At first, I thought I was in the wrong place. The service was excellent, and the food was great. I've never experienced this kind of treatment, even in the most expensive hotels I've stayed in before. The room was also very nice. This wasn't the most expensive hotel I stayed in during my Xinjiang trip, but it had the best service. It was fantastic! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I went back.

I chose this hotel for my recent trip, and the experience far exceeded my expectations – definitely a five-star rating! While the hotel's location is a bit off the beaten path, it didn't hinder my travels at all. Taxis were readily available, pick-up was quick, and getting to any destination didn't take long. The hotel's service was impeccable; from the moment I stepped inside, I felt the staff's warmth and professionalism. The service from the concierge, Ili, was particularly outstanding. My room was exquisitely decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious, catering to various tastes. The absolute highlight was the sea of clouds view from my window – it felt like being in a fairyland, a truly stunning visual experience! The stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it to everyone; you won't regret staying here. All in all, this hotel offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit.
Exceed my expectations.
We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin.
Bed were so comfy.
Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars.
They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore.
At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

The environment is great, absolutely fantastic. The service is very welcoming, and it's super convenient that there's parking near the hotel. Plus, there are plenty of great food options around. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

Highly recommended! The environment is fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery, and there's even a historical exhibition hall. It feels like staying in a park, and the value for money is excellent.
The late check-out until 3 PM was a thoughtful touch. On the downside: there's room for improvement in service awareness; the front desk staff weren't very proactive. Also, during the National Day holiday, ordering à la carte was either unavailable or extremely slow, with the only options being mixed noodles and pilaf, which we ended up eating for two consecutive meals.

My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!

Although the hotel isn't brand new, its management is exceptionally well-organized, meticulous, and thoughtful. The front desk staff patiently showed us several room types, helped us pick the most suitable one, and even gave us an upgrade. As we were there for our first marathon, we inquired if early breakfast would be available on race day. Upon learning this, the lobby manager promptly arranged for breakfast to be served for all race participants staying at the hotel, which was incredibly efficient. Room service was also highly efficient and incredibly prompt. Highly recommended!
This hidden gem of a guesthouse near Sayram Lake offers ultimate convenience, with the scenic area just a few steps away, making lakefront exploration incredibly easy! The interior design is uniquely beautiful, blending solid wood aesthetics with stunning lake views, creating photo opportunities everywhere you look. The bedding in the rooms is soft, and the facilities are thoughtfully provided. The underfloor heating and exquisite furnishings melt away travel fatigue, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were warm and attentive throughout, from helping with luggage to sharing travel tips, every detail was handled with care. In the afternoon, we enjoyed a delightful afternoon tea, with rich coffee paired with specialty snacks – a truly pleasant surprise for the taste buds. Here, you're close to the lake and even closer to a wonderful experience. It's the ideal place to stay for a trip to Sayram Lake.
A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
MM57308****The hotel's location is excellent, right near the West Gate of the Old City. The building is impressive and can be seen from anywhere in the Old City area. Different buildings offer various room types, catering to different guests' needs and budgets. The North Building is very affordable. I initially booked it with the intention of deciding whether to upgrade upon arrival, but I found the room to be quite good actually, clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast is included, but it's just so-so. If you're not in a hurry, it's best to avoid going for breakfast too early, as there are many tour groups in the morning.
GGuest UserI did extensive research as I was traveling alone with three elderly people and wanted a lively yet safe place to stay. I'd read reviews mentioning poor air conditioning and noise, which made me hesitate between this hotel and another for quite a while. However, upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It featured a balcony with a grape arbor, which the elderly absolutely adored, calling it the most pleasant room. It was great! I didn't encounter any of the problems others had mentioned.
ZZizhenyayaya~This hotel is pretty good, with a beautiful environment and clean, comfortable rooms.
It's located within a large estate, and on the day we arrived, it snowed heavily, creating incredibly beautiful scenery right on the hotel grounds. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety. The Bo'erzhak (a local pastry) with Tianshan yogurt and jam was absolutely divine! We were so lucky; it snowed heavily on the morning of the 3rd, but by noon, we were able to enter the scenic area from Jiadengyu and enjoy a stunning blend of autumn and winter snowy landscapes. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, so much so that for someone like me who gets hot easily, I actually had to turn it off at night and open a tiny crack in the window to be comfortable, haha!
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.
HHuang-hRoom hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.
SSeanPA68The hotel staff is very friendly. Some could speak a little English during the check in process. We were told that the room has no windows before we saw it. The room was large and quiet for our needs. The shower had plenty of hot water and a good pressure. The location was close enough for excellent food delivery service. The security staff were friendly as well.
GGuest UserVery satisfied in every aspect! We have a double room, but we have three people. The boss prepared everything for three people. Every time we come back from driving, the uncle will kindly come out to pick us up. The landlady also enthusiastically makes us tea and chats with us. The academy is quiet, clean and the environment is good. You can go downstairs. A place for reading and drinking tea, and the decoration is beautiful and high-end. The transportation is very convenient. It is highly recommended to go shopping in the Russian Pedestrian Street near the hotel! It’s really comfortable when the weather is nice! I'm too lazy to write a review! Unless you are very satisfied! Recommended to everyone!
MM446589****Absolutely fantastic!! Highly recommended!
Environment: The campsite scenery is absolutely stunning! Located deep in the mountains, the roads are indeed difficult to navigate, but once you're there, it's all worth it! Every snapshot feels effortlessly beautiful.
Service: Our housekeeper, Shamu, is beautiful, lovely, and incredibly welcoming! All the staff were very attentive. It was my birthday on the day of my arrival, and the staff prepared gifts, a dance, and a cake (which must have been very difficult to find in the mountains). I'm truly very grateful.
Facilities: The room facilities are standard; the lack of advanced technology is understandable. I must commend the underfloor heating! It's so warm! Much better than Kanas…
Cleanliness: Just average. The check-in ceremony was very grand, with the presentation of a hada (a ceremonial scarf).
Overall, it was excellent, deserving of the ”must-stay in my lifetime” label and a cabinet full of certificates.
GGuest UserThe hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!
