Very nice room design and style. Go to the swimming pool for a photoshoot. The staff is very friendly and can help to arrange the local sightseeing and hot air balloon. A bit hard to get around without a car though. Rent a car and come here for a nice weekend.

The room was great. You could see the hot air balloons right in the room. They were very welcoming and taught us how to take pictures. When we came back late at night, the chef worked overtime to prepare a rich meal for us. It was very delicious. The hotel is very big and there are many places to see the hot air balloons. In short, if I come here again, I will definitely choose their hotel. My room is also the best one in the whole hotel.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Rupestral House Hotel, the room was clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful in helping us book balloon tours and provide recommendations. Will stay again next time visiting Cappadocia

The interior decoration is very beautiful. At night, you can see the endless starry sky and the lights of thousands of homes, and overlook the entire city. Because the hotel is within the pick-up and drop-off range for hot air balloon activities and is very close to the take-off point, we can get up at 6:30AM, which is very convenient.

Everything about this hotel is great. From the rooms, service, location, breakfast, staff - everything was impeccable. I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-night stay here, truly relaxing and indeed a retreat. The breakfast prepared daily was so fine especially the cheese platter, jams and honeycomb I even bought home the fig jam. What was truly heartwarming was the warm milk, cinnamon cookies and salty popcorn served to our room when we return on a cold rainy night. Special mention to Emrah for his hospitality and showing us the room, the old uncle who carried our luggage and the breakfast server. Thank you! Would highly recommend to any friends coming to Cappadocia!

Staying in a cave hotel in Cappadocia is like stepping into a dreamland. In the morning, the sun shines into the cave, waking you up from your deep sleep. When you open the door, a beautiful picture is presented before your eyes, with hot air balloons flying all over the sky like a dream bubble. The colorful colors and the ancient caves complement each other, bringing a strong visual impact. At night, everything is silent, lying on the comfortable bed, it seems that you can hear the whispers of history. Here, time seems to stand still, and every moment is full of wonder and romance, making people intoxicated and unforgettable.

The hotel property is very nice and the staff was exceptional. Except the air in the room was very stale and hot, and we were put right next to the road so it was very noisy and hard to sleep, the roof of the room is made from wood so along with car noise and a bus of people being very loud at 6am then around 7:30 the people upstairs walked on top of our heads for an hour and cars almost shake the room. Also the pool is too cold in May to swim…all in all it is a nice hotel with very polite staff but I recommend asking for a quiet room away from the road and a fan for a decent sleep. Breakfast was very good.

The most expensive hotel in Cappadocia, not cost-effective. 4-5 kilometers away from the town of Goreme. The public area of ​​the hotel is beautiful, with a view at every step, but the steps in and out are a bit strenuous, and the cave room is a bit damp. Just stay for one night to experience it, it is uncomfortable to stay longer. The restaurant had breakfast, lunch and dinner, all of which were good. The worst thing was the front desk, which was basically impossible to communicate. The order clearly stated that it was a twin room, but it turned out to be a big bed. There was no kettle in the room, and it was said that hot water could be put out of the coffee machine, but the tea tasted like coffee. If you want to play hot air balloons, it is more convenient to stay in the town of Goreme.

We stayed at the Stone Deluxe room and the view of Goreme town view was absolutely amazing. We were arriving to Goreme by night bus at 4AM so the distance from Goreme bus station (at the heart of the town) and 24hrs reception were some important considerations. Guess what, the hotel was just about 300m to the two center with very accommodating host. And the room was in minty condition (bed a bit squeaky), washroom was clean and the amenities were amazing (even gave shower sponges but had to ask for a toothbrush, fyi). Breakfast is provided at the rooftop restaurant of the hotel, and we could look down at the town (says if weather is nice then can see air balloons from distance). Additional advantages are, lobby has an absolutely adorable and timid puppy name Daisy, and we met a beautiful kitty (with character). FYI I don’t think there is an elevator but rooms are up-to 4 stories high. But the hosts are willing to take the luggage for you. Fortunately we were staying jn the stone deluxe, just 2nd stories and located near the entrance of residential building (there are 2~3 buildings connected and a majority of rooms are in the residential building behind the main lobby building). If I ever come back to Goreme I would choose to stay here again.

Facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast selection was good and available from 8:30-10:30 every morning. Reception was friendly and available to answer questions and provide information regarding tours/activities. The hotel is located up a hill which is about a ten minute walk from the center of town. Excellent view of the hot air balloons every day from the top of the hotel.
