The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!

AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days in total. The first day was in the North Building, which had facilities similar to Motel 168. The downsides were peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, fixed with tape, and a persistent sewer smell. Given the affordable price, I didn't complain much (the attached photo is from the North Building). On the second and third days, I moved to the Main Building. The room was more than 200% more expensive, but the experience was even worse! There was no place to charge my phone by the bed, which was the most intolerable issue (I stayed for over ten days in Xinjiang afterward, and no other hotel had this problem). The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; ventilation relied on opening the window. Breakfast had very limited choices, basically Motel 168 standard. Service was hit-or-miss; I asked the front desk three times if I could get two key cards, and each time they told me to wait, but I never received them. The only upside is its proximity to the ancient city. Honestly, there's not much else to praise.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for four days straight, highly recommended. We initially booked a one-day stay to visit the Karez wells. The hotel completely exceeded our expectations, and I've stayed here ever since I've been in Turpan. We stayed in a family room on the second floor, and it was exactly as pictured. What you see is what you get. It must have been renovated in the past two years. There was a large bed and a small bed, perfect for a family of four with two children. My favorite feature is that the hotel is located within a scenic area. It's like a small scenic area with a back garden. There's a grape arbor, a beautiful Xinjiang bed, and the coolness of the Karez wells. When it's really hot outside, the little ones can go out and play. During the day, we can go out for a walk or walk the kids around the hotel. In the evening, we can go to the sand therapy hospital, which is about a 20-yuan taxi ride.

GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

I'd read reviews mentioning poor air conditioning and noise, which made me hesitate between this hotel and another for quite a while. However, upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It featured a balcony with a grape arbor, which the elderly absolutely adored, calling it the most pleasant room. It was great! I didn't encounter any of the problems others had mentioned.

The hotel provided a complimentary fruit platter daily, which saved us the trouble of buying fruit. Breakfast was also plentiful with many options. It's about an 800-meter walk to the shuttle service center, which is very convenient. The service was excellent and generous; the front desk attendant even led us to our room on an electric scooter.

When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it. Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat. Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around. Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud.
