The service and overall quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I also want to commend the hardworking and kind Filipino staff I met during my stay—they spoke highly of the hotel and contributed to the excellent experience.
This hotel truly deserves more recognition for its outstanding service and quality.

The hotel looks nice, elegant and quiet from the outside, but the environment in front of the door is not good because the road is being repaired, but parking is available. The room is of moderate size and the bathroom is relatively large, but the water for showering was not hot on the first day. It was raining and the temperature was about 15°, which was a bit cold. The air conditioner in the room did not have a heating function. The next day, I added a quilt and took a shower in advance. The water was hot. Breakfast includes freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, milk, boiled eggs, bread, tortillas, etc. What you pay when you arrive at the store is the city fee, which is charged per person and is much higher than the amount indicated by xc. You ask for the payment receipt and pay xc. You get compensation for the overpaid money from xc. Like it. Overall, this hotel is clean and tidy, and the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Carrefour Supermarket is 5 minutes away from the hotel and Xinlongmen Chinese Restaurant is about 10 minutes away from the hotel. The Hassan II Mosque is worth seeing in this city.

This is the best hotel in terms of cleanliness and size of the room. ”There was a cleaning trouble, but they dealt with it quickly and let me rent two rooms.” It is recommended for travelers to bring the best rest and peace of mind.
The location is great, about a 12 minute walk from the main train station (Casa Voyageurs), and walkable to other nice areas (UN Square etc).
The staff were lovely; friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good, although inconsistent day to day.
Our room was pretty good; comfy bed and nice shower. Good desk. But the carpet was very tired and the walls need a clean. WiFi was good.
Overall, the hotel was really good value, and we recommend it.
There are total 4 of us staying in the Riad for 3 nights.
Myself and my boyfriend room is at the 2nd floor
2 of our friends are at the ground floor next to the “living” area.
The Riad is located near the Main Street and it is very easy to find and navigate. Great location !
Inside the Riad it is nicely decorated too.
1. The room is huge and nicely decorated , clean
2. Staffs are very friendly and with minimal charges they will get the clothes washed too
3. Heater works very well
4. The breakfast was nothing special usually it comes with eggs and multiple choices of local breads and sweets with coffee and tea
5. They are very accommodating to our friends’ request to change to another room too
Point to note :
The shower and toilet are combined so the floor get wet after each shower
Overall we had a great experience here and would recommend it to other travellers too.

AAnonymous User2 hotels in one (Relax and Atlas) which belong to the Royal Air Maroc group, located very close to Mohamed V airport in Casablanca. It happens to me from time to time to spend a night here when I arrive late or when I have to leave early from Morocco (the airport is located quite far from the city center). The Atlas hotel is of a higher standard than the Relax hotel. The Relax hotel is more than enough if you are only spending the night and avoid having lunch or dinner in its restaurant, otherwise nothing prevents you from going to the restaurants on the other side of the Atlas hotel, which is much better!
In any case, the service leaves something to be desired and is really very irregular… like at the reception which is very quickly overwhelmed when it comes to recording a group!

Nnabiki2Simple and efficient. Great location near bus stop, one of the train stations, walking distance to mosque, Medina, amazing restaurants, and so much more! Clean and basic.
AAnonymous UserIt was a very good accommodation experience. I chose a hotel by the sea. You can reach the seaside through the walkway on the ground floor and enjoy the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Next to it is a Turkish restaurant and a large supermarket.

GGuest UserMy room didn't make a good impression on me upon entering: a little cramped, with the bathroom (though new and absolutely decent) located in the corner at the entrance and with a brown carpet that objectively gives the impression of being old and shabby. I don't know if you can find better things at that price. However the staff was very kind and they kept my suitcase for me until the afternoon. It is right next to the Casa-Voyageur railway station from which you can easily go to the airport with an hourly train for 50 dirhams.
LLvlvyueguangThe hotel is very easy to find on the side of the road. There are places to eat around. There is also a small supermarket opened by Chinese people within a minute's walk. It is more convenient. The room layout is very reasonable, the bed and bedding are very comfortable, the hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful.
