The rooms were very clean, the room service ladies did my laundry really good, the hotel breakfast was great (although we almost got scammed at their restaurant/bar when I was there and they did a scan called “menu-switching” thinking I’d not notice).
When it was 3 of us, they showed us a double bed room with only 1 bed and didn’t offer a Family deluxe room with 3 beds UNTIL I asked them if they have such a room (Cause I saw it on trip.com). At the end we decided to get into 2 rooms. But somehow now the Family deluxe rooms with 3 beds says they are sold out, and only the rooms with 1 bed are available on this app. I wonder why. Is it another scam to make customers get separate rooms and pay more.
Stayed here for 1 night, and it was very picturesque! It’s just like the photos online. It is a very quiet area we stayed in our cabin the entire time and just relaxed. The hotel operate on a watsapp service and everything requested comes to you very quickly. The property was clean. We did have issues here with mosquitoes and came out with several bites! We went in October, so we couldn’t use the private pool as it is ice cold, which was a downside and our cabin was in the shade so we didn’t get any sun at all during our stay here. But nevertheless, it was a nice cosy night away. 1 night was perfect for us to take lots of pictures and soak in the views. I wouldn’t stay here longer than a night as I feel like you would just be staying indoors without making the most of the holiday.
good beach, free soft drink(makes the bar super busy 24h), the traffic is the pain in the **s, paid 500tl on taxi. I don't know, maybe good for family trip.
The hotel location is amazing but the service is the worst one I’ve ever experienced.
I’ll share my story with you:
They don’t serve tea during lunch and dinners but still have some sweets (baklava, waffles and so on). I can’t imagine eating sweets with water or beer. I’ve asked if I can still get a tea somehow, and the waiter that “there’s nothing I can do, we don’t have tea”, so then I’ve asked a waiter “since there’s no tea during the dinner time, can I take a piece of baklava to the pool bar (they serve tea 24/7, but don’t have sweets) to eat it with tea”, she responded “yes, you can”. I’ve grabbed a piece of baklava and went to the exit, where another waiter said “you can’t take food out of the area”. I explained the situation, said that another waiter approved it, but this waiter has just taken my baklava in front of 30-50 people. Disgusting.
I’m ok with the rules, every hotel can set their own, but why do two waiters say absolutely different things? It’s an abusive behaviour, I would say. He would either say “if it’s been confirmed by my colleague then ok, but we can’t confirm it next time” not to make me feel embarrassed, or go to the bar and deliver a cup of tea, and explain one more time that they can’t do it next time. It would be a good service, I think.
So, I went to the reception desk and asked to call a restaurant manager. They said he will come in 30 minutes. I said I’ll be at the bar. In 30 minutes, nobody came. I went back to the reception, where a person told me that the manager is already gone and asked to come back tomorrow. Nice.
So, next morning I came to the reception, where another receptionist told me that there is no restaurant manager today because he is off on Saturday and Sunday.
I told that been said I will be able to talk to the restaurant manager today. She responded “okay, but there’s nothing I can assist”.
Absolutely worst service experience ever.
The hotel is an all-inclusive hotel, including breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea, and various snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages by the pool.
Check-in and check-out are super fast, and there are welcome drinks and desserts when checking in. The room area is not large, but it is enough. The mini bar is free and replenished every day. There are also welcome fruits and red wine🍷. Only the main restaurant and main adulte restaurant are included in the restaurant, and other theme restaurants need to be paid separately.
There are many outdoor swimming pools. The beach and the sea are at the front. It is super photogenic. There is also a water park next to the swimming pool. There are various marine entertainment projects on the beach, which can be paid in euros and US dollars. The hotel is about 45 minutes away from the airport and half an hour away from paragliding and island hopping.
The hotel has rich entertainment activities and is very suitable for bringing children to play
We chose this hotel for our 3 nights and 4 days holiday. I decided based entirely on the score, but after reading the comments, you should decide carefully what you want to give and what you want to get. I think the price/performance/quality balance is good. The swimming pool is sufficient, there are 2 slides for children. The beach is beautiful, mixed sand/stone (we entered comfortably with sea shoes). And the food, day 1 ”asia night”, the food was generally very good. Day 2 was ”fish night”, day 3 was ”international night”, but we didn't see anything international at all. But I would like to thank Mr. Şener, who makes delicious pitas every evening. The ”Paris Brest” we ate after our first dinner was wonderful, it was freshly made and served. The breakfast is varied and sufficient. Thanks also to the master who made delicious pastries every morning (they were finished the moment they came out of the oven). We chose a standard bunk bed room with our 2 children, the room was small, there was only the bed and the bunk bed next to it, we could not open our suitcase easily. I read about flies and insects and yes there are, the kids were a little scared when they encountered 3 spiders and 2-3 mosquitoes, but we managed. We did not find the dessert buffet in the patisserie section and lunch/dinner section sufficient and diverse. It's always the same desserts and unfortunately there is no dessert that can be eaten properly (if Paris was Brest, of course). There was live music on Wednesday and Friday and it was fun. The hotel staff consists of young people, they are generally caring and friendly. Ms. Helin, who came to us at the beach and asked if we needed anything, accompanied us to the pool, thank you (a bit confusing on the first day). So overall we were satisfied.
I stayed in the small town of Fethiye the day before and found that I was not used to it, so I immediately booked a sailing hotel for the day. I personally prefer quieter hotels. When I first arrived in Fethiye, I stayed at the lov hotel next door. The price was similar, but the service and facilities of this hotel were much better.
The reception lady was very enthusiastic. From the beginning, she greeted me at the door to sending me back to the room. She also added WeChat and said that I could contact WeChat if I needed anything. I have to say that this is very convenient for us.
Regarding breakfast, I think the single-order food is more delicious, but it is always accompanied by some other food (cheese and bread), which I am not used to. I hope that they will ask the guests if they need it before serving these dishes, which will be more environmentally friendly.
The hotel also has many other activities. Unfortunately, I only experienced one yoga class in three days. It was very good and was held by the sea.
A place I would like to come next time

Very Good
XXiaotelafude7Overall good, worth recommending.
Hygiene: Not bad.
Service: Enthusiastic, the hotel has its own restaurant with good taste. Breakfast is not a buffet but a la carte, which is slow, worth noting.
Facilities: Complete, except for no toothpaste.
Location: The core area of the beach, 3 minutes walk from the beach, and the surrounding area is very lively at night.
BBishuiyingyingThe environment is OK, with a big swimming pool, but the service attitude of the front desk is not very enthusiastic. The balcony door of the room I was given at the beginning was broken. I asked to change the room, and they changed it to a family room, but asked me to change the room the next day because I stayed for two consecutive nights, saying that the family room would be occupied on the second night. . . But there were problems with the room I was given at the beginning, which was not caused by me. In short, I was asked to change rooms at noon on the second day after staying there for two nights. I had to rush back to move my luggage after going out for fun, which disrupted my rhythm!
