Wonderful hotel, very good location. The hotel staff is really friendly and extremely struggling. I was there a few hours too early and allowed me to make me fresh directly at the hotel, lodge the luggage and was called when my room was ready. I guess this is why you need to rent a small car!!! Breakfast was delicious! You have to make a reservation for dinner, and overall the food was delicious! If you don't make a reservation, you look like the woman from Snowpiercer. The female employee sighs and looks upset. I'm not good at English, but she even gave me a kusari because I couldn't understand it.^^ I almost pretended to eat while eating. It must be my fault for not being able to speak English, right?!! Other than this, all of the hotel staff were lovely and friendly!! I said I know the original review well, but I'm leaving it because I hope you don't end up in a situation that makes you feel bad like I did!!!

It takes 40 minutes to get to the downtown area of ​​Palma by bus, which is not very punctual and not very convenient. The surrounding food is not cost-effective. We had a fantastic time at Tonga Towers! Room was clean and spacious with welcome chocolate, robe and slippers. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful throughout our while stay. It has nice facilities, as it was still a little cold we used the indoor spa pool, sauna and steam room which were lovely though not very big. Breakfast was superb with lots of choice, though can get a little busy with coach parties but the staff worked so hard to make sure that food is constantly topped up. Amazing rooftop bar/terrace with view over the bays. Overall we had a excellent stay! Thak you Tonga Towers!

It's very close to the airport. It only takes two stops on the Airport Express A2 and you can get there within ten minutes on foot. The room has a sea view, but it is limited. The courtyard is beautiful, especially at night. The hotel has a gym, indoor swimming pool (but it is very small, with only two lanes and a lot of impurities in the water), restaurants, bars, and SPA, so you can fully enjoy the leisurely vacation. It's also very close to the beach. Just stroll there and you'll find many restaurants to choose from, as well as various bars, surf shops, etc. It is recommended for vacationers to choose this adult-only hotel, which will save them a lot of troubles.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.
