Nice and clean hotel although room is a bit small. Free drinks and usage of dining area is a great welcome. However, breakfast is same everyday (across all comfort hotel). Got bored of the breakfast as we had the same breakfast everyday.
Checking is is very efficient with a touchscreen machine, where also the passports are scanned.
It is however lacking any human connection. I prefer the human contact when checking in.
Room was as expected.
Close to the station, convenient transportation, supermarkets, large shopping malls, food centers nearby, cheap hotel breakfast, microwave oven at the elevator entrance for guests to reheat
, I will stay in this hotel again next time.
This place was clean and neat and the meals were delicious. The staff was very kind and attentive. The bathroom was nice, the lobby was nice. The bed was a little stiff for American tastes but more comfortable than most here in Japan. This place had its own chic style that I appreciated. They went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs.
This was a good option if you want to visit the fish market and walk through the underground pedestrian tunnel. It is located near the metro and a bus station is located out front that will take you to the locations. A mall is located next to the hotel which has plenty of eating options. Room was small but very clean. Very helpful front desk. Good option.
Beautiful Onsen hotel. Visiting a friend at Yuda Onsen, and chanced upon Onn. Japanese standard of service and cleanliness, price is reasonable as well. I love how i could visit the onsen as many times I want. For those who are too shy, you can book one of the two private onsen rooms for ¥3500 per hr which is pretty reasonable in my opinion. Free flow of coffee at the coffee machine at the reception. Too many great things at this hotel to be written in a few words. Only downside would be the really tiny rooms but most Japanese hotels are tiny anyway.
It was very close to the station and there were many convenience stores and izakayas, so it was very convenient.
The hotel staff were also very kind and gave us recommendations for places to eat dinner.
The interior of the hotel and the room are all fashionable and open
I felt bright even if I was in the building.
The ocean river from the room was also great.
I wake up in the morning and look at the city in the cool wind in the sauna on the top floor
At night, there was a footbath near the river, so I put my feet on the sound of the river and looked at the starry sky.
I was able to refresh myself! Thank you very much.
Experience to do. We are very close to the airport but out of hand for restaurants and lounges in general. The staff at the reception is very kind and helps you in everything. When you arrive in the bathroom, you can choose frozen food baths. The room including the bathroom is very small but it has everything that needs and for a night it's good. The clothes like cleaning is excellent. Great solution to be near the airport.

GGuest UserIchinomata Onsen Grand Hotel offers a serene and rejuvenating experience. Set in a beautiful location, it features traditional Japanese architecture and onsen (hot spring) facilities that provide a perfect way to relax. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, often with stunning views of the surrounding nature. Guests can enjoy delicious local cuisine, and the staff is known for their warm hospitality. It's an excellent choice for those looking to unwind and immerse themselves in Japanese culture. Whether you're traveling for leisure or a romantic getaway, Ichinomata Onsen Grand Hotel is a wonderful destination!
GGuest UserThis is not the Hotel in the photo added. The hotel is a reasonable Japanese style business hotel. The staff were very kind and friendly and tried to help us with the booking problem cause by Trip.com. The booking agency (Trip.com) had booked us as 6 guests and charged us accordingly. We were 4 adults and one child and were overcharged by Trip.com by 1/3 of the price (about 10,000 yen). The hotel staff were helpful but they couldn't do anything as this was a mistake by the agents not the hotel. I will be contacting Trip.com to ask for a refund of the amount they charged us in error.

ここーじまるThe hotel's exterior was gorgeous, the rooms were very clean, and the breakfast menu was extensive, so I was able to spend a very meaningful time there. It was also a hotel that made me want to stay there again if I come to Yamaguchi.
RRaymondHaving similar apartment booked with the same host for the trip. Frankly, overall experience is good, though this property is a little dusty. Hagi is not a city for shopping, also found it difficult for dining out though quite a number of restaurants around, most of them were fully booked on the day we stay. Have to drive 5 minutes for food around McDonald's and Lawson. It's still a great place to visit and stay at this property and
a property value for money!
GGuest UserIt was a good value for money. The view was also very satisfying with the sea view. It was old because it was an old building, but I could feel the old beauty of Japan. Best!
