Amazing comfortable room and bed. Nice size. No smoke. Plenty of variety and western as well to eat. Plenty of free beverages including sodas in room. Stayed in celebrity. Next time I’ll try another area. Very happy.
YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel

My room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.
New Orient Landmark Hotel

It's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.
The Venetian Macao

Stayed over night for a celebration, Keith was amazing at the desk and offered us a complimentary cake. The room was amazing with an incredible view of the Londoner. Unfortunately the golf course was closed after the typhoon but it looked awesome. Great stay!
Harbourview Hotel
4.5/59284 Reviews
Gorgeous hotel at a reasonable rate. From Sands ****** and hotel nearby, there are free buses to the border gate to cross to Zhuhai and to the Venetian in Taipa from where you can walk to Galaxy ******. The public bus stop is just next to the hotel where 3A and 12 can be taken to go to the historic area. The charge is 6, with Mpay card 3. There is a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym area free of charge. However, the restaurants are not recommended. Breakfast can be purchased for 100 at the hotel and is mostly Chinese with a few selections of cheese. The coffee is low quality.
Grand Lisboa Macau

Very good hotel room with jacuzzi tub, sauna, steam room in the bathroom itself. Room is spacious enough and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is good. Can choose between western or chinese. Great location and very accessible to anywhere in Macau area. Overall had a very relaxing holiday.
Galaxy Hotel

We are absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel; it boasts impeccable cleanliness and a pleasant ambiance. It is our 33rd wedding anniversary, and the service provided is truly exceptional, with unexpected arrangements that made our stay at Galaxy Hotel unforgettable. We must commend the front desk staff, particularly Denny Wong, for his outstanding assistance and arrangements. Denny's helpful and caring demeanor, coupled with his enthusiastic approach towards guests, left a lasting impression on us. We sincerely appreciate Denny's excellent service and, without a doubt, plan to choose this hotel for our future stays.”

Hotel Lisboa
4.6/58289 Reviews
Amazing experience at Hotel Lisboa. The hotel gave us a free upgrade and also helped provide vegetarian eating options around. The manager was kind enough to escort us to our room and explain about the history of the hotel and various sightseeing spots in Macao. There were also considerate to provide free fruit bowl and non alcoholic drinks in mini bar. The hotel is at a very accessible location and is the first five star hotel in Macau. The security also were very helpful to guide us with directions and suggestions around. Least but not the least, the hotel also provided us concierge to keep our bags after checkout to ensure smooth travel and escorted us to bus stop in heavy rains. Really value going the extra mile, definitely considering Lisboa hotel for our next stay.
Metropole Hotel Macau
4.4/53203 Reviews
Nice hotel located in old Macau district. Special mention for Jerry (Front Office) & Housemaid (forgot to get her name) for floor 10th during our stay - helpful & courteous. We would have had an enjoyable stay in Macau, but unfortunately, it was marred by some unethical individuals (we're not sure if they were locals or tourists) who stole our hotel-loaned umbrella right under the nose of the security guard at the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. The umbrella was kept at their umbrella rack because it was raining during our visit. The most ridiculous part is that the security guard actually told us to file a police report on the loss! Sadly, we had to pay MOP 100 to the hotel as a penalty for the stolen umbrella. 🤦♀️😓.
