The hotel's main building has been undergoing facade renovation since June, but there was no prior notification before I made my booking. Consequently, I booked an expensive lake-view room in September, only to find the windows completely sealed off and a faint renovation odor lingering in the room. I was very disappointed. The renovation is expected to continue until December. I strongly advise caution when booking rooms in the main building.
The rooms and facilities are clean. The location is also excellent for restaurants and bars. There is a large public bath. I wish they would take more care of the sauna!
The location, cleanliness and space are all very good, but the information on Trip.com is not complete with pictures and text, because this hotel does not include hot springs. If I knew that there was no hot spring at this price, I would choose DormyInn next to the station. This time, due to the misleading information, the stay experience was greatly reduced.
Perfect hotel for those traveling by public transport around Japan -- so convenient to walk right out the door to the station :). As mentioned by other reviews, facilities and free foood are fantastic -- in additional to the bathing spaces, there are a number of lovely sitting areas spread across the building to work in. Room was clean and up to standard albeit on the smaller side and staff is friendly and helpful!
At first, I didn't have high expectations of it being just another business hotel,
but I was pleasantly surprised.
First of all, the hotel's interior is stylish and cool.
The corridors also have a nice, moist atmosphere with minimal lighting.
The bath changing room is compact, and the hot spring water is a little slimy, so you'll feel warm after your bath.
On the second floor, there are chairs made by local companies in the lounge, so you can relax while reading manga.
The breakfast was very delicious.
The side dishes had a homemade feel and were of high quality.
The rice and miso soup were also good!
Personally, I thought the smoothies were delicious.
I travel for business about 80 nights a year, and this hotel gave me energy.
I would recommend this to everyone.
Price performance is great, good location, low price with breakfast and dinner, room is big. BUT, a big but is hotel is very old , like in the 80s, very dark in the building like ghost will come out. Furthermore , NO wifi! This is probably the style of this group hotel. I stayed in other hotel of universal, some better some worse. I will still recommend it
Near JR Izumoshi Station, 5 minutes walk
The room is spacious and quiet, the bed is clean and comfortable
The bath is clean and comfortable, the instructions are clear, and the elevator outside the bath is equipped with a small loan card for guests to use.
The front desk staff was kind and friendly, patiently explained the hotel facilities and rules, there is a self-service counter next to it, tea, coffee, daily necessities are provided
Breakfast is rich and delicious
The location is very good, very close to jr Songjiang Station, just next to Toyoko, nearby eating, convenience stores are convenient, the big bed room is small, the twin bed will be better, the hotel selling point is actually a bath to watch TV, it is really easy to wash it accidentally for a long time, but it is slightly worse than other hotels along the way. , breakfast is not bad, there is cloud buckwheat noodles, you can choose hot or cold, there are free Yakudos, ice cream and other things at different times, the hotel service is good, friends forgot the charger, and later also successfully took it back.
I remember it was a smoking room, but it may not be.
The hallway smelled like cigarettes, but I knew that when I made the reservation, so it was fine.
There was a bathroom, but it was just an ordinary public bath, so it was adequate.
It is very close to the station.
There is a parking lot connected to the accommodation, and it is cheap.
However, it is too close to the station, so you have to park in any parking lot, ask for the parking lot location, and go back to park. (The return is free.)
There are facilities such as convenience stores nearby.
The staff is friendly.
The room is small, so you can't open your suitcase.

Great
RREI YSIt’s really a very good hotel. I didn’t expect anything from Shimagen, but from the beginning of landing at Izumo Airport, all the way to the hotel, I met very warm and friendly people. The staff of the bridge management were very enthusiastic and responsible. The design and facilities of the hotel can be said that I have lived in the top three in all Japanese hotels. The design is obviously very attentive, convenient and practical, not fancy, simple and generous, and the room is really clean. The hotel is on the right hand side of the station and the traffic is convenient. The reception staff at the front desk were not only enthusiastic and patient, but also specially printed the Chinese version of the hotel guide, moved, great praise! ! !

RRaymondTo be honest, the location of the apartment is not bad, and it is very convenient and easy to locate. The only thing to criticize, if you are asking me, is that it is so close to the traffic which cause a bit of noise. It is clean and tidy and have most of the daily necessities. We loved the cooking utensils especially the heating plate.
There are lots of restaurants and very need to Lawson. A great place to stay! 😄😃👍👍👍

JJack_Lin1984Environment: There are many restaurants nearby, just next to the train subway station.
Hygienic: very clean
Facilities: Also very good, although the room is a bit small
Service: Breakfast is a bit simple, and it is cleaned up immediately after the time, and a bread is not eaten, although it has not been completely put away, and it is not allowed to eat! This is a bit strange.

GGuest UserAt the price of a business hotel, you can relax in the hot springs, so I think it's a good deal.
The facilities are old, but the room was clean and the customer service was polite.
GGuest UserA very good hotel. The service is very considerate and touching. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious! The room is large and the butler will help introduce all the facilities. I will choose to stay here next time!
