Clean and hygienic, with excellent service. They even have a Chinese-speaking front desk, which was a huge help for someone like me with limited English. It's super convenient for getting around; both the bus and subway are just a few minutes away. Plus, all the amenities are really handy.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance of Malacca's old town. When I checked in, the Malaysian lady at the front desk collected a 50 RM cash deposit from me (which another front desk staff member refunded when I checked out the next day). Additionally, she charged an extra 28 RM for some unknown fee (Ctrip showed an 8 RM world heritage fee was due). I stayed for two nights, and Ctrip deducted 475.47 RMB upon checkout. Room 512 faces west, offering an open view of St. Paul's Hill. The room didn't have a safe or slippers, but it did have a refrigerator, toothbrush, hairdryer, wardrobe, and hangers. The air conditioning was central and could be set to a very low temperature. Upon entering, I accidentally pressed the 'make up room' button next to the door. Later, after I had gone to bed, a staff member rang the doorbell to clean. They were very responsible; I had to get dressed and explain in person that I didn't need the service before they left.

Rosa Malacca is a beautiful hotel, a designer hotel. Room is spacious. The plug points are a bit awkward as it is not place in a strategic spot where you can easily plug in. I don’t seem to find a central control for the lights near the bed. If you are local or you drive, going in and out of the hotel could be a nightmare on Sat, as its always traffic jam, not a deal breaker if you plan to just walk out instead of drive as there are a lot of restaurant around the hotel for food.

Stayed here from 1st to 3rd May 2026. First impression: It was raining really heavily when we arrived so many vehicles were lining up to drop off luggages at the main lobby. The downside, there was no valet parking. Not only myself, but I overheard a few other people asking for valet as well. Hope it can be incorporated ASAP as there are no covered car parks available. Perks of club rooms & suites: Separate check-in at the club lounge. Super fast & efficient. We could also enjoy the 5-7pm cocktail hour and the selection of food and alcohol were pretty decent. Breakfast spread: We have to hand it to them for their buffet breakfast. An amazing spread and they even have a teh tarik performance. TIP: Just go for the buffet breakfast even if you have lounge access. You can come up to the lounge for Round 2. DOWNSIDE: Room & bath were clean and comfy. However, housekeeping was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure what the hotel policy is but the room slippers were not changed during housekeeping. Both pairs were untouched and were exactly how we left them on the side. Our old towels were kept but new ones were not provided. A staff randomly knocked on our door and requested to check the fridge (minibar) and informed that since we consumed 1 can of Coke, they will replenish 1 can for us but will be brought in afterwards by his colleague. But, that 1 can never arrived. Also, shouldn't the minibar be replenished during housekeeping? Other than that, everything else was great. Shoutout to Chef Adeq, super friendly guy and shoutout to the team over at the club lounge for making our ”lepak sessions” super relaxing and comfortable.

Noble Resort Hotel Melaka offers a comfortable and convenient stay, making it a solid choice for visitors. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a relaxing trip. Its location is a major highlight, as it is within walking distance to shopping malls, local eateries, and popular attractions like Jonker Street . The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection is decent. While there are minor issues like slow WiFi and occasional crowding during peak hours, the overall experience is pleasant and offers good value for money

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant. The room was comfortable and cozy, and it was nice to have YouTube available on the TV. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The remote control had no battery, which made it inconvenient to use. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. Also, there was some trash left inside the fridge, so cleanliness could be improved a little more.

We arrived really late, around 1 AM, so there was only one staff member at the front desk for check-in. We asked if we could switch rooms if ours wasn't suitable, but he said they were fully booked and had no other options. The next day, we saw that the entire building had tons and tons of empty rooms 😂. Our family room was very spacious, but the furniture and facilities felt incredibly outdated, like something from 20 years ago. The windows even had several black mold spots 😂, and the towels weren't very clean and were haphazardly placed in the bathroom, which also lacked a separate shower and toilet. There were ants on the table in the room, and black and red marks on the walls. Around 11 PM, after we had already gone to bed, someone prank-called our doorbell, which gave us quite a fright. There were documents on the table and bed stating how hard the hotel worked to achieve its 4/5-star rating. However, if you wanted an extra blanket or additional tea, you had to pay separately for each, with prices clearly listed. Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Heroes' Square, making it very convenient to walk to all the main attractions!

The hotel’s location is absolutely excellent—right in the heart of Jonker Walk. Everything is just steps away, whether you want to explore the night market, enjoy local food, or grab a casual drink in the evening. It’s incredibly convenient and perfect for a lively yet effortless stay. One of the best parts is that room service is available until 10:30 PM, so even if you don’t feel like heading out, you can still enjoy a delicious meal comfortably in your room. The breakfast spread is impressive and truly delicious. There is a wide variety of options, including Nyonya cuisine, Western dishes, porridge, Malay noodles, pasta, croissants, and fresh fruits—something for every taste. The hotel’s design reflects a beautiful Baba-Nyonya style, creating a charming and relaxing holiday atmosphere. There is also a small rooftop water play area where kids can splash around and have lots of fun, which adds a lovely family-friendly touch to the stay. Overall, the experience was exceptional—truly a perfect stay from start to finish!

Excellent customer service. Good location in the city. Plenty of eateries nearby the hotel. Downside: the sink was clogged but quickly solved by the hotel. The lighting of the room is inadequate ; just warm orange light and no bright white lightbulb, makes it hard for me to do some light reading inside the room and the lobby lacks of air conditioner and there were chipped bowls served during the breakfast.
