Overall it was very good stay. Nice breakfast, good location, only its a pity that the roof pool was closed due to the storm.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel for 4 nights and loved it. Perfectly situated with a direct bus from the airport and right across from the train station, making day trips (Cordoba, Jerez, Cadiz) very easy. The staff were professional and friendly. Checking in and out were quick and efficient. My room was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Highly recommended.

**Facilities:** The facilities are excellent. Our room was equipped with three beds, a safe, a fridge, and toiletries. The lobby and public areas on every floor were uniquely and beautifully decorated. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and well-maintained. **Location:** Unbeatable location, just a 2-minute walk from the main entrance of the Alhambra Palace. **Service:** The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, offering great recommendations for local attractions. Upon my inquiry, they suggested two fantastic local restaurants, both of which we tried and thoroughly enjoyed.

The location is very convenient. You can walk to the cathedral and take a bus to the Alhambra Palace. There are many delicious foods nearby. The hotel is also beautifully decorated, incorporating many Alhambra elements. It is clean and sanitary, and the shower head in the shower is very useful. If you have time, you must go to the hotel terrace to see the Alhambra Palace and the Nevada Snow Mountain. There is a small swimming pool for taking photos, but you can't swim wide. Haha. The hotel breakfast is also great! There are a lot of fruits, even strawberries and kiwis! The honey is also very special.

Great stay. It's easy to walk anywhere in the old town. There are many restaurants, supermarkets and bars around. The room facilities and layout are very comfortable. I tried breakfast and dinner once each, the taste was very good and the price was very reasonable. There are many unplanned experiences in Seville. One night, I encountered the Prague Holy Child Procession around the corner. Later, I asked the hotel staff and they helped us to find out the answer carefully. In the morning when I left the hotel, I encountered the Seville Marathon. The old town and the race were closed, so the car that came to pick us up could not reach the hotel. The staff thought of many ways. In the end, I had to walk to the road outside the road closure to wait for the car, but generally speaking, the problem can be solved by walking for about ten minutes. If I come to Seville again, I will still consider this hotel.

The hotel is in the central area, a few minutes walk to the Royal Palace and the Cathedral! The hotel itself is so beautiful that it has become a part of the tourist check-in. The hotel front desk and the service staff who received guests were very good. But the hotel air conditioning was loud, and I don’t know if the hotel lights had problems with the sensor or something. I took the children to order room service to eat in the hotel. While eating, all the lights went out and the baby was scared! There was no response when the switch was pressed again. I called the front desk and someone came to see it soon. He came and it was fine again (but the engineering department spoke Spanish and couldn’t communicate). The room was on the first floor and it was very noisy when the car passed by outside. The baby didn’t sleep until more than 10:40. After everyone fell asleep, there was a loud knock on the door. The room service staff knocked on the wrong door to deliver tissues and woke everyone up again! ! ! ! It was a very tossing accommodation experience! ! ! ! Thank you to the front desk staff for fixing the plane for the child✈️

The hotel is on the highway outside Hahn, about 10 minutes drive to the city center. The traffic is very convenient. There are plenty of free parking around, comfortable rooms, good restaurant bars, and the self-service machine at the front desk actually has Chinese.

The English at the front desk is not particularly good. The buffet dinner is more cost-effective than the surrounding Italian restaurants. The daughter is 15 years old and counts as a child. In the hotel you can see the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel pool is very iced. It is recommended to put some towels next to the hotel. The night view around the hotel is beautiful, and there is a very meaningful museum.

reasonably well located but hard to unload the luggage if the parking is a few units away from the main entrance. Staff is pretty helpful but the room amenities are pretty basic. room is clean but we booked earlier and ended up paying more when the room rate shown on the same day on other website turnout to be cheaper. A slight disappointment on this matter

The hotel is in a great location. The room has a balcony and is very satisfying. The breakfast is unexpectedly rich and the fruit is fresh. I would like to thank Jorge and Jesus, the waiters in the restaurant tonight, on behalf of my husband and me. Their warm and thoughtful service is impressive.
