As everyone knows, hotels in Daqingyan never receive bad reviews in winter, and this one is no exception. **Service:** Impeccable. Housekeeping was incredibly responsive to all requests. When I called the front desk to ask about the location and usage of in-room facilities, they were able to provide clear and immediate answers, which many high-end hotels can't do (they usually have to check the room first). This deserves praise; truly a testament to the staff quality of a five-star hotel. **Facilities:** A pleasant surprise. I was generously upgraded to a high-floor sea-view room and was delighted to find a bathtub! As someone who loves a good soak, and given that Trip.com didn't indicate any room type had a bathtub, I had deliberated for a long time between this hotel and an Indigo. I ultimately chose this one for its location, so having a bathtub was absolutely perfect. The hotel also has a pool, which is a bit dated, but the direct sea view from the pool is a huge plus, making up for not being able to swim in the sea in winter. The public areas' hardware is excellent. For example, the lobby and restaurant are on separate floors, preventing the lobby and breakfast experience from feeling crowded, unlike some five-star hotels with mixed-use floors. **Hygiene:** The room was exceptionally clean. There was no dust on windowsills, and the bathtub was cleaned daily. Overall, it was superb. There were a few water marks in the bathroom, which is understandable for a hotel that has been operating for many years, but the cleaning and maintenance are clearly very proactive. I hope the breakfast can be further improved. Currently, there are too few meat options; adding some local seafood specialties would be a great enhancement.

We booked a family room and it was absolutely fantastic! The space was huge, the temperature was just right, and the bathroom even had underfloor heating. The service was incredibly thoughtful. The infinity pool by the sea was so comfortable that we went three times. I even managed to hit the gym in the morning on an empty stomach. This is definitely the top choice for a weekend getaway with kids. The hotel staff, especially Ms. Ginny, was super attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. We're very satisfied and will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

Sheraton is always the best and the name of quality…..however, this time experience was not good and I never had such a bad experience with the help desk staff. Called them two times for many problems in room and they didn’t even cared, at-last have to go down and talk with them…. Sheraton is never been bad but it’s the staff at that moment.

I've stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, with two subway lines nearby and the May Fourth Square just around the corner – practically the city's central hub. Apart from the top floor, rooms below the 22nd floor have obstructed sea views. The executive lounge offers great views and the food is decent. The service is professional. I'll definitely stay again!

Location: The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the May Fourth Square. It's also just a few hundred meters from Exit C of May Fourth Square Station for Metro Lines 2 and 3, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the subway exit. This makes it incredibly convenient for independent travelers. Ambiance: The hotel has a minimalist design, and the front desk public area feels very welcoming. There's also an outdoor lounge area, which is a really nice touch. Cleanliness: All easily accessible surfaces in the room were quite clean and tidy. However, the area under the desk seemed to have been overlooked; please pay more attention to these details. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff are very service-minded. While the breakfast selection isn't vast, it does offer a good mix of Chinese and Western options. For a complimentary breakfast, it offers quite good value for money.

The view is unbeatable, and the room comes with a truly high-end Bluetooth speaker, which was a major reason I chose Orange Crystal. Everything else was great too. It would be perfect if they could provide an extra key card for power access! 😍 The room's location would have been amazing for catching the sunrise, but unfortunately, I overslept due to a hangover. 😅

As a freelance traveler from Jinan, I was thrilled to hear about the heavy snowfall in Yantai, something we rarely see in Jinan. So, I booked a 'Cozy Elegant Residence' room at the Yantai Leeman Cabernet Hotel through Ctrip. I've been to Yantai a few times before, but this hotel surpassed all my previous stays. It offers excellent value for money, a great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. From the ninth-floor viewing platform, you get a panoramic view of Yantai Mountain, a famous scenic spot, to the north. To the east, you can gaze at the boundless sea and ships entering and leaving the harbor. To the south lies the popular Yantai tourist street, a must-visit spot where you can enjoy fresh seafood and browse local cultural and creative products. The hotel's interior decor and lighting are warm and elegant, and the lobby is filled with a variety of cultural products and local specialties. Next to the bar, there are complimentary hot drinks and delicious Cabernet wine for guests. The bed was very comfortable, and the service was attentive. The complimentary breakfast, in particular, was incredibly rich and made me feel right at home – so warm, so tasteful, so homely. I've attached some photos from my trip to Yantai for your enjoyment.

The room was very clean and very spacious. The location is great, close to the mall and very convenient. Most importantly, the staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent, and having a shopping mall right next door was incredibly convenient. The atmosphere was cozy, and I got a very quiet night's rest. It was a huge plus that I could store my luggage after checking out. Annie at the front desk was fantastic – her service was top-notch, she was incredibly thorough and attentive, and so thoughtful, even giving us a discounted rate! The room was spotless as well. I ended up extending my stay for another night without hesitation! Highly recommend!
