Loved it!! Everything was great. Good size room, beautifully designed and with a big balcony. Mr Ugur at reception was very polite and shared some information regarding where to have traditional food. Thank you very much Mr Ugur i had a wonderful stay.

The hotel location is excellent near everything. Food, restaurant, shops..etc. the reception people were very nice and professional. room was nice and had enough items to stay. breakfast was generous with many types of cheese, jam, bread, eggs, budding, and many more. I do recommend this hotel for a person or couple to stay.

The room is large in size and the facilities are perfect, but the room distribution box is noisy. It has a big impact on my nervous breakdown and sleep well. In addition, the hotel is facing the street, soundproofing is average, and everything else is quite good. The younger brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic. The best thing is that there are two large bottles of water every day and the room has a microwave. Convenient transportation, close to the bus station, convenient to go anywhere.

Right on the edge of the old town, it is easy to walk to the main classics and main commercial streets of the old town. Breakfast is very simple, just toast, bacon, fried eggs, ham, yogurt, etc. But full. It is the kind of luxury hotel from a long time ago, now it is a declining noble, and it feels a little nostalgic to stay. Parking in front of the hotel

Service was good except that one didn't know what the other was saying. There is a pool on the roof, where you could set up a small bar where you could get the drinks directly instead of ordering them by phone. But otherwise the pool area was great. Rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. The air conditioning was good. The hotel itself is very well maintained and well organized. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, it is very varied. The food tasted really good too. The hotel is about 2 km from the center. In general, I can only recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserArrived late at the property after my flight being delayed. I did inform them via message on the app & they responded this would be okay as the reception is open 24/7.However, after arriving at the property(after a lengthy conversation via a translator app), the host informed me they had no record of my booking in their system. That the hotel have no affiliation to Trip.com & went to show me that they are only linked to *********** (and another app that I can't remember)-but never Trip.com. He said he had no idea why the hotel is on Trip.com& normally for them payment is made upon arrival at the property. They did serve me a lovely breakfast for €10s though.
