The hotel's facilities are generally new, having been renovated in recent years. Daily cleaning is quite tidy, but the windows have noticeable stains, and the window frames show their age, looking a bit old. The exterior looks a bit rundown, but the interior accommodation is acceptable. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and try their best to accommodate requests. I stayed in a sea view room, but the overall value for money was just average. The windows were not only small but also very dusty, offering virtually no sea view. It felt a bit misleading and over-advertised. For this price point, I'd recommend choosing a proper star-rated hotel for a much better experience.

The hotel's decor is grand and high-end, much like a museum. The rooms are spacious, and it's located near the old town, away from the hustle and bustle. The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was quite noisy, which affected my sleep. On the positive side, all the hotel staff were incredibly polite, and they even delivered food to our room. Manager Xiao Guo, after asking about my child's height during check-in, kindly arranged a complimentary children's breakfast for us, which made our meal very enjoyable. If you can overlook the minor facility imperfections, I highly recommend staying here.

JJanezhenerLocation: The hotel is conveniently located near Yan'an Third Road subway station. If you take Exit D, there's a commercial area right outside with plenty of dining and shopping options, and the hotel is directly across the street. If you take Exit A, it's a few minutes' walk east, and you'll pass a 7-Eleven on the way. The subway provides easy access to all the major attractions, and Vientiane City is only about a fifteen-minute walk away. It's also a pleasant stroll to May Fourth Square after dinner. Service: The staff are warm, attentive, and greet children kindly, making them very approachable. The front desk efficiently handled check-in, was very helpful in answering questions, and housekeeping responded quickly to our requests. It truly lives up to its reputation as a long-standing hotel; the service is excellent. Environment: Upon entering, you'll find the front desk. While checking in, family members can wait in the adjacent lounge area. The overall style is spacious and tidy. We booked a family suite, which had two single beds in the living room and a king-size bed in the bedroom, plus a bathroom with a double vanity. The space was quite suitable for a family of four. The room offered a great view of the sea and distant office buildings, and at night, we could enjoy the spectacular changing lights. The family suite also came with a children's building block table, sand play tools, and a small tent. Restaurant: The variety of food is rich. For those dining before 10 AM, the staff will give a friendly reminder before service ends and even pack small tomatoes in a box for the children, which was a thoughtful touch. Facilities: The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are indeed a bit dated, showing their age. Hygiene: The cleanliness of the children's building block table definitely needs improvement. Considering it's promoted as a family suite, we found cigarette ash and thick dust in the toys, and a red, blood-like stain on the small tent. Housekeeping promptly cleaned it. After my child played with the toys and tent in the afternoon, their eyes became uncomfortable that evening, with a noticeable increase in green discharge, clearly a bacterial infection. The next day, their eyes were swollen and matted shut when they woke up. Luckily, I had eye ointment which I applied, and my child's condition improved by the third day. However, then my own eyes started to become red and infected... Five days later, my eyes are still bloodshot. I followed up with the hotel about the situation, and Ms. Meng Qing, who handled my case, was sincere, didn't evade the issue, actively sought a solution, and promised that the hotel would rectify and improve its hygiene standards. A hotel that can face problems directly gives me confidence that they will genuinely follow through on their promises. I hope to experience the improved conditions on a future visit.

The bathroom is so big, but the shower room is so small. It is difficult for a fat person to turn around. There are ants crawling in the bathroom. It is equipped as a B&B. There were very few things, including no laundry detergent. The suitcase had to be dragged along a relatively uneven decorative road, which was very inconvenient. The wheels were very worn and noisy. The security guy's service is better than that at the front desk. Not cost effective

Later, it was confirmed that my choice was absolutely correct. The hotel is good in all aspects and must be given 100 points. 1. The hotel is in a good location. You can watch the sunrise while lying on the bed, face the sea, blow the sea breeze and listen to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a private beach. The elevator goes to the B1 floor and you can walk to the lighthouse, Lily Bay, Children's Palace, Sakura Lake, Seaside Park, etc. along the beach. You can also take the bus No. 117 or No. 289 in front of the door. Bus No. 117 goes directly to Huaxing Bridge, a popular check-in place. 2. The hotel lobby is magnificent and unique, with the most distinctive various bear toys, which are posed differently every day. In addition, you can watch the sea from the public platform on each floor of the hotel, and there is a children's playground on each floor, which is suitable for walking babies. 3. The hotel has a variety of breakfasts, roasted tobacco potatoes, meat sauce buns, and fried dough sticks must be tasted, and different fruits are served every day. Lunch and dinner can also be served at the hotel, the dishes taste good and the price is reasonable. 4. There are churches, sun umbrellas, and rest cabins on the beach of the hotel, which is warm and romantic. 4. It takes 10 minutes by taxi from Rongcheng High-speed Railway Station to the hotel. I originally planned to stay for 3 days, but then I extended my stay for 2 days. I strongly recommend friends who go to Rongcheng to stay at Nishi Haitai Resort Hotel, which is definitely worth experiencing and you will definitely linger after the experience.

GGuest UserTraveling with family, this is our second stay here. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service from the Tian Mu Pavilion staff, from the front desk ladies to the lobby staff and the housekeeping attendants, was excellent. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there were a lot of guests, so the dining experience was a bit lacking, but we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, offering great convenience for getting around. Food streets, a large supermarket, and tourist attractions are all very close by. The room was impeccably clean, and the service was exceptionally warm and attentive. We stayed on the 5th floor, and when I caught a cold and was feeling chilly, a staff member thoughtfully brought a small portable heater to our room. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous – we couldn't possibly finish it all – and it was universally praised as excellent. Booking our room through Ctrip also offered excellent value, and we'll definitely choose Shanfu again for our next trip.

The staff were all incredibly kind, always offering reassuring smiles and greetings. We also received delightful little surprise gifts throughout our stay. This was especially great as we were traveling with a child, who had an amazing time! They particularly enjoyed the hotel's playground, the small cinema, and the various handicraft activities. It was wonderful that our child could participate in so many activities, even during our moments of rest. So happy! 😘

GGuest UserFantastic location! It's super close to May Fourth Square, and a quick taxi ride gets you to Taidong Night Market for amazing food and shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very fast. The WiFi was stable and there was plenty of hot water. This was a perfect stay for our Qingdao trip, and I'll definitely choose this place again! ✨
