The initial welcome was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. We had a great time in the pool with our children. The spa massage was especially nice. I recommend that anyone visiting Cappadocia choose a hotel with air conditioning because it's very hot. The air conditioning in our room was freezing. I recommend it to everyone. We will be back.❤️❤️❤️

Spacious rooms, large bathroom with hot tub. Newly built rooms, so they are all in good condition. Alper at reception is a legend and will help you with everything. We booked our balloon and green tour through him, it was 10/10. Location is good, linen and towels were clean. Everything you would expect on a more premium stay. Definitely worth it.

While cave hotels are pricey due to their unique location and history, one night's stay is usually sufficient to get the full experience. The front desk staff and servers were all incredibly warm and friendly. The lady in the kitchen even shared some freshly baked sweet pastries with us, which made us feel very much at home. Some rooms offer views of the hot air balloons taking off in the morning. However, whether they fly is subject to daily conditions, and cancellations are quite common. (We stayed for two days; they flew on the first day but not the second.)

Breakfast is very rich, the balcony view is beautiful, the balcony bar is not bad. The room is very special. The house is very large, the furnishings in the house are also very special. The room in Capa is not cold. The location of the town is very convenient.

The hotel is perfectly located. In the morning, the rooms offer fabulous views of the Cappadocian landscapes. All the hotel facilities are in excellent condition. The restaurant has a panoramic view. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious. The hotel is located on the outskirts of Goreme, so there is peace and quiet, and at the same time you can walk to the center of the town very quickly. Across the road from the hotel there are locations where you can take beautiful photos of the area in the rays of sunrise and sunset. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Cappadocia.

The hotel is built on the mountain, and the interior architecture is very distinctive. You can see hot air balloons from the terrace. In addition, there is a special photo-taking spot on the hotel rooftop. The room is very comfortable. . .

Everything about this hotel is great. From the rooms, service, location, breakfast, staff - everything was impeccable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay here, truly relaxing and indeed a retreat. The breakfast prepared daily was so fine especially the cheese platter, jams and honeycomb I even bought home the fig jam. What was truly heartwarming was the warm milk, cinnamon cookies and salty popcorn served to our room when we return on a cold rainy night. Special mention to Emrah for his hospitality and showing us the room, the old uncle who carried our luggage and the breakfast server. Thank you! Would highly recommend to any friends coming to Cappadocia!

12/10 experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! It was our first time visiting Cappadocia and we were looking for a luxury cave room experience with an authentic Turkish rooftop terrace. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional - very friendly, attentive and accommodating. Even when we had checked out, they still displayed the same faultless level of service. We had requested to move to a quieter room and the hotel provided us with an upgrade. They were also very helpful in arranging airport transfers and Ferhad assisted us with our luggage to our room and throughout the hotel. He made us feel very welcome. The breakfast terrace (separate from the rooftop terrace) had a beautiful view and offered a great selection of traditional Turkish breakfast, overlooking the beautiful Göreme. The hotel itself is located at the most elevated part of the town and their rooftop terrace is spread over three floors - it offers the most amazing view of the hot air balloons at sunrise and is spacious enough for guests to take pictures without feeling crammed. They also offered free Turkish tea throughout our stay!

This is one of the coolest hotels I've ever been to In my Life. If you like Gothic architecture and something different bored of the same old boutique hotels this is a place to come visit. The blood pool in the hell dungeon is amazing with snakes and stone on the ceiling. If you are into rock music Gothic medieval and still want the luxuries this is the place you have to come see.
